• Оврах (10/5): - Квартира очень понравилась. Спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство. Все было супер. Квартира чистая. Местоположение в центре города. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. С аэропорта был организован транспорт. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ДАННЫЕ АПАРТАМЕНТЫ. Надеюсь что когда буду снова в Баку, смогу снова проживать в данных апартаментах. Очень уютно и по домашнему.

• shahbaz (1/5): Bad apartment - The apartment is good, but the owner is not a good man, we have booked it for four days but last two days there was no tap water, we complained to the owner, first he said the water will come in one hour, tow hours in morning and when we insist he said I can't do anything becz government blocked my water and make to start excuses then we said how we can survive without tap water then he said you can leave the apartment in the middle of the night and I wouldn't return you the money as well for two days. So we have to purchase drinking water for bathing and toilet. Instead, the owner tries to bring us a solution, but he is just laughing while we are complaining. No tap water. No amenities. No Cooperation. Bad behaviour and no sense of talking.

• Bagi (9/5): Superb - The location and the property is exactly as shown in the pictures with all amenities and the host is very welcoming and helpful. Ventilation be a bit issue but that can be overlooked for shorter stays .

• Henry (10/5): It was an excellent stay, I am looking forward to go back again soon. - Location and the quietness of the surroundings made me feel comfortable to stay in this place. Also availability of all necessary kitchen items made it easier to prepare food and other stuffs. Nothing, the place was complete with everything inside the apartment plus shopping is close to the place.

• Riya (10/5): Exceptional - Words can't do justice to this apartment. The location is amazing just a few minutes walk to nizami street. Coming to the apartment it's absolutely amazing. The price you pay is way less for the kind of apartment you get. Very neat and clean and fully equipped. And the host Faiig is very helpful and is a gem of a person.

The place us clean and has you'd ever need in terms of appliances and kitchenware, etc. Finally the landlord goes thr extra mile to make you feel welcome. Minor mold in the bathroom.

• Nomadrwhere (8/5): Clean, friendly but w/few issues - Very clean, affordable, central location to Fountain Square area. Hosts were friendly and had great communication throughout. It is windowless, and in a hallway on ground level with a cafe very close, and on live music nights it is loud in the apartment but all is quiet by 22:00. Shower drain needs attention.

• Ori (9/5): Cute and modern loft in a great location - Very cute, clean, modern and specious loft in a great location. very nice and responsive owners. Nice dishes set The loft is new and clean but the stairwell leading yo it looks neglected. The electrical outlets in the kitchen are not in the right places. We had to put the electric kettle on the gas and the microwave on the floor, to connect to the outlet.

• Сабина (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient location in the city center, a grocery store is 50 meters away, there is a pharmacy and many coffee shops nearby. The property has all the comforts. Also a very responsive host, always on call and will help as much as he can.
• Jinjil (9/5): Very good and comfortable - Apartment has all facilities. Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils. Located in the center of Nizami street and accessible to main locations by walking. Owner is very helpful and nice person. No private parking.

• Sean (8/5): Very good - Great apartment in good condition as newly renovated, amazing price for the facilities and very handy for the F1 race, only 5 mins walk from the Icheri Sheher Grandstand next to the old city walls. The apartment is within the same building as a hostel which hosts great entertainment with muscians most evenings, the entertainment finishes around 10pm every night.
