• Banuri (1/5): Pls don't opt for this - Nothing Everything. There was no water. Beds were not proper. We had to stay there as we reached very late in the night and totally exhausted to check for any other options. Else we wouldn't have been stayed there. We checked-in late night and asked for an extension for couple of hours since there was no booking the next day as we had elderly parents who were exhausted from our previous travel for which they were demanding for another day payment. Overall we had very bad experience for opting for this property

• viswanatha sharma (9/5): Decent stay with good food options near by and with all comforts like AC and hot water. - Size is good, can accommodate more people and they have extra mattress available on request. Google map location needs minor correction, food delivery is there. Lift facility available. Can see Tirumala hills from balcony - beautiful view. Requested for 4 hours late checkout and they accommodated request with a nominal charge - that was very helpful. Front office person needs some training and orientation.

• viswanatha sharma (9/5): Happy stay with elderly parents and young children. - smooth stay, AC working, hot water available, lift is there. Car parking is open. Drinking water supplied. Extra mattress available. Suits perfectly for families and larger groups. Price can be slightly lesser. (2000 rupees per 2bhk per day would make it a steal deal) Front office guy needs some basic training and etiquette. He is thoroughly untrained.

• B V Vijay (8/5): It was a day stay but loved the property in regards to it size, comfortness, space and cleanliness - All good expect few things mentioned in didn't like. Everything was good but the caretaker should keep the basic things like drinking water, bath soaps, food plates etc before or after the guest arrival but have been provided after asking for the same.

However, my experience with the staff was disappointing. I checked in at 10:30 PM on 22/07/2025 and checked out at 7:55 AM on 23/07/2025 from Room No. 101. At checkout, a staff member rudely informed me that my time was over at 8:00 AM. I tried to explain that the online booking clearly mentioned a checkout time between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on 23/07/2025. Although he calmed down eventually, his behavior was unprofessional, and his tone reflected anger and ego. I hope the management takes note and improves staff behavior, as it affects the overall guest experience. However, my experience with the staff was disappointing. Around 4.8kms, which is doable if you have your own vehicle. We booked local auto in the beginning and as usual they were charging more. Later switched to Uber which was reasonable
