- Armin (5/5): Passable - The accommodation is very modest but tidy. in the center of the city, very good location for visiting the city rather uncomfortable beds, complications during check-in. the refund of the deposit I paid did not arrive automatically after two weeks as stated in the contract, but I had to react personally and after several changed messages and an unpleasant situation I got the deposit back after three weeks

- Ghanem (1/5): A stressful, dirty, and dishonest experience! would never stay here again. - The whole experience was disappointing! Check-in was a nightmare – we were left outside the building for over an hour with no help or response from the hosts. Communication was almost non-existent, and after we paid, they suddenly claimed only part of our deposit would be refunded due to a made-up check-in rule that wasn’t shown before booking. The apartment was dirty, full of ants and cockroaches, the toilet didn’t flush, and the sheets and sofa were stained and burned. Overall, a terrible and stressful experience.
- Mariann (9/5): A nice budget option in an excellent location - The location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the main shopping street and close to the harbour. The roof terrace was very nice (even better than the pictures) and the hosts replied to messages quite fast. It was also very clean and everything worked. I was expecting the beds to have single blankets because I was travelling with a group, that didn't consist of couples. But I guess it is reasonable for the host to assume that the double beds will be occupied by couples so there were only double blankets. So not really the fault of the host but just about us having different expectations. The kitchen facilities were also pretty basic, as expected for the budget price.

I don’t see the need to charge a 100 euros deposit for the amount of utilities offered. We didn’t appreciate that the key safety box was removed without us being informed beforehand.
- Elza (5/5): Passable - Location was perfect, in the middle of “old town”. Difficult to communicate with staff. Feels like you’re talking to robot, and you could wait whole day to get an answer. Also lack of information - it was written that in 14 days I will get back my deposit, but in the end it was 14 WORKING days, it’s a big difference. Also for 5 nights stay we had only 2 towels and 2 toilet papers and none of the kitchen towels. After first shower we noticed that water is leaking on the floor from somewhere but we couldn’t find anything to clean it up.

I have never experienced such a horrible customer service in my whole entire life.. this person even claim to be the owner not sure if that’s true, but I would never book with them again.. I was advised by the owner not to book with them anymore. They would be more than happy not to assist me in the future..🤷🏼♂️

- Justin (1/5): They will lie to keep your damage deposit. - Central location. As part of hotel policies, I paid 100 Euros as a damage deposit. I messaged the company on Friday to be told 2 weeks after checking out the damage deposit (it was 2 weeks after check out). When asking when I would get my money back, I received a message saying because I smoked in the room, I was ineligible for the refund. This is an absolute lie, as I don't smoke. Why would a company keep a deposit for 14 days? So they can eventually make up a lie to keep your money. The company is scammers of the highest order. Avoid them!

- Tea (8/5): Very good - Beautiful roofterrace, clean apartment, everything we needed was there. Good bed. In the historical centrum. No noise from outside. Owner responded fast Owner could have given info about codes for lockers all at the same time. Now we first got the codes to get inside the apartment. I had to ask again for parking and then once more for the locker code of the terrace.

We'd have left immediately had we somewhere else to go. - Location is a in a dirty dark lane, which might be atmospheric to so.e but is in truth something of a dirty dark lane. Interior is akin to a depressingly dark place with narrow stairs. Not remotely welcoming . The apartment is extremely basic, with one window. It is a very basic and uncomfortable space, not for a holiday, though perhaps as a holding cell for drunks or whatever

- Anderson (4/5): Horrible service text only through booking .com app - Close to lots of things and a breakfast cafe is in ground floor The communication ; during my stay multiple people had the same issue I had which was recovering door code and access after check in time .. this is bc they also require a deposit outside of booking.com There were 6 customers during a week who had similar issues , plus there is a sewage smell most days from poorly plumbed building ..

- Clair (8/5): Excellent location but needs a lock of paint in places - It was in a very good location within central Malaga. Whilst comfortable enough the apartment itself needed a bit of decorative TLC. There no tea towels to dry dishes when used, along with no drainer, no brush and dustpan to clean up. In the bathroom the bidet was not fixed to the ground.

- Nathan (1/5): Terrible stay, terrible staff, would not recommend - Nothing, photos are misleading. Room was really small. It smelled like fungus in the apartment. Staff was very rude and unreachable. The key lock box was jammed. When nobody picked up, we had to call a locksmith. The owner blamed us and claimed the code was right, however we were trying for hours to get in, even our neighbors and other visitors couldn’t fix it for us. After trying to fix it with the owner, he ignored us. For checkout, he said to us to put the keys in the new key box, but he lied! There was no new key box.

- David (1/5): Location is perfect, the rest is a big ripoff! - Location We payed for a Luxury Studio Deluxe with King size bed, but we got 4 empty walls with small double bed. The place had no equipment at all. 4 knifes spoons and forks, that´s pretty much all the kitchen equipment. No closet, no drawers, no nothing. Had to pay 100 euros deposit, I wonder what for, and now I have to wait 2 weeks to get it back from them. I go to Malaga often, and never experienced such a ripoff! DO NOT recommend!
