• Harry (9/5): Kort maar geweldig verblijf in een prachtige stad. - Ontvangst van gastheer Mario was heel hartelijk. Het appartement was spic en span schoon en voorzien van alles wat je in appartement verwacht. Daar is echt aandacht en tijd aan besteed. Tijdens ons verblijf tracteerde Mario's moeder ons op zelfgemaakte streekkoek. Bij vertrek kwam ze ons uitzwaaien. Van die kleine dingen die je echt laen 'thuisvoelen'. Locatie is 20 minuten lopen van het oude centrum. Goed te doen, hoewel het aantal trappen/treden naar het oude centrum wel iets is om (fysiek) rekening te houden. Eventueel ook goed met de bus te doen. Supermarkt, bakkerij en lokale restaurants zijn in de buurt. Kortom aanrader. nvt
• Debra (9/5): Lovely apartment - The apartment was so clean, the host very welcoming & helpful with any information you needed.Washing was done for me-unexpected but very grateful. The road is busy but once shutters & windows were closed it was nice & quiet. Plenty of sunshine & lovely breeze. Old Town, boat harbour, shops & restaurants were 5-20 minute walk away, bus close by if you didn't want to walk. Apartment has a lovely homely vibe. I would definitely recommend Apartment Milanello. I found the pillows a little hard but that's a personal choice. A few cushions did the trick.
• Michał (9/5): Jestem zadowolony i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić ten nocleg innym - Czysty i zadbany pokój oraz otoczenie; kontaktowy, uprzejmy i pomocny właściciel; wyposażenie takie jak jednorazowe kapcie, kawa/herbata, dżem, cukierki, kosmetyki, czy powitalne wino w cenie noclegu, co było bardzo miłymi dodatkami. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, komplet ręczników Nie ma się do czego przyczepić jeżeli chodzi o sam pokój. Jedyne minusy to lokalizacja przy dość głośnej(przy otwartych oknach), chociaż nie jakiejś głównej ulicy i brak ładnego widoku z okien - niestety widoki na port zasłania nowowybudowany blok. Nie są to jednak kwestie zależne od właściciela. Nocleg kawałek drogi od starówki - niektórym może być za daleko, choć nam to nie przeszkadzało.

• Burak (10/5): A perfect and warm stay that felt like visiting friends, not just renting a place. - The apartment was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and felt very comfortable. Walking to the Old Town took about 25 minutes—a nice stroll with beautiful sea views along the way. Mario and his family were incredibly hospitable.

• María Eugenia (10/5): Volvería sin duda! 100% recomendable - El apartamento está muy cuidado y limpio. Es amplio y está equipado con todo: la cocina tienen todo lo necesario (menaje de cocina, aceite, café, etc), muchísimas toallas para cada huésped por si necesitas renovarlas a lo largo de la estancia, albornoz, baño equipado, etc. la terraza es muy agradable. La atención por parte de los familiares fue muy amable. Llegamos con 3 horas de retraso a la estación de autobuses desde Split y tuvieron la amabilidad de recogernos en coches sin coste adicional. También la posibilidad de poner lavadoras de forma gratuita. Enfrente del apartamento está la parada de bus que te lleva al centro y si no puedes ir andando totalmente recto unos 15 minutos. La calle es algo transitada y al final hay tráfico desde primera hora de la mañana, a cambio eso te permite que tengas todos los servicios (panadería, supermercado, etc) cerca, por lo que al final es algo positivo.

