• Katarzyna (6/5): Jak za tę cenę to ok. - Kontakt z właścicielem super, wszystko dokładnie opisane, łatwo trafić. Lokal trochę zaniedbany i mogłoby być czyściej. Przydałoby się po 2 ręczniki na osobę (jeden duży i jeden mały - był jeden duży, więc do przeżycia, ale byłoby wygodniej z dwoma).

I do not recommend - Nothing was good enough considering the experience we had with the cleaning and the communication with the person responsible The bathroom was dirty, with hair, dust, and even trash left behind. The kitchen floor was also dirty, and we didn’t even try to use anything there because it was clearly not clean. The bed sheets had not been changed and were the same ones used by the previous guests. After we entered the apartment, the cleaning lady arrived. Since we were already inside, we could clearly see that even after we informed the owner about the condition of the place, she only changed the sheets and removed the kitchen trash nothing more. We communicated all of this to the owner, but we never received any response. This could have been a one-time situation, and we understand things can happen, and even that cleaning might sometimes need to be completed after guests arrive. However, witnessing the lack of proper cleaning and receiving no apology or explanation from the owner is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all.

• Lara Clarice (1/5): Horrible - The apartment was good At first it feels like the renter tried to scam us, I tried to call, text and he never respond, we stay almost one hour trying to contact… then I call booking and report de problem. They tried to speak with the renter and he doesn’t respond to… at least, when booking service told me that they will refund me and give me another solution the renter respond… a really bad experience! It’s a third floor and don’t have an elevator, the stair are not safe and smell very bad everything.

Both bedroom and bathroom were really dirty — the sheets were stained, the toilet had hairs and there was a strong unpleasant odor all over the place. Overall, the level of cleanliness did not meet basic hygiene standards.

Le stanze sono grandi e c’è posto per 4 valigie grandi, con appendiabiti e tavolini per appoggiare le cose. Il bagno è grande e la doccia molto comoda. L’appartamento non era molto pulito, c’era un bel po’ di polvere al nostro arrivo, specie nel bagno. La posizione è ottima se si vuole uscire di giorno, ma la sera, dopo le 00:30-1:00, gli autobus non ci sono piú e si è costretti a prendere un taxi. La zona, mi è stato detto anche da locali, non è delle migliori, quindi nel dubbio tenete un occhio sempre piú aperto del normale.

• Angelique (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix parfait en famille - Appartement très propre en apparence, fonctionnel et calme bien insonorisé. Pas de place de parking et situé dans un quartier pas forcément rassurant mais sa c'est très bien passé.
• Nomita (7/5): Belgium Stay with 4 people - The apartment itself was very nice, modern and clean. Water pressure was great for shower and everything even it was on the 3rd floor. Good location and transport links just 5 to 7 mins away if walking. Nearby restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the Bohemian resto situated in a lovely location near the lake and was opened on a Monday, just need to reserve, we did not, but got lucky that day. There was no handwash and hand towel available. There was no pillow cases on some pillows and duvet covers. There was only 4 towels provided for 4 people, no extra towels. Just be aware of the stairs, very narrow. It was a hard work going up the 3rd floor all the times esp if you have luggages. There was also a bad smell going up the apartment, but inside was fine. We also saw a person sleeping on the hallway, bits of cigarettes, there was no lock on the main door so anyone can get in.

• Jade (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay & would stay here again! - Room was clean (smelled like air freshener when we checked in). It was very spacious for the price - there were two of us, but the sofa is a sofa bed so it could sleep up to four. The bed in the bedroom was sooo comfortable! We also liked how it was furnished - it looked better than the photos in our opinion. Check in was easy and host seemed very friendly when messaging about check-in info etc. Good transport links - bus & tram stops around the corner, metro a short walk away. Easy access to the train station for those getting the Eurostar (we got a short Uber but you could get public transport or even walk). Had no issues with the WiFi either - easy to connect via QR code. All in all, excellent value for money. Again, all in all had a great stay and would recommend but some things to keep in mind: There is no lift, so not suitable for many people with accessibility issues, and would be tiring if you have lots of heavy luggage so would recommend packing light if possible. Area is a little quiet & run down - but it’s so easy to get into centre via transport links so never saw this as a problem (we did find a lovely cafe & a lovely seafood restaurant on the high street though so area not too bad). I personally would’ve preferred that the downstairs door be locked for extra security. However, the apartment itself is locked securely so this wasn’t a dealbreaker; we never felt unsafe. Also body wash was included but no shampoo or conditioner - we brought our own so it was fine but just something to bear in mind. Lastly, there weren’t any channels on the tv (unless we did it wrong!) but it’s you can still use YouTube or log into subscription services.

