• Anja (10/5): Enorm genoten! - Een zeer gezellige tijd gehad! Erg vriendelijke mensen. Gezellig mee gekletst. Ook veel uitleg gekregen over de bijen en hoe men daar leeft. Kamer keurig in orde! Prachtige uitzichten op de bergen. Wel een uitdaging om er te komen, maar het is het 100% waard. Diner en ontbijt was heerlijk!
• Daphné (10/5): Splendide spot dans les montagnes - Lieu exceptionnel dans les montagnes, Apostol nous a fait une magnifique dîner au feu de bois et était à nos petits soins tous le long. Merci pour tout! Ras!
• Milena (10/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Der Besitzer ist der freundlichste Mensch auf der Welt! Er hat uns bei der Anfahrt mit dem Auto geholfen und uns jeden Abend bekocht. Das Essen war unglaublich! Selbst gemachten Honig gab es auch! Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön und hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Als Verbesserung wäre nur eine kleine Nachttischlampe schön;)
• Inge (10/5): Top locatie, zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek Osumi Canyon - Na een spannende rit, werden we zeer hartelijk onthaald door de papa. Top locatie, mooie vergezichten, heerlijke traditionele gerechten bereidt op zijn haardvuur, de gastheer zorgt ervoor dat je niks tekort komt. Ideaal startpunt voor een wandeling !

• Heuer (9/5): Wunderschöne Lage und herzliche Gastgeber - Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele wertvolle Tipps für unsere Reise bekommen und konnten uns jederzeit melden, wenn wir etwas brauchten. - Die Lage ist traumhaft — schon auf dem Weg zum Guesthouse konnten wir einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang in den Bergen erleben. - Das Haus ist ganz neu gebaut, modern und sehr gepflegt. - Wir wurden bereits am Anreisetag kontaktiert und gefragt, was wir essen möchten. Bei der Ankunft wurde extra für uns Huhn aus dem eigenen Garten zubereitet – frisch, herzlich und ein echtes Highlight. - Insgesamt haben wir uns jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Die Betten waren für meinen persönlichen Geschmack etwas hart. Das ist aber wirklich nur eine individuelle Empfindung und kein großer Kritikpunkt.

• Maria (9/5): En mitad de la nada - Personal muy amable Instalaciones nuevas con ducha acristalada que en Albania es raro de ver Bonitas vistas El suelo crujía mucho y a ciertas horas daba apuro caminar por el ruido que hacía y que no sabía si podían escuchar el resto de huéspedes. El camino para llegar allí es de tierra, haciendo los últimos 9km algo pesados. Supongo que es parte del encanto

• Filip (10/5): - The whole experince of the guesthouse was overwhelming, the food was 10/10, especially the breakfast, so if you want to eat really good traditional foods you should visit the place. You should try nonnas pancake the feta cheese pie and especially i would recommend the lamb chops. The host was super friendly and helpful. 11/10. Not to mention, host showed us bee hives and gave us tour how homemade honey is made, what was also great experience. Thank you once again! (Host sent us tips what to see in Tirana which was ours next stop of the vacation, so he actually really helped us) Also the view was exceptional.

• STEPHANE (10/5): Un site authentique et magnifique à ne pas louper - Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans la guesthouse Xhaferri. La guesthouse est située dans un lieu calme offrant un magnifique panorama sur la montagne. Des sentiers permettent d’explorer à pied les environs. Le service de transfert proposé par la famille depuis Çorovodë est vraiment appréciable pour rejoindre le site en toute tranquillité et profiter des paysages sublimes. La guesthouse est récente mais a été conçue dans le respect des traditions locales avec du bois et de la pierre. Elle offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour relaxant. Les repas sont délicieux et préparés avec les produits du potager et de la ferme (légumes, miel, fromage, viande, etc.). Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les nombreux échanges et les bonnes adresses pour la suite de notre voyage. Nous recommandons vivement la guesthouse Xhaferri, c’est une étape à ne pas louper lors de votre visite en Albanie.

