• Dan (10/5): Wonderful stay in beautiful Bellagio - We loved the Castagna Apartment, in the heart of beautiful Bellagio but peaceful too. Very clean and really well appointed. The little balcony was lovely to sit out on in the afternoon ; Bellissimo Nothing to fault, one pice of advice though; don’t try to carry your suitcases up all the stone steps that lead from the ferry: there is a road that goes round which is way easier 🥵

There are a lot of steps to reach it, but alternatively you can take the longer way round up the road to left, which is a little steep but then you only have to walk down about 5 steps to get to the room. If you are travelling to Bellagio you should know there are a lot of steps though Big apartment which was great. Nice and powerful shower. Nice views through the buildings. It would be lovely to have a mirror and table to sit at either in the bedroom or sitting area to do your hair and makeup. Maybe its just me but I don't like doing my hair and make up in a warm steamy bathroom. Also maybe some black out blinds in the bedroom as people can see through when you have the light on. I'm not a big lover of shower curtains, again thats just me and it was a but long so I was bothered about slipping on it. Just some suggestions and nothing major.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Fantastic location. - Exceptional location right in the heart of Bellagio. Extremely responsive host who was very accommodating. Would 100% recommend. Nothing massively of note - a sofa or somewhere comfy to sit would be welcome, as well as shutters on the bedroom window.

• Luka (10/5): Great place - Fantastic location, very cute and clean apartment, and the host was friendly and responsive!
• Florrie (5/5): Passable - Good location, central but the only shop was a long walk away in a remote area. had to walk on the roadside. Advertised to have a kettle/toaster. These were not provided. Shower had only a cold setting and would not go hot, perhaps the boiler needed servicing? Air con broken in the kitchen. Host was rude over message.
• Angela (9/5): Lovely apartment - Very central and close to numerous restaurants and bars. Very good communication before arrival and quick response time. Well equipped and spacious and a nice small balcony. A kettle would have been nice as well as maybe a comfy chair or settee although I appreciate space is needed for the sofa bed if being used. The apartment only has a kitchen table and chairs.

Clean and comfortable, the small balcony was lovely to sit and wind down on in the evening after a busy day. Couldn’t ask for anything more considering the price compared to other places to stay in Bellagio!

• Lency (8/5): Overall this Castagna apartment it’s location is excellent - Excellent location, the host was exceptionally supportive. Had no washing/drying machine, although the AC did not worked properly the fan did the job and we were cool night and day
• Pamela (5/5): Passable - Appartment needs servicing as gas hot water kept stopping.,circuit breaker kept cutting out, alarm kept going off, air conditioners needed to be both running otherwise one would leak water.
