• Gianfilip (9/5): - Appartamento molto grande e comodo, tre camere da letto, due bagni, ampio soggiorno-cucina ottimamente attrezzato, situato in un complesso residenziale in posizione panoramica; in pochi minuti a piedi si è sulla spiaggia sottostante.
• Francesco (9/5): Bella la Calabria, un po’ meno i commercianti Calabresi - L’appartamento si è presentato pulito, ordinato, comodo e molto funzionale. L’atrio esterno ci ha permesso di pranzare e cenare all’aperto. Cattivo odore di fognatura dai due bagni. Due delle tre camere da letto sono cieche, ma ne eravamo a conoscenza.

• Maurizio (10/5): Appartamento con vista su Crotone - Appartamento grandissimo con veranda con vista meravigliosa. Dotato di tutto il necessario. Molto pulito. Il proprietario un ragazzo cordialissimo e disponbile. Ottimo posizione vicino alla città ma in zona spiaggia. Da fare qualche piccolo lavoro di manutenzione (ma in appartamento è normale).
• Katleen (8/5): Één aanrader - Wij zijn een gezin van 5 met pubers , er was voldoende plaats in de kamers en leefruimte zodat er bewegingsvrijheid was. Een aanrader is om op het pleintje voor het huis een aperitief te drinken en te genieten van de zonsondergang. De meeste dagen was het lekker rustig aan het zwembad, er moeten wel badmutsen moeten gedragen worden. De vaatwasser was ook een extra voordeel. Vriendelijke man die altijd ter beschikking stond wanneer wij vragen hadden. Mooi uitgangspunt voor het bezoeken van enkele kastelen en archeologische sites. Enkele tips voor de eigenaar: - een snijplank - een schaar - een parasol voor op het terras Het enige echte minpunt was het lawaai in de dag en 's avonds van het naast liggende hotel. Ik heb graag rust.

• Jan Vítámvás (7/5): Ubytování v klidné lokalitě - Klidná lokalita v uzavřeném areálů. Přístup majitele k řešení problémů, které byly až moc časté, byl velmi dobrý a snažil vše vyřešit. Pohodoví sousedé (kolem apartmánu bydlí místní). Parkování není přímo u apartmánu, ale asi 50 metrů pod ním. Veřejná písečná pláž byla asi 200 metrů. Starší vybavení. Protínající bojler v jedné ze dvou koupelen, musel se vypínat když byla voda nahřátá. Když jsme chtěli grillovat, tak grill byl naprosto plný cigaretových nedopalků, to bylo nechutné.. V troubě chyběl rošt a plech na pečení. Teflonové hrnce měli poškozený teflon a byly nepoužitelné. V jedné ložnici měla klimatizace ucpaný odtok kondenzátu a díky tomu byla ložnice neustále vyplacena vodou.

• Della Rosa (10/5): - Appartamento nuovo, grande e pulitissimo! Super accessoriato. I proprietari sono gentili e molto disponibili! Considerata anche la posizione, che è ottima, lo consiglio vivamente!
• nadia (8/5): - Proprietari ospitali ed accoglienti, ci hanno fatto trovare all'arrivo anche l'occorrente per la colazione. Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort (lavatrice, asciugatrice, aspirapolvere, aria condizionata, etc), ben accessoriato e curato. Posizione incantevole. Mancanza di finestre in due camere da letto e nei servizi igienici, con scarsa possibilità di areare i locali. Wi-Fi non funzionante.