Space is sufficient and facilities are as published. Accommodation located on the 3rd floor, perhaps unsuitable for those with large/heavy luggages and/or with mobility difficulties.

• Niki (8/5): Very good - The apartment is as in the photos, very clean and luminus and the furniture and everything - apart from the linen- is new. The price was very good There are people in the area shouting all the night and as there is no air condition and the weather was warm , we had to keep the windows open, so sleeping was difficult. The towels are old and not enough , i asked for an extra pillow and there was not, the sheets were synthetic and there were only heavy quilts and in a warm weather polyester and heavy quilts can be unpleasant. Also it would be nice to have block out curtains otherwise you need eyes mask in order to sleep as all light enters in the morning. I would rather not have tiles and other constuction items bebeath the bed and the central door of the building to lock. Still, as there was a camera outside the apartment and the door of the apartment had 2 locks I did not feel unsafe. The 3 stairs that you have to climb in order to reach the apartment can be a problem for some people. The apartment was pleasant to live, we did not have a problem to find a parking space just outside the apartment, at a very low price, and the best way to visit the center of the town if you stay there is by using uber or some other app of the kind if you want to return late.

• Familyplanettour (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was a perfectly serviceable choice for staying in the city. Check-in was fast and clearly explained, and the apartment was clean. Several grocery stores are within a 5-minute walk, and several bus and metro options are close by. Would definitely book here again for future trips.

• Gillian (9/5): Superb - We were well impressed with this property. Very clean and well maintained. We did have a problem with parking as we were travelling with our own car. As we are not from Europe, the parking meters just outside the property didn't accept our card for payment and had to find parking much further from the property which of course, would not be a problem at all for those not arriving in their own car or living in Europe. Us parking elsewhere unfortunately did result in us being fined but this is not the fault of the property. But just want to make other travelers aware of what to expect.
• Shekhar (5/5): Extremely greedy. Avoid if possible. - Property is on 3rd floor with no elevator and very narrow stairs. We had a very hard time getting our luggage upstairs. We requested for 2.5 hrs of early check in. The owner asked us 20 euros extra for it. When we asked can just leave the luggage, owner said it is not safe. I have never seen such greediness/excuse. Either the apartment is not available and they say not possible. Never heard where they don’t even let you drop off the luggage, excuse given was it’s not safe. So after checking time suddenly it becomes safe? It is way overpriced on top of the owner ask for more and doesn’t even allow baggage drop off when it is perfectly available. We ended up paying 20euros on top to check in early.

• Anmol (7/5): Good - The Apartment was cleanish. Sufficient Equipements were available. Keys were organized well. Connecting to WIFI was easy as well. There is small straircase to go to 3rd floor. There is constant smell in the apartment like open gutter. The Bedroom is very conjusted. The Floor is uneven. But if you are there was a short time its fine with the price. The Nebourhood is not the best one.
• Aleksa (9/5): A cheap and nice apartment not too far from the city centre - The location was okay, there was a tram stop nearby that could take you to the city center. Additionally, there is a Lidl store 5 min on foot from the accommodation. The apartment was well-equipped and looked the same as in the pictures. The check-in process was straightforward. The shower tub could use a revamp although everything was rather clean and functioning. TV didn't work and even though there was a Netflix account, it also didn't work for some reason. In general, we were satisfied with the accommodation.

Both the TV and internet were working great. There is no elevator, which may be a problem if you have large luggage. Other than that, the stairs are OK for daily use.

Additionally, trouble-free contact with the owner, he responded quickly to messages via WhatsApp. The apartment is located up to 40 minutes walk from the center. The only problem was parking. Finding a parking space took time and creativity. There is a paid city parking lot next to the apartment. Mostly it was full. We parked in the Lidl parking lot during the day and in the city parking lot at night.
