Guest Reviews
- Daniel (10/5): - Very spacious. Good location. Nice rooms
- fr (10/5): Wonderful stay in Hartlepool. - Everything on the website pictures are accurate really lovely place. The house itself is very nice the rooms are big and accommodating. The living room and kitchen is beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay. The area is pretty animated on the weekend. The train station is 3 mins away by walk. The house was clean enough. Just a little feedback this didnt prevent us from enjoying the place
When you use the upstairs shower the water doesn't drained properly the drains need checking.. Need better pump as When someone uses the water somewhere else in the house the water pressure goes down and you left with cold wate. Most of the cup, plates and mugs were dirty. Could use with a big salad bowl and a bigger pot.

- Golda (8/5): Fantastic family stay for a wedding, near the beach and good space to enjoy a get together. - There was a group of 10 people, we liked that the p[property was on three floors, gave everyone privacy. The rooms were nicely prepared and living space was big enough to fit us all. Clean and great location. 5 minutes drive to nearest sand beach, really wonderful. Rooms were big and really nice. Two bathrooms, so was great for a big group. There is a pub/club right under the property and music plays until the morning, you can hear it from some rooms. The train station in also next door so you if your windows are open, you constantly hearing train announcements.
There weren't enough toilet papers in all the toilets, no dishwashing soap or mops. It was a hot day, we didn't know how to open living room window.

- Natasha (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and well presented. Highly recommend.
- Robert (7/5): Exactly suited our needs for a week of using the marina. - Location is in the centre of town so very convenient for all amenities and restaurants. Plenty of beds at a good price. Rooms clean and comfortable. Booking said access was by keypad so you will never get locked out by forgetting/losing the key, however on arrival it was by a key in a lockbox and only one key was provided which is a problem when you can have up to 12 people staying in the property and are doing separate things. Upstairs shower does not have a lot of pressure so is disappointing if water is being used elsewhere.
- Campbell (8/5): Very good - It was the perfect location for us as we were visiting family for birthday celebration. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Fridge had an odour, which was quite of putting. It was clean. I couldn't see where it was coming from
- Chris (10/5): Easy Access, Perfect location in central Hartlepool - Easy access. Communication was quick and reliable via WhatsApp. Nothing was too much too ask. Emmy was very attentive and quick to reply Wish we could have stayed longer for Christmas. We will be back
- Isha (4/5): Disappointing - Big and room
Clean towels
Loads of room The front room window would not shut. So, It had to be left open. It was a huge health and safety risk as we had children in the property, sent emails, and was told someone would come and fix. We were still waiting on checkout.
The location was right next door to a wine bar that opened at 9 pm Friday and Saturday night, so loud music playing till 2am in the morning.
The dishwasher did not work and was unclean.
There are no bulbs in any of the 5 bedrooms lamps, so pointless, really.
Double bed room tv was in a different language.
Also, when you use the shower in the first floor bathroom or used sink. The second floor shower and water stopped working.
Evidence on Sunday morning of mouse 🐁 as bin bag was chewed up and food on floor.
No washing up cloths available.