They brought us fresh fruit and other snacks during the week and even cleaned the room during the week. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Dubrovnik

Beautiful beaches & restaurants and shops nearby without needing to go to the old town every day. Secure and private with attentive hosts there to help while also being super respectful of your space. Mario went above and beyond and I couldn’t ask for a better host. • Claire (10/5): Helemaal perfect en comfortabel! - De kamer is prachtig ingericht en vrij ruim. Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De host is heel goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Het bed ligt super lekker. Goede verduistering en airco in het appartement. Host heeft ook nog een gratis parkeerplek weten te regelen, ook al was dit niet inbegrepen. -

• Stoytcho (10/5): Nice, clean, spacious place to stay in Dubrovnik with very caring hosts - Brand new apartment, very clean (really, very clean), with everything you might need in the room, including tea, coffee, tea pot, coffee, everything you might need if you decide to cook, etc. Hosts helped me find a parking place which was extremely helpful (especially in Dubrovnik). all was good. maybe location is not very close to the old town but there is a bus right in front of the property which takes you to the old town
• Jb (8/5): Very Nice and Pleasant Apartment and Hosts, but... - nice and clean apartment. very pleasant host and very responsive. nice family leaving on the 1st floor while the apartment is on the 2nd floor. the bathroom had a continuous foul / bad smell. very small bathroom.. very small sink. hot water somewhat limited on a 50 L tank. * the apt is way up a hill on the 2nd floor. with luggages, it can be challenging to go up and down those stairs for some people.

• Linda (10/5): Great place in stay at in Dubrovnik - Since it is a new place everything was clean and nice. The kitchen is staffed with everything you need - cutlery, proper knives, dishes, pots and pans etc. The bed is also very comfy and the bathroom was clean and shower was easy to use and had good pressure. It is a 20min walk from the bus station and 25min walk from the old town. There are small supermarkets around and bigger one is just 7min walk away. The host Mario is very helpful and offered us a ride to the airport as well. I would happily come back here :) Nothing bad to say :)

• Kerry (10/5): Absolutely amazing - The apartment was just perfect, had everything we needed and it was fresh, clean & spacious with a balcony that we used to have our breakfast every morning. Mario and his family were so pleasant, friendly and happy to help, they even got us a bottle of wine as a thank you and on our last day we also received some cookies and a magnet each, Mario even picked us up from the airport, as we were on a late night flight….. hostess with the mostess!!! The apartment location is close to the supermarket, bakery and just a 10/15 min walk to Dubrovnik old town & port, a bus stop is just outside the apartment too, however we wanted to walk everywhere. One of my favourite holiday so far!!! I will definitely be recommending Dubrovnik & the apartment to other family & friends. Thanks again for everything Mario and family !!!! Kerry & Marleen Nothing
• Sarah (9/5): Superb - We had a wonderful time at Dubrovnik thanks to Mario’s accommodation. The apartment is fully renovated, perfectly clean, with an ideal location (20/30 min walking to all interesting places of the city, 2 steps of bus stop and supermarket). It has a very cute and private terrace to enjoy quiet moments. Mario and his family are really kind and helpful. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend !!!!

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equiped. The location was excellent for us. Dubrovnik old town is easily accessible by bus. The host was amazing. His mother was super nice and welcoming. While the host was responsive and helpful. Honestly we never expected such a wonderful reception. Thanks for having us l. The fact that we could stay there any longer 😊. The apartment was excellent.
• Cemal (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing stay at Milanello with our 3 year old toddler. It is recently renovated and the interior gives you a beach apartment feeling. The place was very clean and fully equiped with everything you might need, there’s even a kitchen. The hosts are super friendly and make you feel at home and they are always available if you need anything, they even helped us arrange parking. The terrace and garden are very cosy. There are multiple facilities such as bakeries, super markets and restaurants at walking distance. The old town of Dubrovnik is reachable by taxi in less than 10 minutes.
• Nath (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place! The house is modern and comfortable. The location lets you reach everything you need: 20 minutes to old town, supermarkets, bakery and restaurants are near. To the harbour you can also just walk and rent a boat. It's quite place, we've slept very well. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they offered help with transfer and were 24/7 in charge. The apartment is new and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, I cooked a little bit. The air conditioner works good. The windows have beautiful blinds outside so you can make it completely dark if you need to go to bed early. There live turtles in the court! We have only pleasant experience and would with pleasure stay there one more time.
