• Massimiliano (10/5): Tornerò sicuramente - La posizione è ottima, è pieno di negozi e si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dal mare. L'appartamento è provvisto di tutto, ci sono addirittura teli da mare, creme abbronzanti e giochi da mare per i bambini. Ci sono anche molti giochi da tavolo e carte da gioco, manca solo l'aria condizionata. Il wifi va alla grande e c'è la tv 32 pollici di ultima generazione collegata al wifi. Consiglio veramente quest'appartamento.

• Sara (8/5): - Very functional, with Salt pepper ready to start cooking, a small terrace and a room to put the neoprene after surfing. The apartment was great, just the instruction how to leave the flat the night before were quite long and I had to leave early so didn’t have much time to put blankets on bed, open the windows and I did not know where to throw the Trush. It was kindly asked but I felt bad I couldn’t throw away the garbage. If the instructions arrive on the first day is easier to follow. A part this tiny details the flat is great and host very kind. I recommend it !

• Tony (8/5): - Ideal location with everything being in walking distance. Apartment was quite spacious and had most items required (although everything was a little dated). Nice touch to have a bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge Apartment was very hot with no fans provided. We had to bring our own which wasn't ideal. Communication of how to get to the lockbox for the keys wasn't great either

• Helen (9/5): Good location for a holiday to Playa Las Americas - Great location close to bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the beach. Spacious apartment with plenty of room for a family or group of friends. Well equipped kitchen with utility area including a washing machine. Lots of extras left like books and games, toiletries, cleaning supplies etc. Nice outdoor space with a shared pool and room for kids to play. Good security with gated access to the apartment block. Good friendly communication with the owner including online check in and clear instructions about key collection etc. Overall a good location for a holiday in Tenerife. Nothing we didn’t like and don’t want to be negative as we did enjoy our stay but a few things to be aware of before booking. The apartment is in a complex and many apartments appeared residential. This is not necessarily a negative but worth considering depending on the type of holiday you are looking for. The pool area was a little tired looking with only a few sun beds but it was January so this may be different in summer. The apartment does not have air conditioning which could be an issue in summer. We slept with windows open but this did result in some noise issues due to people outside. Again not a major spoiler but something to be aware of. Some written information about the apartment would have been helpful. There were no instructions on using dishwasher, washing machine etc and this was an issue as the washing machine in particular was very different to a UK one. We struggled with the light in the sitting area and thought it was broken but the switch is hidden behind the TV unit and difficult to access. (Jessica was helpful when I messaged about this and replied quickly). Again just to bear in mind- the apartment is 2nd floor so there are some steps to manage.
