• pietro (4/5): Uniquement si tu es skieur - Pied d’une piste de ski J’ai commandé deux entrées de plats. Le chef nous a tout envoyé en même temps, j’étais bien sûr pas prêt à manger le deux plats, il avait un peu insisté auprès de son personnel. La Chambre m’a isolé pas de télévision à partir de 17 heures il fait noir, y’a rien à faire le personnel ne parle pas l’allemand le français et pas très bien l’anglais mais quand même sympa, la route pour y accéder, quand t’as pas l’habitude, tu pries à chaque virage et croyez-moi, c’est extrêmement long dès qu’une voiture s’approche un des deux doit faire marche arrière pour trouver un tout petit renfoncement en espérant ne pas tomber.

• etwas-ganz-anderes (10/5): Supertolles Berggasthaus - Sehr schön gelegenes und ruhiges Berggasthaus, welches sehr angenehm und entgegenkommend geführt wird. Wir hatten zu viert drei Zimmer reserviert und bei Ankunft spät Abends erhielten wir kostenlos ein viertes Zimmer, da der Gastwirt fand, das Zimmer zu zweit sei zu eng für uns 😁 Es ist ein typisches Berggasthaus für Sommer- und/oder Wintersportler.

• Arno (7/5): - I arrived late, at 2045hr, and I texted about this and someone was there waiting for me - as normally checking in is till 1800hr. Rooms were simple and old but clean and functional, great view over the valley. The Gasthoff is situated high up in the mountains, this is a long drive over 1 car wide oads, so do not fast and look ahead - when you see a car approaching in the distance, look for a location that you or the approaching car can use to pass one another. This is fun during the day and the views are great but in the dark less comfortable - altough you see approaching cars much sooner. So when you start driving.... you may think is this the right road because it is so narrow and higher and higher... yes most likely correct because those are the roads you will be on :) The restaurant was closed when I got there, understandable with just 3 quests that evening and I am glad I ate something before going up. So not bad, just something to ask for in advance and when indeed closes before you arrive make sure you eat something because.... The drive, I placed as positive but depending on your view on heights and small mountain side roads it could be a negative as well. The internet speed is very slow, works but slow.

• K (10/5): - Tolle Lage und eine sejr abenteuerliche Fahrt nach oben. Google bietet einen sehr krassen Weg an. Tipp: nach Ried Achseten fahren, von dort ist es besser. Aber immer noch gewöhnungsbedürftig für uns Deutsche... Claudius macht das ganz toll und bezaubert mit Service und Charme. --

• Karl (8/5): Berggasthaus Höscht stay - The views were absolutely stunning, and there was access to a communal balcony that you could sit and relax on. The food was really nice, and seemed a reasonable price. While showers and toilets were shared, each room had its own sink which was very convenient. The bunkbed room was very small, there was not a lot of room for two people and two suitcases. The staff were up late into the night drinking and chatting, which was very loud upstairs - more than happy for them to have down time, it just disrupted sleep a little. It is out of the hotels hands, but please be warned the drive up the mountain is a two-way, single lane road which was very stressful and scary in parts. However, the views were beautiful!

• Stedje (1/5): Terrible value for money! Old and creepy. Stay away. - The view and location is beautiful. The waitress was kind and attentive. Terrible state! Old, crooked, peeling paint, matresses from the 80’s, the smallest breakfast. And more than 300chf per night, + taxes!
• Gregory (8/5): Great bargain in the right place! - Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Comfortable room. Functional wifi. Exceptional location at the ski bus stop and the bottom of the T-bar.
• John (8/5): Very good place to stay in an unusual location. Great staff. - Very friendly staff who accommodated all requests and who made life very easy. It was also nice that nobody needed to lock any doors in such a remote place where people can trust each other. Never a huge fan of shared bathrooms but it was properly advertised in advance so I shouldn't complain.
• Leigh (10/5): A great value stay with excellent facilities and staff! - A fantastic property right on the National Route 1. Rooms were very clean,the view was amazing,and meals were excellent. My bike was stored securely,and the host even organised breakfast early for me. I’ll definitely return!

• Kalga78 (10/5): Panoramic view - The place offers a fantastic panoramic view. The host offers a quality breakfast every day. You can also enjoy a delicious home-cooked dinner on the panoramic terrace. The host is very kind and helpful. There is no such thing. I highly recommend this place..
