• Christine (6/5): It was ok but would not recommend to anyone else due to hard beds and broken shower and limited towels - Location Hardest beds I’ve ever slept in. Did not get a good nights sleep. One shower would not drain and would flood bathroom. We were only provided with one towel each for entire 4 night stay, one dish towel, no coffee, and no instructions on how to use dishwasher.

Good cooking facilities & equipment. Power cut out repeatedly when cooking & Clothes washer on with A/C - not easy to restore at fuse box. A/C unintuitive and noisy. 1st night couldn’t turn on in Bedroom - sweat box. Couch uncomfortable. Nasty internal stairwell.

• Eugene (7/5): Good value for money, but AC needs upgrading. - Location was great, and it was an easy check in process. Also the apartment was clean. The AC needs to be fixed.. in one bedroom it’s very noisy and you can’t sleep with it on. In the 2nd bedroom, the location of the AC unit is by the headboard.. so you can’t use it at night. There’s a bad smell in the upstairs bathroom.. we figured out if you leave the exhaust off, the smell goes away.
• Marissa (8/5): Beautiful Apartment in Bologna. - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and the stove was induction, which made everything go very quickly. The location was really wonderful with many shops and restaurants right outside the door. The check in process was a bit confusing. We were to call a number and they would buzz us in. This didn't work and we were let in by someone who we weren't sure was part of the company. It was a bit difficult communicating when we had questions or problems, like when we left our keys in the apartment by accident. Also, there was confusion with our checkout day--they mistakenly thought it was a day earlier and sent an angry housekeeper to our door waking everyone up. I had to send a copy of the booking to prove that we had paid for another day.

• Irene (9/5): Comfortable, central and good service. 5 Stars! - Great central location (about a 15 minute walk to train station, close to shopping and many restaurants too!). People of Bologna are friendly!! Very large apartment with three ac, well appointed kitchen (we didn't cook), two full bathrooms and very comfortable beds (even the fold out couch was good!). There is a small elevator or two flights of steps for those with access concerns. Couch bed and full bath on first level of apartment. Had trouble figuring out how to use the ac in the large bedroom (twist to set, non-traditional remote) -- customer service was fantastic and provided assistance quickly.

• Ersin (8/5): Spacious, clean and great location! - Spacious, clean and great location! The air conditioners are louder than usual. Cannot operate while sleeping as it is loud. This make the rooms hot when sleeping at night.

• Cristina (10/5): Excellent stay - Very nice and cozy apartment situated right in the heart of the city, very close to the train station, restaurants and shops and with great views right on Little Venice. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in and Check out procedure was really simple, we were in contact with the host at all times and they answered really fast.

I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to others. - Canaletto was in a perfect location for exploring Bologna. 10 minutes walk from the railway station but also only 10 minutes in the opposite direction to Piazza Maggiore and Due Torri. Contactless access to the property was easy and well explained with lots of information and supporting photos from the company who manage the property. Nothing major, but the upstairs bathroom had a bit of a smell at times. It wasn’t too bad though. The apartment is on the second floor but that wouldn’t be a problem for anyone with access issues as there’s a modern elevator.
• Amalia (4/5): Disappointing - Very good location There were no benefits for which we paid. Moreover, the accommodation did not have hot water, so we had to take a bath until the morning of the second day of our reservation. The hosts responded to our messages, without giving us clear answers, and at some point they simply ignored us without being interested in our needs.

• Robert (9/5): Great location, comfortable and amazing host - Great location not far from centre of Bologna, apartment was very comfortable with everything you needed. Having the rooms upstairs was a nice finish. Everything was comfortable and very nice, and host was amazing and very accomodating to every request. You are literally 20 minute walk from termini and 5-10 minute walk to main parts of Bologna but have some amazing restaurants literally around the corner. Nothing it was all great!

• Rosemary (9/5): Wonderfully located accommodation for 2 couples in an amazing city. - The location was perfect - accessible from railway station, bus stops, shopping and restaurants, and historic city centre. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 double beds is very good for couples travelling together. The upstairs bathroom had rather an unpleasant smell which we couldn't get rid of with using the extractor fan, Using the shower/bidet/washbasin/loo didn't seem to clear the problem either. The kitchen equipment was a bit basic - a couple of serving dishes or salad/fruit bowls or casserole dishes would have been a good addition for self-catering. I'd also have welcomed a fuller information pack (e.g. how to operate air conditioning) and a bit of tourist information - maps etc.

The owner offered us all needed info for fast and easy check-in/check-out and all the needed support when we had a question. The apartment is clean and very well equiped,plus having 2 separate rooms and 2 separate bathrooms was a dream considering there were 4 of us. The location is great, 4 places to eat right on our street,plus coffee shop opened early in the morning in order to have a great start of the day. It's only a 10-15 min walk from Bologna Centrale station and a 10 min walk from City Center,we couldn't have asked for anything else. We will for sure come back without hesitation. I loved everything.:)

• Allan (10/5): Awesome apartment on the main street in Bologna! - This apartment was in a perfect location right on the main street. There was also a canal view outside the kitchen window that was pretty cool. Restaurants and shopping right outside your door. You could walk to everything. An added bonus was that you could walk to the bus station or train station, which were both close by. It allowed us to take day trips by train to both Milan and Modena. We stayed for a week in this amazing apartment, which had everything that we needed. We will definitely recommend this apartment to our family and friends. There really wasn't anything not to like about this apartment.

Clean and cosy. Self check in, but they sent us instruction how to get in via WhatsApp. Nothing. Everything was good.

• Greg (2/5): Pleasant apartment very modern and clean but couldn’t sleep. - The location is excellent. Close to piazza Maggiore, and over looking a canal. The apartment is comfortable enough and clean. In the kitchen although the oven and fridge were of high quality , there were no baking dishes, or equipment to cook a beautiful meal with all the fresh ingredients available in the market except on the stove top - but no decent knife. No tea towels . The beds were very firm. The main problem unfortunately wasn’t the fault of the owner but the upstairs apartment- fighting and talking and walking up and down all night we got hardly any sleep. Every night til at least 2:30 or 3 am. It was extremely disappointing and annoying.
• Erin (7/5): Great location but some disappointing aspects - Location was fantastic and it was great having a washing machine for our clothes It is serviced by a company who were not particularly helpful (and messaged us asking us not to leave any negative reviews, which I found off-putting). The apartment smelled of damp (which makes sense as it is over the canal but still wasn’t great). The air conditioners were extremely loud and in one of the bedrooms blasted straight onto the side of the bed so couldn’t be used overnight without making the person very uncomfortable. The wifi does not reach the bedrooms.
• Claudiu (10/5): Good apartment for families visiting Bologna - Good location halfway between the city center and the rail station, with very good restaurants and a supermarket just a few meters away. Very good heating and very confortable. It offers good value for money. The host gives very clear instructions for the check in, so the process is very smooth. -

Very central location, with lots of restaurants on the same street and a short walk to the main square and to the station. Didn’t seem to be able to hear any street noise. Very comfortable stay would recommend.
• Zafer (9/5): We liked the apartment very much so I can recommend it to everyone willing to visit Bologna. - It’s location was fantastic, you can visit all places easily at old town. There was nothing I dis not like. Bathrooms was new, all machines was in good condition. Only improvement area may be to increase the quantity of kitchen stuff such as dishes, glasses etc.
