• Marian (9/5): Perfect choice in centre of Madikeri - Huge, perfectly clean room with separate seating area right in the centre of Madikeri. Very friendly reception and housekeeping staff. Excellent value for money. Got a great night’s sleep. Would happily return. Unfortunately no onsite restaurant for breakfast, but plenty of good options less than 5 minutes’ walk away.

The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can't wait to return to Navaratna comfort, in Madikeri, karnataka I am waiting for my next visit. • Ray (3/5): - Hotel location and maintenance. The behaviour and integrity of the staffs, particularly the manager. At the time of check out they kept me waiting for almost three hours for the igo of the manager. When I booked the hotel, the GST was 12% and accordingly, you showed the provisional GST amount. Subsequently, from 22nd September '25 the rate has been reduced to 5%. So, the hotel should have charged @5% GST, but the manager insisted that I will have to pay @ 12% and for that he will not provide any GST bill. He even called the police, needless to mention the experience was not good. Ultimately, the owner of the property came and resolved the issue. But by this time, damage has already been done. I am 67 years old and traveling is my hobby, I have never faced such a horrible experience in my life. I must mention, the property owner is well behaved, but his manager is most unprofessional and don't know how to behave with the customers.

• M R (3/5): Priced high for the quality of stay this location offers. - Since the property is new, it is clean. The property is priced high for the quality of surroundings and ambience it offers. It drew those crowds who were noisy till late night. Kids shouts and dragging of the cot, blasting doors were highly disturbing.

• Suman (8/5): Excellent option for a stay in coorg. - Best value for money. location is very good if one prefers to stay close to the market. Quite a few restaurents nearby.Rooms are well light with comfy beds. Staff are helpfull and always present. We stayed in the room with one small and one double bed, best for family travelling with kids. Bathrooms can be better , tiles need to be cleaned.

• John (9/5): Superb - This is a very comfortable, clean and friendly hotel, in central Madikeri. This location might not be to everyone's taste, but it suits me. The hotel deos not have many facilities as such, but if you're looking for a place to work, with great staff (including an efficient laundry service), this is perfect.
