• Piergiorgio (6/5): Posizione ottima, ma pulizia e letto da rivedere - L’appartamento ha sicuramente alcuni aspetti positivi. La posizione è comoda: in circa 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Atene, quindi è facile muoversi senza bisogno di mezzi. Inoltre è abbastanza spazioso e per due persone risulta confortevole. Gli aspetti negativi riguardano soprattutto la pulizia e la manutenzione. La pulizia generale non è particolarmente curata: ad esempio abbiamo trovato sporco a terra, dietro il comodino del letto (come da foto), e anche una piccola busta di rifiuti dimenticata nell’armadio. Sono dettagli che danno un’impressione di scarsa attenzione. Anche il condizionatore è piuttosto datato e non dà una sensazione di aria pulita. Infine, il letto è danneggiato e sostenuto in parte da un pezzo di legno (come da foto), risultando instabile e molto rumoroso.
• IOANNIS (7/5): Σύντομη και ευχάριστη. - Εύκολη πρόσβαση και σε ήσυχη περιοχή. Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα και με πολλές παροχές. Το air condition είχε κάποιο πρόβλημα και δεν λειτουργούσε. Μάλλον είχαν αδειάσει οι μπαταρίες του τηλεχειριστηρίου. Το νερό στο μπάνιο επίσης δεν ήταν ζεστό, ίσως να μην δούλευε επαρκώς ο ταχύ θερμαντήρας.

• Konstantinos (5/5): A disappointing stay with poor cleanliness and lack of care. - I liked its location, as it’s close to the city center as well as to nice spots for brunch and coffee The bed was broken and made loud creaking noises, which made it quite uncomfortable. The bathroom hand soap dispenser was empty, and when I asked about it, I was told to use the single-use shower bottles instead, which I didn’t find appropriate. Additionally, only one bottle was provided for both body and hair, whereas most places usually offer separate products. The bathroom was also very narrow and not particularly functional. Later, when I asked for an extra sheet to place under the duvet, I was told to check the wardrobe, but the sheets there appeared as though they had already been used, which was not reassuring. Overall, the room was quite dusty, suggesting that it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The entire experience left me with a sense of neglect, both towards the space itself and towards guests who have paid to stay there.
• Kata (3/5): Nagyon szuper szállás lenne, de sajnos egyáltalán nincs rendben tartva - nagyon jó elhelyezkedés a szállásadó kommunikációja, átvehettük a szállást pár órával hamarabb Elektromos redőnyök Sajnos az egész szállás koszos volt, az egyetlen fűtési lehetőség a klímaberendezés volt, ami sajnos koszos és penész ezért nem is mertük bekapcsolni. A zuhanyzóban a víz nem volt hideg, viszont nagyon gyenge volt a nyomás és a hőmérséklet egyáltalán nem volt szabályozható A konyhai felszerelések szintén nagyon koszosak, elhasználtak, így azokat sem használtuk. A sütőben egy koszos, olajos tepsi fogadott minket... Az ágy sajnos el volt törve mindkét oldalon, és borzasztó hangosan nyikorgott a matrac. A kinti ajtó nagyon hangos és egész éjszaka zavart minket.

• Kriw (9/5): 4 stars, highly recommended - Good location! Modern. Coffee machine. Comfortable bed. Clean bedding and towels. Toiletries. Lighting. Excellent price! Small bathroom . No hot water , only lukewarm water from the shower. There are no paper towels in the kitchen. There is no shower panel, so the water goes everywhere in the tiny bathroom.

Το μόνο που μπορώ να πω σαν αρνητικό είναι πως δεν καταφέραμε να βρούμε τελικά το ζεστό νερό παρότι είχαμε μιλήσει με τους οικοδεσπότες και μας είχαν πει τι ακριβώς χρειαζόταν να κάνουμε.

• Marek (10/5): Great Apartment. - Excellent value for money. Great location. Despite being in the city center, it's peaceful and quiet. The owner is very kind and helpful, with excellent communication. I recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely be back. Everything's fine.

