- Pamela (6/5): Incómodo - Tiene bastante especio La entrada es horrible.. las personas del edificio se paran a fumar y beber todo el tiempo. El edificio huele muy mal y todo el apartamento está lleno de cucarachas, como la ventilación es mala se proliferan por todos lados esos animales hasta en el comida caen Deben fumigar eso es cero agradable para una familia

- John Villabona (10/5): Apartamento Excepcional. - El apartamento muy cómodo, fresco, bien distribuido, estaba dotado con todos los implementos y utensilios necesarios para cocinar, hacer limpieza y tener descanso. Muy buen cuidado y aseado, habían muchas cosas que parecían nuevas. Los vecinos del apartamento de arriba hicieron mucho ruido a altas horas de la noche.
