Guest Reviews
- Aagam (10/5): - The host was an angel. She was so reasonable with all the requests we made and her easy going nature made our stay the best ever. The property was also so good that we felt like purchasing it, not kidding lol. It had so many amenities that we didn't need to worry about anything else. There's also a grocery shop and a cafe just outside the gate which makes the day easy. I would surely book this property and no other while I am in Lauceston.
- Jodie (7/5): - Location, spacious, comfortable Requiring a deep clean (ceiling fans, aircon, spiderwebs), the floor on second level extremely noisy, though we were going to fall through shower. Over not working
- Amy (7/5): The home was reasonably comfortable for our stay. I do not recommend if you have troubles with stairs as the main living - Close to town and walking distance to Festivale
Garage access was good
Having some basic groceries already in the home was handy Carpets were dirty. Unsure if oven worked as door was broken. Coffee machine didn’t work properly.
No plug for the kitchen sink and no dishwasher tablets provided. Floors were very noisy between levels. No sink in downstairs toilet which was weird

- Fourie (7/5): We enjoyed it and would stay again - Good location, with most things we needed to be self-contained. The lounge area was a lovely spacious area to gather in. There are great cafes in walking distance which is handy. The top floor was very stuffy in the afternoon and the fans did little to fix this. The cleaning could be a little more detailed as there were cobwebs all around and dirty handprints on the walls. These are all things that can be easily remedied.
- Daniela (6/5): It was okay but not great. - Central location The curtains were falling off the rods and sun came into rooms in the morning.
Back doors were dirty with bird poo.
Spiders in toilet.
Leaking laundry tap. Had to put a towel in sink to stop the sound of dripping at night.

- Keely (10/5): - Great location, lovely house.
- Michael (6/5): -
- Chunxiao (10/5): - It’s so convenient and easy to stay in
- Lisa Z (8/5): Overall it’s a great location and spacious enough for a large family not to feel cramped - The kitchen bin contained a foil a smelling liquid from food that was rotten
The bedrooms were a little cold through the night
- Le-Hua (6/5): Lost its sparkle - Good location. Spacious. Mould in bathroom walls; broken oven door; insufficient lighting in kitchen and dining area due to a lack of light bulb; broken blinds. The carpets could have been cleaned better.
There were no dishwashing tablets for dishwasher and insufficient dishwashing liquid for washing up.
I tried contacting the property manager on arrival regarding the locations of the bins (considering the previous tenant left 2 bags of rubbish and the check-in information requested we bring the bins out) - no call back or a return text.
- Ramachandran (9/5): Super !! - Extremely family friendly, comfortable, well equipped
- Tanya (7/5): Good - Great location, easy to find, and access. Better suited to younger people due to three levels of stairs. Great local cafe with awesome foods. Could have been a bit cleaner. We arrived after dark and would have appreciated milk in fridge.
- Gretchen (8/5): Overall it was great. I’d like separate beds for my children though - The location, size of the lounge room, double lockup garage and private balcony No single beds. My children didn’t want to share a bed. It would be good if one of the rooms had single beds.
- Liam (5/5): Passable - Good location, comfortable beds, modern furniture. Wasn't overly clean. Floors dirty, brown stains on towels etc. Lots of things broken, like blown lights, curtains and the oven didn't work (and was missing its front panel).
- Peter (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious Seems in need of maintenance, things not working lights, blinds, coffee machine.Fan and light on hot plate don't turn off. Oven door broken.Has three levels so need to carry bags up 2xstairs to bedrooms.
- Gary (7/5): Good - Location was excellent The floors were very noisey
- Wren (9/5): Superb - Great property and location right next to Launceston city centre.
Great utilities and had everything we needed Only complaint is pillows were a little uncomfortable on the beds
- Bill (8/5): Stay was very good. - Clean and very well located to cbd and shops. Loved the garage space and automatic door. Instructions were very clear. Top bedrooms were hot
- Jennie (9/5): Comfortable with great amenities including a roomy spa bath. - Nice quiet spot, plenty of room. Manager attended to our requests promptly. Because it was on three levels the bedrooms upstairs were very warm after a hot day. However the air conditioner had been turned on as well as the ceiling fans prior to our arrival and by the time we went out for dinner the temperature was much better at the house.
- Ainsley (5/5): Passable - Property advertised on site parking but the garage door was broken so I had to park pretty far down the street. Property manager was not at all helpful or sympathetic.
- Lucy (8/5): Very good - Lovely host. The curtains and blinds need updating / fixing as they are hard to open and with the warmer weather we needed to open the doors.
Oven / stove needs updating as well.
- Rohan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lin (10/5): Exceptional -
