• nde_csu (1/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price, Health Hazard, Risk of Short Circuit - Nothing! I recently stayed at Fraudstart Apartment, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a booking. Cleanliness: The apartment was in a shocking state. The rooms had a strong smell of mold, and the bathroom was covered in it—including the shower curtain. There were spider webs and spiders in multiple corners, and the curtains were not only broken but also smelled terrible. Facilities: The listing mentioned a garden, but there was only a half-cleaned terrace. The pillows and quilt were so dirty that I didn’t even feel comfortable taking photos to share publicly. Cleaning Fee: I was charged €65 for cleaning, but it was clear that no proper cleaning had been done before my arrival. This feels like a blatant misuse of the cleaning fee. Overall Condition: The apartment was in a state of disrepair and neglect. The smell inside was unbearable and impossible to describe in words. My issue is not just with the apartment owner—who clearly prioritizes profit over guest experience—but with Booking.com. How can such a poorly maintained and unhygienic property be allowed on your platform, especially at such a high price? Final Verdict: I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. I hope Booking.com takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates the listing. Even after repeated complaining to booking.com as well the property nothing happened. Additinal - Internet connection was not working. Elektrical hazard, continuous trip of main switch and fire. Continuous water leackage from Bathroom Tub. No lock in bathroom. In the name of balcony/ Portico is a half cleaned jungle.

• Thaarup Overgaard (5/5): - Beliggenheden var i top!! Tæt på hvad vi gerne ville se, og stille og roligt område. Der var gammelt og ikke rent mange steder. Lugt af mug og gammel fugt. Man trådte i skidt på gulvet og der var synlig mug flere steder. Køleskabet var ikke gjort rent. Ude området lød bedre ind det tydeligt vis var. Billederne var sandsynligvis fra flere år siden. Det var et stort rum, ikke to separate rum.

• Nathan (3/5): Poor - The location was great. Walking distance to everything and I enjoyed the parking. The internet was terrible. I reported it to the host. It was supposed to be addressed. The next morning, the internet was completely off. The night prior to the end of our trip, the electricity went off in part of the house, and by 09:30, the power was still not restored. The apartment was dirty, musty, and there was no way to move the air. There were spider webs, spiders, and bugs everywhere. The sheets and pillow cases seemed damp and musty as well. Lights over the vanity in the bathroom didn't work. There was no way to move air. When I opened the windows to get air movement, another guest was smoking outside our windows, and I had to close the windows.
• Jagankumar (2/5): We spend 4 days in Salzburg for our vacation,but the apartment is not upto the standard to be honest - We like only the location of the property, other than we do not like the apartment cleanliness of the apartment

• Ankit (5/5): Will be a great recommendation if a dedumidifier and a room partition is added - Big and spacious - it can host 5-6 people, Equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, oven and dishwasher. 5 min walk from bus stop, overall 20-30 min from city centre by bus. Deal breakers : No partition in rooms, hence no privacy. As other reviewers have said, the apartment is too damp and smells musty, the clothes and towels just did not dry because of this dampness. Minor points: The kitchen utensils were huge, would have appreciated some smaller pans as well. Also not recommended for light sleepers like me, since you can hear cars pass by on the road outside the house all day until very late in the night.
• Gergő (5/5): First impressions about the apartment were terrifying, but the alternative was OK. - Lovely, traditional old building, very close to the Castle. The apartment we originally booked (Großraumappartement mit Gartenterrasse) is on the ground floor of the old building, with wet, moldy walls. It is unacceptably moldy, the air is damp, and humid, like in a cellar, and mold was on the walls in every room. Luckily when we complained, the host was able to offer us another apartment, on the 1st floor of the same building, which was free of mold, and it was a good accommodation for my family during our stay.

• Janet (10/5): Wonderful for a group or family - There was a lot of room and nice kitchen facilities. Beautiful walk to the bus stop, up and down a small hill. It would be easily accessible with a car and has a car park across the street. More of a suburban feel though it's very close to the old city. The only downside was the shower that was a bit tricky to keep the water off the floor. The shower is in a big tub, but the curtain doesn't quite cover the whole opening.
• Anish (1/5): Terrible. Internet did not worked for 2 days out of 3 days of stay. Heating did not worked. Insects - Kitchen The property is not maintained well. You don't get what you pay for, internet and heating was not working. Insects rolling on the floor. Children cant walk bare foot. Better stay away
