• Ogechi (10/5): A 10/10 experience with the kindest and most accommodating host. 100% recommend - I LOVED the decor. It was warm, welcoming and homely. Pictures do not do it justice. It’s so much more gorgeous. The host was communicative, pleasant and kind. Let us check in much earlier because we got into town way before check-in. The teas, coffee and water was such a lovely gesture. Solid 10/10 stay. Nothing. Everything was perfect. Quite a distance from the city centre but we didn’t mind that at all.

• Luke (9/5): Lovely stay on the outskirts of Manchester. - Benny was really easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Really nice spot on the outskirts of Manchester. Very reasonably priced in comparison to the city centre prices. The facilities were really clean and the bed was really comfortable. If you want something in the city centre this is definitely not for you, but that is not Benny or the properties fault. It cost us £15 to get back from the city centre on a Saturday night.

• Aidan (10/5): Nice Quite, Tidy and Homely Luxury Stay! Very Happy! - Great House well decked out and more then exceeded my expectations, Very Clean and tidy and well presented. Good Kitchen and free tea and coffee even offered a free beer. Host was amazing and great to chat with! Location was a little out of town but only a few minutes walk to several bus stations. For the price this was more then fine and on the upside being out of town mean it was super quiet and felt very homely in a nice neighborhood.

Went above my expectations by providing free beverages in the fridge. Loved the tea & coffee station! I highly recommend this place and would love stay here again :)

The host was very accommodating and answered the phone immediately at check in. Very smoothe .check in and out. There was nothing we didn't like.
