Castro Zamora (8/5): Confortable - Me gustó La distancia que tiene con el aeropuerto, llegamos muy rápido al día siguiente PÉSIMA la atención del muchacho que nos entregó las llaves, ni siquiera saludó e incluso parecía enojado, nosotros llegamos muy estresados de nuestro viaje y solo necesitábamos descansar y relajarnos pero el chico nos hizo enojar mucho con su actitud y nos hizo sentir que lo estábamos molestando, parece que no es feliz con el trabajo donde está y parecía muy obligado, deberían de tener un mejor personal que haga sentir bienvenidos a los huéspedes

Rocio (7/5): Para una noche de tránsito - Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Es posible ir andando a través de unas pasarelas caminando solo 5min. Desde el momento en que realicé la reserva me puse en contacto con el alojamiento para confirmar que nos podrían mandar un taxi a la hora de llegada (informada la hora de llegada también), dijeron que sin problema, un mes antes de la llegada me volví a poner en contacto y me dijeron lo mismo. El día anterior a nuestra reserva me volví a poner en contacto para confirmar el tema del taxi y me indicaron enviar un WhatsApp a un número cuando estuviéramos en inmigración...sorpresa después de 20min esperando nada apareció y tuvimos que coger un taxi por nuestra cuenta. La segunda sorpresa es que la dirección que aparece en Booking no es realmente la del hotel. La actitud del chico de recepción al principio fue negar en todo momento lo acordado vía Booking, tuve que enseñarle la conversación y entonces ya pidió disculpas. No puede ser que se ofrezca un servicio y que luego en la recepción digan que no es posible. Además el colchón es incomodísimo, te clavas los muelles por todos lados.

Paige (9/5): Convenient, safe, and comfortable stop for my layover in Guayaquil. Cant beat the price either! - Location is super close to the airport, easy 10 min walk. There was a curfew when we stopped in during a layover so the host was kind enough to set up a car ride for our way back to the airport. The facility is gated and the rooms have everything you need.

SANDRA (7/5): Great place for a night stay, but confusing to check in. - Really clean and quiet. Close to airport. I didn’t like that it’s hard to find. There’s no clear sign so the taxi didn’t know how to find it and we’re still unclear of how to check in. We managed to check in through a different (but maybe connected) hotel.

Superb room literally across the road from the airport- cross the footbridge 3 minute walk. Gas station next door for food and snacks. Fast WiFi for zoom calls. No hot water to shower in the early morning but this could just be an Ecuador issue not this specific accommodation.

mblitch (10/5): Easy airport access, clean, good communication - My stay here was great. This was a very easy walk directly from the airport, walking across the parking lot under the covered walkway to the guarded outside gate, across the covered pedestrian bridge (with ramp) over the highway, and then only a single block to the building. It took 5 minutes for someone to arrive with the keys once I rang the front door buzzer, but I was remotely buzzed in before they arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable and I had a decent shower. There wasn't a lot of pressure, but the water was warm and a towel was provided. Everything was clean and check-out was as simple as leaving the key on the front desk. They really helped me later storing a bag ($10) for me for a week that made things so much easier. I needed to use a translation app to communicate with the person who checked me in, but the communication using WhatApp was effective with English. The interaction with the staff was great and I appreciated the assistance. Every bit of the experience was positive. I have stayed in a lot of places in my travels, and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again and would recommend it to any traveler.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel im Industriegebiet in der Nähe des Flughafens, Nachts kein Personal vor Ort. Mit Abholung vom Flughafen nachts aber reingekommen.

Hannah (10/5): Praktisch für eine Nacht 5min zum Flughafen - Sehr nah am Flughafen, 5min zu Fuß. Perfekt wenn man nur eine Nacht bleibt und weiter fliegen muss. Keine richtigen Fenster, aber super AC

cueva doumet (10/5): confort - la ubicacion, considerando que tenia que esperar la llegada de un familiar al Aerorpuerto Jose Joaquin Olmedo Deberia existir un bar o distribucion de snack, principalmente venta de agua, pues el vuelo llego a las 1H00 y no encontramos alguna tienda de viveres a esa hora

Katarzyna (10/5): Very good accomodation, I can recommend :) - I really enjoyed my stay at this accommodation. The location was excellent, very close to the airport, which made traveling much easier. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the safe and secure place to park my car. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience :)