• Dávid (6/5): Acceptable for the price, but could do with some improvements - Although the official check-in would have been quite late (3 pm), the owner - after me asking about early check-in possibilities - sent us a note saying that if the cleaning activities finish before 3 pm, we can go there early, which we managed to do around 1:30 pm. The location is generally good, really close to the city centre / most sights worth visiting, even on foot, there are also shops not so far away. We also got free coffee capsules which was a nice gesture from the owner. There is no hot water besides the shower, so I'm not sure how anyone can clean dishes properly after using them.. The AC we did not date to use as it looked like it had not been cleaned for years, thus we were without any heating. Despite the location being good, it's quite close to a very busy main street that you can hear even behind closed windows, not to mention the entrance gate to the building that makes sound from a horror movie anytime someone opens it. The street the building is located in is a bit shady - nothing crazy, but did not have the best impression of it (lots of trash on the street). The bed - as was mentioned by others - was broken in the middle, the mattress is really soft, so personally we did not sleep too well using it. There was no shower gel provided, so make sure you bring / buy some when coming to the apartment. There were some stains on the chairs in the apartment; we were not sure when those were properly cleaned last.

• André (10/5): Perfeito apartamento com boa localização. - Tudo estava perfeito! A localização é boa (o apartamento fica numa rua que inicialmente parece estranha, mas é muito segura mesmo à noite), e fica perto de tudo! Apartamento remodelado, com ótimas condições. Estava tudo limpo, a cama confortável, ar condicionado funciona muito bem, a cozinha é completa e a casa de banho é espaçosa. Ferro de engomar a funcionar bem, e estendal elétrico para secar roupa.
• Bladimir (5/5): - The apartment is very modern and has everything you need and in a decently central location, close to tram and metro Very strong cigarette smell inside and wasn’t the cleanest apartment, the bed is also very broken and bouncy. Shower setup is not the greatest as it just makes a wet mess everywhere. Would not stay there again and luckily we only had to stay 1 night due to flight delays. Host also didn’t provide any info and I had to reach out them which seems odd as most booking bookings will always reach out to you, the host was responsive however.

• Mariette (8/5): Great location - Fantastic location, reasonably priced and modern feel. They fell down on some really basic things. For example, I had to ration my toilet paper as was only given the end of a toilet roll. I managed to find another roll that only had a few sheets left at the back of the cupboard. I would have expected a new roll or at least a new roll for when the old roll is finished if being non wasteful. I also would have expected the code to be given a few hours earlier than it was. I had to message asking for it, which it was then promptly given. This could have been problematic if my wifi was playing up. However, I would still recommend this place as clean, comfortable, safe and very close walking (10 mins) to the acropolis. I don't think there is much better at this price!

• Fay (7/5): A budget stay - make sure you have everything you need overnight as extras not provided. - Location was central and very close to attractions. ( The entrance is very unattractive as shown in the photo) We had a good night’s sleep and it was okay for an odd night’s stay in the city at a budget price. However, the bed was comfortable but broken and noisy. The bathroom was very small with part of the shower screen missing. There were no bathroom toiletries except toilet paper and handwash. We could hear noise from above when people flushed their toilets and although there were lots of facilities in the kitchen like cooker, fridge and kettle etc. we did not use them. ( There was coffee but no milk.)

Isolation in terms of water, you could hear the neighbors water, going down the building, beside that, I loved these place

Not enough cutterly and equipment to cook. The water in the shower was not warm enough and we could not have it warmer.

• Tina (9/5): Superb - It’s a very nice and clean place! It’s cosy and you have everything that you need. Well located, close to the main attractions. Coffee shops and supermarkets around.
• Laura (10/5): Great value for money - Its a comfy studio very well located, you can reach metro and tram with short walk, check in is easy and the host is very responsive. You cant leave your luggage stored after check out if you have a late flight, and check out time is very early (10am).
