• Jade (7/5): Good bed but I didn't like the private bathroom - Comfortable double bed Good wifi A little table next to the bed Close to Bui Vien Street My room was on the 2nd floor (ground floor = 1st floor), the stairs are in spiral and narrow so it is difficult if you have a big suitcase like me. The bathroom door is a sliding door and it's really hard to move it (I couldn't close it completely) and you must close it to take your shower because the shower is just next to the door. The sink in the bathroom is below a sloped ceiling so I always had to bend my back to use it. Same for the mirror which is above the shower tap. Only a child less than 140cm might be able to use the sink or mirror without bending. Toilet is ok.

• Beate (6/5): - Nice big comfortable bed, nice host who was very fast reachable and helpfull. The halllight shines through the glas window of the door into the room, very disturbing. The bathroom mirror is not high enough for average height Europeans, I had to sit down to see my head.

• Jamie (4/5): Disappointing and uncomfortable. - Location was decent. Room itself a good size with a shower and toilet. Massive ant infestation. Told the owner twice who attempted to blame us and dismiss the issues despite videos sent to him. We were told we would get a 50% refund due to the ants, they were crawling into our bags, clothes, under our pillows at night it was not suitable, and we've stayed in many places in Asia with a few ants here and there no issue. The owner arrived and told us he'd give us 50% off ONE night despite us staying for four which we were very unhappy with. His solution was to spray the bed with ant spray, despite one of us having a skin condition and asthma. Suitable? The room was claimed to be brand new however the room was covered in big thick spider webs, dust, insects, ants, it just was not clean or new. While the room itself would've been decent for the price this completely ruined it as we got no sleep due to the itching of ants, but were told "the room is cheap so it's okay". Please beware of this.
• Samir (10/5): Exceptional - The guy is very nicr and helpful, the location is amazing for party 300 m from the walking street and in a calm street, and 500 m from the buses arrival , buses from Cambodia and buses taking you to wherever you want i would go bck there any time

We arrive too early they said we have to wait few minutes while they were preparing the room for us. This is legit. Then when we came back 1 hour later the same hair were at the same place in the bathroom and the bed. The shared fridge was horribly dirty.

• Thea (10/5): I would definitely stay here again - Such a great place: self check-in, clean, silent, spacious room, comfortable bed, AC and fan, free toiletries, coffee and laundry, good Wi-Fi, excellent location, easy to find with Grab and a really amazing, kind and helpful host. I had a bad food poisoning and he made sure I got prompt medical assistance. Also, he allowed me to leave my luggage in the house when I arrived early in the morning before check-in. Absolutely recommended! Nothing really, I wish I could stay there longer.

• Renars (9/5): Very nice - Owner was really nice, he contacted me few days prior and helped me with getting to hotel from airport. Also helped us with everything in apartment. The room was great for the value. Great place for budget travellers. You also have a washing machine that you can use and free coffee. Also no bugs or lizards as it was a problem in Thailand with apartments in the same price range. It was kinda as small, but im not complaining. Also there were some dogs barking outside so might be a problem during the night but we were able to sleep just fine

• Michelle (6/5): Pleasant - The location is very good, super close to the center and Bui Vien Street. You can easily find a market, pharmacy and places to eat. The photos do not match the reality.... The address here on booking has the wrong number. I didn't know we would have to do a self check in. I received a message from the manager just asking my arrival time and the locker password to get the key. There is a lack of a professional attitude, an email or a WhatsApp message giving all the instructions.... After having a delayed flight, arriving from a long trip, the grab leaves us at the entrance of a dead end street, we are looking for the number according to the address here which is wrong, without internet... We asked the neighbors but no one speaks English. Until we found the locker, there were many rooms, we had no information about which one would be ours, there is no information with the internet password. Anyway, communication can be a lot better..

He was very helpful and super friendly - he definitely made the trip better and went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time! The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was definitely okay!

• Luren (6/5): Great location, mattress could be improved - Location is central and the owner is very helpful and nice. There is a free washing machine, AC works well, strong wifi for streaming. I have sleeping problems and the bed thickness (~8cm) made it extremely difficult for me to sleep both nights. My partner who doesn't have trouble sleeping also struggled, it was definitely uncomfortable. The bedroom door has a frosted glass and the first night someone was lifting the curtain and putting the lights on in the common area until past midnight, but if you have an eye mask then shouldn't have a problem hehe for the price we really can't complain...

• Mona (10/5): Great value for money option in a very central location. - Great location, really good value for money and the place was clean. The host is very friendly and allows guests to use the washing machine. There is also a fridge, which is handy. Also, plenty of sockets in the room (a lot of properties don’t have that…) The room is in an alley away from the noise of the main road so we got some good sleep. The bed is very hard.

• Teresa (9/5): I really liked the place and would stay there again! - Location, the freedom of checking in and out whatever time you like there were ants in the room - but wasn’t that problematic.
• Esteban (9/5): Best value for your money! - It’s probably the best value for your money. Once in the room, everything is fine, especially, if you are not too big in size. The stairs are a but small if you are American size. If you are under 1.65cm, no issue. The remotes for the air conditioning did not have batteries, but as soon as you change them, everything works fine, and it doesn’t get any cheaper for this perfect location.