They showed us the beehives they grow in the property and let us taste the wonderful honey. The drive requires a jeep but when you get there.... the view is breathtaking Our room floor was noisy .....
• Marion (10/5): - Un séjour inoubliable ! Les hôtes ont été formidables du début à la fin de notre séjour, et même avant. Le lieu est exceptionnel avec une vue à couper le souffle. Les produits, que ce soit pour le dîner ou le petit déjeuner, sont locaux et frais. Tout est produit et fait sur place. Nous avons même eu la chance de rencontrer les beaux parents de Beci qui nous ont montré comment ils faisaient le miel. Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !! Il faut bien utiliser Google maps et pas le plan Apple. En effet, nous avons rencontré des difficulté pour nous rendre à l’établissement car nous avons utilisé le plan Apple qui nous a fait prendre une mauvaise route et nous nous sommes retrouvées sur une autre vallée. Les hôtes ont été présents du début à la fin et nous suivaient via whatsapp. Cela a été très rassurant de savoir qu’ils étaient là pour nous !

Lieu magnifique!! - Tout 😁 Propriétaires charmants Visite de l'exploitation, ruches Vue de la terrasse exceptionnelle Petit déjeuner et diner excellents. Le meilleur petit déjeuner de notre séjour Chambre familiale spacieuse Accès par la route pas évident sur quelques km. Prévoir véhicule adapté ...mais si on prend son temps ça passe. Ne pas hésiter à prendre le transfert en 4x4 proposé par le propriétaire si vous êtes inquiets. Ça serait dommage de rater ce lieu
• Jenniskens (10/5): Aanrader om heerlijk tot rust te komen en verwend te worden. - Fantastische locatie en prachtige accommodatie met heerlijke bedden. Eten is lokaal en vers geproduceerd. Rondleiding bij de bijenfarm was zeer leerzaam.
• Lia (8/5): Beautiful house with beautiful view over the valley. - Lovely view! Nice and completely quiet. Very friendly hosts and good food. The road up was terrible. I only recommend people with off-road friendly cars to go there. Pay the hosts to collect you in town if you like your car:)

• Joey (10/5): Exceptional - Great place, wonderful people with amazing views! The guesthouse of Basi and his family is an Albanian dream. The views from the mountain tops are straight out of a painting. The service is impeccable. The best food, fresh from their garden on the grill. And the family is always around to help. From organizing hiking tours to sightseeing tips and visiting the beehives. Xhafferi is fantastic. <3

• Helena (9/5): Lovely and restful stay in a beautiful location with lovely local hospitality. Would recommend - The location was beautiful with views across the valley and mountains. Super peaceful. The hosts Apostil and Tina were lovely and with the aid of google translate we could communicate. All the food was locally sourced and delicious. There was also a lovely 3 hour hike from the doorstep. We had a family room and the beds were a bit too hard for us.
• Lorenc (10/5): Considering the best price we found for such high-quality accommodation, Xhaferri Guesthouse offers incredible value for - I recently stayed at Xhaferri Guesthouse and had an unforgettable experience! Normally I don't leave reviews, or make them short. But this time was so different! The friendly staff, starting from Grandma who planted and cared for so many flowers around the guesthouse, to the Owner who among other things, took great care even for two amazing rabbits, from the Receptionist who provided any directions and advice on the hiking routes and other activities to the Cook who made traditional and delicious dishes, made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breathtaking views of the surrounding nature were a daily highlight, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, adding peace and tranquillity to village and suburb life. The great food served at the guesthouse was another standout feature. Every meal was delicious and freshly prepared, giving us a true taste of the local cuisine. Additionally, the opportunity to learn about honey-making and picking fresh fruits and vegetables added a unique and enjoyable touch to our stay.
• Sylvie (9/5): Beautiful, very friendly people - The location is very nice. We made it in scooter to thé end without major difficulties but you need to be an expérimented driver. Otherwise, they ll help you. The personal were all so kind and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and the view amazing. There is not a lot to do around, surely when it's summer. But you are in the canyon in 30' or so. Rooms are could be more isolated (for the sound).

The house was built last year, the rooms are nice and clean! There is enough space to sit outside an enjoy the view. The selfmade food and homemade honey were delicous. They offer a service for transportation, because of the bumpy road. We really enjoyed our stay at this special place. Faleminderit!

• Jheroen (10/5): A wonderful country hotel with allure. - A wonderful country hotel with allure. Most times when you are on a holiday you still feel "on the go". Overhere you get that tranquil, calm, serene, and worry-free... state of being. A lovely staff, beautiful surroundings and fantastic food. We were invited to look how to make honey and to visit a nearby farm. This hotel is also a great starting point to make hikes, in a region of romantic beauty, magnificent mountainviews and unspoilt nature. The people of this hotel gave us inspiration and service of a higher level. For sure we want to go back here and to share our review so that you also can experience this. At last to the staf thankyou very much for those wonderful days...
