• Carine (9/5): Appartement spacieux et bien placé - L'appartement est spacieux, c'est très agréable. Il est bien équipé. La literie est très confortable. Deux chambres séparées plus un lit sur le palier. La salle et le salon sont grands. Deux salles de bain et wc. C était un séjour très confortable pour 4 adultes dans cet appartement. Il y a aussi ce qu'il faut pour les enfants ( tapis jeux,...) Tout était parfait. Ce qui peut être éventuellement amélioré c'est le côté cuisine : une casserole en plus aurait été bien ainsi qu'une bouilloire.
• Christian Jatzek (9/5): Große, schöne, modernisierte Wohnung in Top-Lage - Die Wohnung war super, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist modern, sauber, funktional. Wie versprochen war die Wohnung sehr groß und gut zugänglich, Zwei moderne Bäder, eine schöne moderne Küche, stilvolle Wohnräume und große Schlafzimmer mit viel Platz. Reichlich Handtücher und Badetücher, schöne Bettwäsche. Die Lage ist top , um in die Altstadt zu gehen, oder eben schnell in die umliegende Orte zu gelangen. Der eigene Parkplatz ist sehr gut gelegen. Ein paar Abstriche: Es gibt keine Verdunkelung , die Fenster haben keine Rollläden oder sonstiges und die Gardinen halten kein Sonnenlicht fern. Wichtig hier ggf. für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Die Lage ist top, jedoch auch nahe einer vielbefahrenden Straße, sodass Verkehrsgeräusche ständig vernehmbar sind. Zumindest für den, der im "Flur" übernachtet. Es gibt praktisch kein W-Lan , ein "SIM Wlan Router" steht bereit zum verbinden, dessen Leistung und Datenrate ist aber Pre-Historisch. Gut dass wir ein sehr großes Datenvolumen hatten. Der 5G Empfang ist übrigens riesig > 500GB Es gibt kein Gästebuch, keine Hinweise bezüglich Müll, W-Lan, Waschmaschine, usw. Was man halt so kennt aus anderen Ferienwohnungen ( ggf. Deutschland spezifisch)

• Emmanouil (8/5): The house lived up to its expectations, its as seen in the photos. - The house was big and comfortable. The beds were comfy. There is a lot of free space within the house. There weren't any washing machines within the house. The upstairs bathroom doesn't have a curtain around the shower, which prevents water from falling on the floor. The door is also see-through, making it awkward to use between colleagues.
• Jill (8/5): Overall it was a great base for our week in Klagenfurt, good value, spacious, clean and pleasant. - The size and cleanliness of the property, the efforts which had been made to provide us with comfort and warmth and light and space was good. The booking and arrival and leaving were easy, and there was a parking space. It was quiet and comfortable. Nearly all the furniture was made of wood which was great. There was a tv although we didn't actually watch it, and the WiFi was OK once we'd worked out how to switch it on although not very strong. Extra towels and loo rolls provided. Cleaning materials provided. Nice view of the mountains! Generally a good holiday home which was a great base for us to explore from. So, in the double bedroom, the ensuite bathroom didn't have a shower curtain so they had to have baths. The others had to go downstairs (even to the loo in the night) but had a nice shower. We were told 2 double beds, but actually one of the rooms was two single beds together; the other double bed was out on the landing. We would have loved a kettle and a toaster in the kitchen - it was hard using the 'coffee machine' which had no instructions with it. Also, bins only in the loos and kitchen, and not divided into recycling and rubbish.
• Marc (10/5): Roomy, convenient, and enjoyable for our visit to Austria. - The location was perfect for what we were there for. I could walk to everywhere that I needed to be. I liked the space and openness of the apartment. At the beginning, it smelled like old cigaretted smoke. It cleared up after opening up the place and circulated air around the apartment.
