• Kelly (8/5): Nice property if staying for more than a couple of days else feels like a bit of rush to be in and then back out again - Beautiful property, cosy and clean with comfy bed. Can’t check in till 4:30 then need to be out by 10. You are required to provide own logs for fire which are not sold on site and then fully dispose, plus wash all dishes etc and empty all own bins.
• David (7/5): We liked the Resort but the actual accommodation could have been left cleaner. Perhaps needs a more thorough clean every - The location was good, quite near to walks, beach and town centre. A pub, cafe and swimming pool on site were a bonus. Unfortunately in a kitchen cupboard we found dirty & greasy frying pans. The oven was also in a mess, not clean and very disappointing. We complained and a member of staff came promptly and sorted our complaint.
• Ray (8/5): Very good - Location The Handbook requires updating it stated the thermostat was located in the hall and it wasn't. Spent a couple of nights and mornings a bit chilly. Found the thermostat in the lounge on the last day. Also had to contact Anthony regarding car charge point activation so the car could be charged.
• Amy (9/5): A fun packed week spent by the sea and some great memories made! - The house was very spacious. Enough room for 5 of us and our dog. Located very close to the beach. Bedrooms were comfortable and beds were very comfy! Nothing!
• Steven (7/5): Relaxed peaceful stay in well looked after accommodation will visit again next year. - Location, having on suit, open plan kitchen, the dinning area and the wood burner. The garden was well looked after and enjoyed that there was a table to sit on outside. Enjoyed the actual look of the award winning cottages. The mattress needed to be changed it looked tired and was a little uncomfortable. The sofas were also a little uncomfortable and needed an upgrade. Would be useful to have some blankets to use in the cold evenings for sofas.
• Simon (10/5): The excellent Gingerbread Cottage - The Cottage was very clean and was a lovely home from home! Everything was catered for with a nice welcome pack to get you started. The accomodation was very comfy from the sofa to the beds. We even had the log burner on and it kept us nice and toasty 😁 The Bay is very well situated with regards to surrounding area. Nothing
