- Lynette (9/5): Good apartment, good location,steep awkward stairs - Great location Very narrow steep stairs, would be awkward for small children or people with mobility issues.
- Jörg (9/5): - Wirklich außergewöhnlich nettes Häuschen in perfekter Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattet und eine citynahe Ausgangslage für Shoppingtouren oder aber auch Wanderungen. Nichts!

- Heidi (7/5): - Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, Parkmögöichkeiten sind in der nahegelegenen Tiefgarage zu finden. Für ältere Menschen würde ich die Wohnung nicht unbedingt empfehlen, da diese einen engen, steileren Treppenaufgang hat. Der Vermieter ist nett, hilfsbereit und telefonisch zu erreichen. Preis-Leistung der Wohnung ist gut. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist tatsächlich die Lautstärke von der Straße, daher auch nicht die volle Punktzahl!
