• Erika (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole se hai il sonno pesante - Posizione strategica dietro la stazione fushimi inari Le pareti sono veramente sottili, ti sentirai in stanza con altre persone.. e noi purtroppo abbiamo avuto dei vicini che non hanno rispettato il regolamento di silenzio dopo le 20..
• Keith (3/5): Nice comfortable room. Kitchen was nice. Just wish they screened there guests better. Not fair for the other people wh - Clean and comfortable. Close to the train station The walls are paper thin. The entire 2.5 weeks I stayed the other guests had babies crying. Kids stomping. Noises and banging all hours. Sometimes all night. Was not able to sleep and spent very little time there.

• KATIA (6/5): - Un monolocale con bagno, cucina e spazio per il futon. Situato tra le piccole vie di Kyoto. A pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni e da un ampio parcheggio per auto H24. Sicuramente un'esperienza da vivere. Buona la pulizia. Le pareti, come la maggior parte delle case giapponesi, sono molto sottili e purtroppo si sentono tutti i rumori dei vicini.

• Ayala (10/5): החדר שלנו איפשר לנו שהיה משפחתית יחד - נגיש מאוד לתחנת הרכבת ולמקדש פושימי אינארי. מאפשר להגיע אליו בשעות שהוא עוד שקט ורגוע. החדר שלנו היה בנוי בצורה שאיפשרה נוחות ל 4 אנשים. המדרגות התלולות מקשות על סחיבת המזוודות לקומה השניה.

• Paweł (9/5): in Kyoto, by the river - very pretty and clean apartment with a tatami section; the location is magical, by the river, you escape the crowds the walls are extra thin, and although the host mentions to keep quiet in the evening, and there are plenty of reminders, your tourist neighbors will talk talk talk, and you will hear everything, so it is hard to go to sleep

Tiene camas estilo japonés que debes estirar sobre tatami, hermoso y muy recomendable! Ojo que te envían todas las intrucciones para entrar por.correo, la puerta se abre con clave (no con llave), asì es que es todo por tu cuenta, pero todo funciona perfecto. A pocos metros està la.panaderìa Eight puedes comprar muy buenas cosas para el desayuno. Excelente!perfect Podrían dejar una botella de agua. Un pequeño detalle que se aprecia despuès de caminar todo el dìa.

Had i not been in the room , they would have had access to all my belongings. Walls are very thin. Could hear the other guests snoring.

Clean and comfortable room for a good price Even though it's in a quiet neighbourhood, the guests from the adjacent hotel were noisy. Also the walls are very thin and some guests didn't respect the quiet after 22:00 rule. This kept us awake the first night, but the following nights were quiet and peaceful

We're light sleepers and it was generally fine but we woke up a few times one night when the people above got home late.

• Fernando (9/5): Fascinating experience for a Western family visiting Japan!! Highly recommended - The location, equidistant from two train stations, very close to the Fushimi Inari-Taisha temple. We enjoyed the experience of 'living' in typical Japanese housing, which my family and I loved. I suggest that owners include a photo of the front of the property, this will make it easier for guests to locate it. It is important to highlight that the cost-benefit is very good.
• Dzara (10/5): Exceptional - Bruh. Perfect mix of modern but traditional vibes! Futons were super comfortable, the windows were cool af and the bathroom.. I need that bathroom at home. It was everything. It was simple but it was ✨giving✨. Also the location is too perfect, literally 2minutes away from both train station and Inari gates! Was super easy to travel to anywhere we wanted. And just 2 stops away from Kyoto! Right between two train stations which was helpful. Oh! Also a big fan of self check in and automatic locks. Definitely better than having to lug a key you might lose. The heated toilet also slapped. The walls are a bit thin, which wouldn't be a problem if all guests were following the house rules. Unfold the family that was there in same time was wild, and the next door folks were very into their morning "activity".
• Cooper (9/5): Superb - Really comfortable little flat, futons on tatami mats were surprisingly great to sleep on. Clean, and in a great location in a residential area which took us through really nice little areas separate from just the tourist spots. Really cool to see. The bath/shower hot water system was pretty confusing, even with the instructions.
• Mufaro (10/5): Nice Stay @ GuestHouse ZenNichi - The room was very clean and tidy. It had a room for laundry, and the shower and bath were tip-top. Finding the place was easy, and it was very close to the station and great sites including the Fushimi Inari Shrine and the restaurants in the area. I'd stay here again.

• Anh (8/5): Very good - Location: very close to train stations. Room: big enough for 2 persons with big suitcases. Clean and has every basic thing to help staying comfortably. Love the floor chairs! The steps of the stair are a bit high and created loud noise while going up and down. The walls are probably thin, we could hear guests from the next room talking and making noises during night time. The dryer function of the washing machine didn't really dry our clothes. We had to hang them up in the bathroom to air-dry themselves but we didn't mind. It wasn't too bad.

Condition of the guesthouse is good with all facilities (e.g. cooking, washing, wi-fi, etc.) are provided. Overall, it is great place to stay. Slighly expensive

Also close to inari shrine. Not much. Sometimes you can hear the neighbours, but its not bad. I would say good place good values
