• Lidija (10/5): - Hiša je zelo prostorna, bila je čisto. Ob prihodu nas je pričakal prijazen gostitelj in nam predal ključe ter razkazal hišo. Za nas je pripravil paket dobrodošlice (voda, vino, sadje, sok, piškoti itd.). Všeč nam je bilo, da je pomislil tudi na malenkosti kot so pralni prašek, detergent za pomivanje posode, gel za tuširanje. Dal nam je tudi nasvete, kaj si ogledati. Hiša ima precej lepih teras, ki pa jih žal sploh nismo nič koristili, saj smo bili večino dneva naokoli. Hrup letal in pa lajanje psov ponoči. Mogoče ne bi bil odveč kakšen večji nož za rezanje kruha.

• Rea (10/5): Ηταν όλα εξαιρετικά! - Στο σπίτι υπήρχαν φρούτα, χυμός, μπισκότα και κρασί (προσφορά του ιδιοκτήτη). Η κουζίνα είχε όλα τα βασικά (καφές, ζάχαρη, λάδι, αλάτι, καρυκεύματα, κ.λπ. Τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια ήταν πολύ καλά. Τηλεόραση και AC υπήρχαν και στους δύο ορόφους καθώς έπιπλα βεράντας και στις δύο πλευρές της μονοκατοικίας. Το μόνο αρνητικό που θα επισήμανα είναι ότι στην περιοχή υπάρχει ο αναμενόμενος θόρυβος του αεροδρομίου της Σούδας.

• Thomas (10/5): Excellent, enjoyable, budget, family friendly stay at Kalathas Prosperity. - The host was extremely professional and super friendly and answered all the questions that we had before our arrival. The house is very big with 2 large rooms and a very comfortable living room. All the kitchenware were provided and were at an excellent condition and the bathroom amenities were also provided. The house is surrounded by balconies that you can use throughout the day depending on where the direction of the sun hits. The views from the upper floor are spectacular and were a great start to the morning. The location is also ideal as it's minutes from the main road where you can find a variety of local amenities like coffee shops, mini markets etc. and is very close to the nearby Kalathas beach, which can be reached within a short 5 minutes journey via car. Highly recommend the property and will definitely book again in the future. Bonus for the local cat family that were always greeting us at the door :) There wasn't anything that we found that wasn't to our liking.

We appreciated especially the love for details: A map of Crete, tips by a local, useful information gathered for us, and the attentive question, that we could approach you, if we needed anything. • George (10/5): Very large and clean accommodations with all the required amenities - Very large, comfortable and roomy. Easily big enough for a family. Multiple balconies and baths with comfy sea views plus a private parking space and additional outdoor shower. Very clean and modern facilities and equipment. Host was very nice upon meeting and very patient in showing the facilities. Nothing really within normal renting conditions although we were there for a wedding and a little more flexibility on arrival time to prepare would have made it even better. Also from only a knowledge standpoint, its’s on the south/ upper end of Kalathas so from a knowledge standpoint it’s more of a drive than a walk to the beach, but that was known in advance so not a problem as we had a car and plans to transit within the peninsula and to/from Chania town. Overall great stay and wish we would have stayed longer.
