• Ondračková (5/5): Dostačující na odpočinek po dlouhé cestě, ubytování na delší dobu bych nedoporučovala. - Velmi příjemná a ochotná paní domácí, dojezd a informace ohledně ubytování velmi kompletní. Velmi malý prostor, postel nepohodlná, asi jsme měli smůlu, že nebylo kde zaparkovat a navíc nefungovala televize. Vybaveni dosti vyžité.

• Marta (10/5): Miły apartament na krótko urlop, super obsługa - Dobra lokalizacja na spokojnym osiedlu, bezpłatny parking (akurat nie było miejsc za bramą, ale bez trudu zaparkowałam przy ulicy). W tym niewielkim mieszkaniu jest wszystko, czego potrzeba na krótki pobyt. Wspaniała, dostępna obsługa - świetny kontakt zarówno przed przyjazdem jak i w trakcie! Prysznic wymaga solidnego sprzątania, wymiany silikonów. Samo osiedle było spokojne ale schodząc na główną ulicę i promenadę czy do portu, nagle otaczają Cię same puby z meczami, głośnymi ludźmi i tymi, którzy chodzą po ulicach w strojach kąpielowych. Dużo straganów, kebabów, chińczyków i wszędzie Irish Puby i karaoke...

• mackie (10/5): - The accommodation was really nice. I contacted the owner with a small problem about the iron and he resolved it within minutes. The double bed a proper double bed was so comfortable. The room is light and airy and spotless. The location is ideal for the Marina and beaches. The climb up to the apartment outside We are both in our 70s and found it difficult. However the walk down was fine and we used Uber taxis to return for about 7 euros.

Déjà que l’immeuble est mal isolé, on entend tout! De plus, on voit juste un petit coin de mer dont la plage est quand même assez éloignée. La description de l’appartement est quelque peu embellie, mais pour le prix, il n’y a rien à dire!

• Cinta (8/5): Muy bueno - Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo, el estudio es muy pequeñito pero perfecto para dos personas y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es buena, está cerca de todo, a unos 10min andando de la playa y puerto marina, tiene parking privado aunque no te asegura que haya sitio disponible ya que no tienen las plazas asignada al apartamento. Pepe el dueño es una persona muy amable y atenta y se preocupó en asegurarnos un sitio en el parking para nuestra llegada. Por decir algo, para mi gusto la almohada es muy dura y me daba un poquito olor a sudor. La puerta del parking x la noche no se porqué se nos quedaba atrancada aunque no tuvimos problemas para dejarlo afuera cerca del apartamento a pesar de estar en pleno agosto.

Jest trochę pod górkę ale taki już urok. Bardzo pomocny właściciel i darmowe prywatne miejsce parkingowe. Z niczym nie było problemu. Kilka drobiazgów możnaby poprawić. Brakuje chociażby kieliszków do wina. W apartamencie nie ma balkonu no ale na dole jest basen do użytku gości ( ciepła i przyjemna woda). Brakuje też chociaż małej szafy lub półek

• Rachel (8/5): Very good - The apartment is lovely and quiet for a good night's sleep and the parking facilities are excellent. Toñi was very helpful and there to greet us at a time that suited us. She communicated with us in English by mobile phone. We had free WiFi and the option to watch a movie in English on her cable TV as well! All very clean and well arranged. With a big fridge and cooking facilities.

Nice owner. Close to airport Great when you fly home next morning very good. Even has a swimming pool to use Slight problem with the smell from sewers. Should be fixed shortly .

The apartment has virtually everything one would need for a short stay. Overall, the apartment is fine, although there's no ocean view as mentioned in the description. The building is a little dated, although the apartment is completely renovated. Compared to other locations in the area, forwhat this apartment offers in terms of space and layout, I believe the price is a little on the high side.
• Carl (10/5): Comfortable, clean and quiet apartment in ideal location for Benalmadena Marina. - Our host Alba was great. It was easy to arrange to meet her and she was there at the apartment to meet us. She showed us the apartment and was very helpful and concerned about the safety and comfort of my wife who was travelling with a broken arm. She was excellent, had perfect English and was very easy to get along with. Nothing, the whole experience exceeded our expectations and provided wonderful value for money.
• Yildirim (5/5): Passable - Location and easy parking - very small.. max 10m2; bed + kitchen+ a very small sofa + bathroom.. - items in kitchen (plate, pot, glass, etc) very limited, very low quality and dirty... I think they wash them but may oily things stick in corner of pan and pots, etc... - the measure of the sink in the bathroom is like 15cm X 25cm.. when you wash your hands or face all water goes to floor - I don't know how but a lot of food smell coming to the room... you should expect smelling food with garlic at for example 11pm - there is dishwasher but there isn't detergent...

It has been cleverly planned to make the most of limited space while offering lots of facilities such as a large shower and a washing machine. It was a short walk to the beautiful harbour area and there was a selection of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was lovely, excellent communication prior to arrival and friendly on arrival. I would definitely recommend this property and would consider staying again if I visit the area.

Though we did not speak the same language, he went all out to try communicate using google translate and even offering her daughter's number who was able to communicate in English. The area, the beach, the restaurants etc are all great. Good value for money. A very cosmopolitan community. Very near the beach Getting there is a bit far from the airport if you are using public transport. To shorten travel times, you may need to use a taxi which is expensive

• Mihaela (8/5): Lovely stay - The studio flat is very well looked after and we didn't need anything else for our stay. The kitchen is tiny but well-equipped and the place is clean and comfortable. The property is not a long distance from the marina/beach either, maybe a 12-minute walk, and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop so it was perfect for us. There is a bit of smell from the pipes but if you remember to put the sink covers back after every use, you should be fine. We really liked everything and would definitely come back again! N/A
