• Johan (8/5): - Idéalement situé à proximité du quartier hanok, l'établissement est propre et bien tenu. Il est bien pour passer un court séjour à Jeonju. Je n'avais pas fait attention mais l'appartement est partagé avec une autre chambre. Il n'y a pas d'équipements pour cuisiner (juste un frigo, un micro-ondes et une bouilloire).

• roadrunner6 (9/5): - Propre et confortable et situé au abords du Hanok village. Rien 'ne manque et tout est disponible aux alentours. Restos pas chers dans le food court à l ouest et animés à l' est dans le Hanok village très coloré. La literie est très confortable et le wifi marche bien. Je ne suis pas venu en voiture mais il y avait quelques places de parking de libre. La gare est accessible facilement à pied de même que la gare des bus. Malgré le centre ville il fait calme là bas et paisible. Ce n' est pas grave mais : Il vaut mieux avoir un téléphone coréen avec connexion car les infos n arrivent qu a la dernière minute. Pour les non résidents c est un vrai problème alors qu il suffit d'envoyer les instructions la veille alors que par définition si on prends un hôtel c est qu'on est voyageur. J'ai obtenu un téléphone à prêter dans la rue mais les gens sont un peu méfiants pour prêter. Une fois que j ai trouvé un téléphone la dame m a bien aider suite à ce qu ils aient oublier d envoyer au minimum la veille les instructions.

Hay que subir escaleras así que cuidado con llevar mucho equipaje. Hay una cocina amplia, que no tiene para cocinar, pero puedes guardar cosas en la nevera. El baño es un poco frío, pero amplio.

• Tessa (10/5): Ideal for a short stay! - Super conveniently located right beside the Hanok village and all attractions are super accessible. Sound proofing wasn’t ideal cause you can hear your neighbours having conversations or moving around in their rooms.

• Manuela (10/5): - Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely perfect. We were especially lucky because, during our time there, the floor we stayed on — which only has two rooms — was practically ours alone, as the other room wasn’t occupied. That meant we had the shared bathroom all to ourselves, along with a kitchen on the same floor. It made the whole experience feel peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. The space had everything we needed, and the self check-in and check-out process was smooth and super practical, giving us the freedom to come and go easily. The location was also great — close enough to explore the main tourist attractions on foot, which made getting around very convenient. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. 감사합니다!

• Jlhutton (8/5): Very good - Even though it's not flash, but is an older basic place, with smallish simple rooms and shared bathroom facilities, we rather enjoyed our time here. With 2 shower rooms and 2 full bathrooms (toilet, shower, etc), having to share bathrooms was never a problem. Good hot water too. The small basic kitchen proved to be useful. The location within a short walk from Jeonju's main attractions was ideal.
• Henna (4/5): Needs a deep clean - Location was great, It was very cheap and the owner was very responsive. Cleanliness was a big one, We found that the aircon wasn't working, so when we went to take a look we saw that it was absolutely filthy, as there were ample cleaning supplies we got to work, it took about an hour of wiping away black dust for it to finally wipe away clear. We realised the aircon wasn't working because the plug has frrayed exposed wires which fizzed when we tried to push it into the socket. Luckily It was an extension plug, which we changed, and it was fine after that. Also, the mattress wasn't great. You could feel the springs poke deep into your back so we flipped the mattress and it was much more tolerable.

The facilities are good, the street was quite calm but still located near good restaurants and shops. We were lucky and had good 'neighbors' but the rooms are not well isolated so you can easily be disturbed by that.

• Alana (10/5): Lovely guesthouse in Jeonju with a very kind and helpful staff :) - The property was super easy to find, we checked-in a bit late and even though the lady that waited for us was super kind. The room was clean and all the necessities were provided! I did not have a sim card with a phone number so I could not book kakaoT taxis so I asked for help because we had to leave at 5:00am to take the KTX. The lady called the taxi for us at 5:00am, she could not have been kinder or more helpful, I recommend this guesthouse 100% :) Everything was great!
• Kyle (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great, staff were friendly, the location is good, in a quiet spot right next to the Hanok village. The room was big enough, there was a communal space to eat/store food, everything was very clean. The shared bathrooms were impeccable our whole stay, there was 4 rooms and 4 showers on our floor so plenty of space. The owner/staff were incredibly friendly when we did see them! It's a small thing but I wish they had bigger towels. Everything else was great.
• Natarsha (9/5): Superb - Location. It was very close to bus stops and the fabulous Hanok Village. The room and facilities were very neat, comfortable, and clean. From the express bus terminal, you could take bus 79 and get off at the hanok Village stop, about 10 min. Or, you could take a lovely walk along the river. It is less than 4 kilometres, so if you have light luggage or a backpack, I would recommend it. Takes less than an hour. Lovely place. Quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Hard to find, no sign with the hostel name anywhere apart from tiny piece of paper glued to the door.
• Georgia (10/5): Such a lovely stay in the hanok village! - In such a great location for the village, river and places to get choco pie! Just above a florist which seems to be in progress. Easy to find. We were on the 3rd floor and had to ourselves the first night which was ideal as we had food in the communal area comfortably. The next 2 nights someone was in the room next to us. The walls are thin but was fine due to respectful people staying there. Shower was good. Couldn’t recommend enough. Little things like topping up the communal coffee, but wasn’t really a problem. Again, didn’t affect us but there are stairs and no lifts, so tricky if you have mobility issues.

• Caroline (7/5): Overall a great cosy place to stay for a good price. - I had a very comfortable stay here and it was very clean and cosy. I was in a single room with a queen sized bed and it was for a good value price. The only issue I had was I arrived after informing the host that I’d be there at a certain time and I arrived earlier and I was quite confused because there was no reception area. There was a sign saying call this number but I had to ask someone on the streets to call because I didn’t have a SIM card that worked in Korea.

Overall I was satisfied with the place. The rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so be prepared for those with big suitcases.

I’ve stayed at many hostels in Korea and this has got to be the least sound proof I’ve ever been to. It’s like the walls are cardboard. You can hear people’s foots steps and full conversations.
