• Maud (10/5): Lieve mensen, prima verblijf - Deze mensen zijn ZO lief, we kregen bij binnenkomst meteen zelfgemaakte pannekoekjes en toen we een tuktuk nodig hadden werd de buurman gebeld want die had er een! Toen we gingen kregen we ook nog brood mee voor onderweg. Hele lieve familie
• Yanis Moreno (10/5): - I had a very short stay at Yensfield Blackpool, as we arrived late and had to leave early in the morning, but the kindness of the owner really stood out. When we couldn’t find a driver, he personally drove us to the train station himself. He did this purely out of kindness, without asking for anything extra. Even with such a short stay, the hospitality made a big impression. Very thoughtful and generous host.

• Shalika (8/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Yensfield Blackpool. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food was excellent, perfectly suited to the cold weather and the chef’s presentation was impressive and thoughtful. The rooms were very comfortable, , providing a cozy place to relax. While it’s a bit far from the town center, the peaceful surroundings make it the perfect getaway if you want to escape the rush and enjoy some quiet time. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and pleasant stay.
• Diepnarainsingh (1/5): Slecht verblijf - Zeer slecht hotel het was zeer koud en wij moesten extra geld betalen voor 2 elektrische verwarming eten was zeer slecht kamers oud bedden goed vergeeld zou deze hotel niemand aanraden tenzij je anders buiten moet slapen

• Chithrangee (3/5): Cannot recommend about there cleanliness - Closeness to the town Foul smell in the room and there was dust everywhere. Pillows and duet are not cleaned. There were hair pieces of previous guests on the pillows. This property is not well maintained and specially the rooms are not cleaned for some time it seems.
• Jaufar (10/5): We stayed in October 2024 - The place was excellent, friendly environment, service was fast and amazing. And most importantly, the food was very tasty. I highly recommend this place.
• Duminda (8/5): Value for money and very good hosts - We stayed there as a family (2 adults & 2 kids) as a last minute booking since our previous hotel was a nightmare (dirty linen, bedding and carpets in room). Host supported us to check in very early hearing our plight which we really appreciated. We stayed in Yensfield for 2 nights and staff was very helpful. Food was okay and their vegetable patty was yummy (bit spicy) Kumara (the gent runs the pastry kiosk in front of the hotel) was very supportive and ready to help at any time. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable too. both beds are queens and clean bedding were provided. Hot water was available and staff provided water ever morning. Kettle and coffee/tea was in the room which was appreciated by us. Manager provided a heater as room was pretty cold when we arrived (due to Nuwara Eliya weather) you can order breakfast and we had both days. Kumara and the manager tried to make it the best they can and we enjoyed it. The place is not romantic, but good to stay as a family. Kumara took our daughters to the carrot patch and let kids to pull them to get an experience and kids enjoyed it much. Thanks team for taking care of us during our stay. Nothing particularly

• Alpatou (8/5): Very good - I liked that even though the room was cold, the staff helped us with the heater. The blanket was nice and heavy and the shower was great and hot. They cooked breakfast for us at 4 am to take on a journey to Horton Planes. This place is not the most comfortable, but people working there are doing their best to make the stay comfortable for you. Thank you very much, Team! It was cold in the room, but the heater helped us a lot

• Sinith (10/5): Amazing location with luxurious rooms, friendly staff, good foods and pleasant stay. - Rooms are very comfortable new and modern appliances are installed. Really good food staff and the location is amazing. Highly recommended for anyone. Rooms are extremely luxurious. Simply there are nothing bad. Everything is more than expected and worth far more than the price.
• Yulia (8/5): Very good - The staff was super helpful and welcoming. They prepared us an amazing breakfast and sandwiches to go at 5 am, because we were leaving early to Hortons planes. The room was good, especially given the reasonable price.
• Suhad (8/5): Very good - The host is a real nice person, the staff are all helpful and kind The room was of a good size with a good view They made us a free of charge breakfast (a really good one) The location is good and u can easily take buses from the hotel to anywhere in a real cheap price - It's cold up there and the room doesn't have AC, but they did provide us with extra clean and warm blankets. - The wifi signal is bad - They don't take visas, only cash - No elevator but they do carry your luggage 🧳 - The bed is old, it keeps making noise whenever u move so if ur sleeping next to someone except to wake up each time he moves

Located by the hortain plain road. Friendly manager and staff. They provide whatever the required facilities. Newly built place with lots of modern options (lighting, security). They are at level of a 4 star hotel.
