Квартира находится недалеко от автовокзала, что очень подходит если не только гулять по Пуэрто-де-ла-Крус, но и ездить по окрестным городкам. В квартире есть всё необходимое, а с балкона открывается потрясающий вид на океан. Недалеко находится супермаркет, неплохие рестораны и пляж. Очень довольны отдыхом, нужно обязательно вернуться ещё раз. Признательны за приветственный подарок. Вино было отличное. Больших нареканий нет, но хотелось бы отметить, что таймер у микроволновки сбит. После выставления времени таймер идёт не назад, а вперёд. Так что надо за ним следить и засекать время готовки. Если ждать пока он отключится, то можно перегреть еду. Также в душе слабый напор горячей воды. Хотя помыться можно и нас это особо не напрягало. Указанные плюсы с лихвой перекрыли замеченные недостатки.

L’emplacement du logement permet de se rendre à la plage et en centre - Vue sur l’océan, terrasse, localisation proche du centre ville à pied et des plages Luminosité le matin (aucun store occultant la lumière), insonorisation moyenne (bruit des vagues car tempête ces jours là)
• Benjamin (7/5): Wenig Gedanken machen für ganz viel Erholung! - Einfache Ausstattung, aber alles wirklich notwendige vorhanden. Vermieter absolut kooperativ!! Problemlösung innerhalb von Stunden am gleichen Tag. Meeresrauschen zum Einschlafen!! Die Lage: Strand, Einkaufen, Dinner, City, Bar - alles zu Fuß! Auto nur für Ausflüge genutzt. In der Küche gibt es nur eine Steckdose für Kochfeld, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster.

• Tamadaho (5/5): - Vue sur la mer, bonne situation géographique Le débit d’eau est très bas dans la salle de bain et la cuisine. La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée La baignoire aussi est peu confortable, trop petite je dirais. Cela entraîne des débordements après la douche.

• Mario (7/5): - La vue, la bouteille de vin à notre arrivée. Le débit d'eau chaude était ridiculement faible. Équipement 'cheap', pas de couteau qui coupe. L'espace étroit à côté du lit. Vaisselle pas tres propre à notre arrivée.

• Josef (8/5): - Phantastische Lage, 5-10 Minuten zum Strand und zur Altstadt, traumhafter Blick auf Palmen und Meer, sehr ruhig, schöner Balkon, schneller Service bei Problemen,sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Die Wohnung ist schon sehr klein, es ist zwar alles vorhanden, aber man hat sich überwiegend am Balkon aufgehalten, da es innen aufgrund der Enge ungemütlich war. In der Küche nur eine Steckdose, die man zwischen Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Herd aufteilen musste. Der grösste Kritikpunkt ist aber, dass das warme Wasser in der Dusche und Küche nur in homöopathischen Dosen aus dem Wasserhahn kam.

• Birgit.vh (10/5): Amazing apartment with sea view - We absolutely loved our stay in the apartment! There is everything you need like to cook. Lovely terace with sea view and sunsets. Just a short walk to the beachr and we always found a parking spot closeby. Even check in during the night was smooth with the self check.

• Tobi (10/5): Amazing View, amazing Owner. A nobrainer for every traveler going to Teneriffa - Very clean and amazing apartment, would go for it again. The Owner is super friendly and showed me some places to go for. The highlight here is definitely the balcony with its stunning view.
• Lesia (8/5): Very good - Check-in was very easy, Eugen and Lena are very responsive, friendly and attentive hosts. The apartment is the same as in the photo, has everything you need to cook, small, but with a beautiful view of the ocean, as well as a pool and a court. We liked everything because we walked a lot, enjoying the proximity of the ocean and the city center with many restaurants and shops.
