• VALMIL (7/5): - Nous avons apprécié être proche de la plage et des commerces. L'appartement était propre et conforme aux photos. De nombreux placards, mais il manquait des basiques comme (huile, vinaigre, sel poivre) pas de passoire.... Pas très important, mais agréable d'en trouver quand on voyage deux jours par ci deux jours par là, comme nous !

Ça veut dire fatigué et en même temps non confortable, le bruit des voisins insupportables surtout à partir de 22 heures jusqu’à matin. Difficile à dormir. Par rapport à la cuisine, … bienfaits, mais mal, équipé, même pour deux personnes
• Nuria (3/5): No volveré y me alojo por la zona una semana cada 3 meses por trabajo - la ubicacion esta cerca de donde tengo que trabajar La limpieza es la peor que he visto, sabanas sucias con pelos, cristales restregados, olor a pis de gato, gotas de agua en la ducha, todo sucio y es una pena porque el mobiliario era nuevo. La cama era comóda pero faltaban colchas o mas almohadas

• Nora Angela (6/5): - Metterei almeno un asciugamano in cucina, c'è mocho ma non detersivo. I teli appoggiati su divano e letto erano sporchi. Le finestre si affacciano all'interno , ma essendo molto piccolo fa da amplificatore acustico quindi tutto ciò che dicevano gli altri occupanti a finestre aperte lo sentivo come fossero in casa con me. Poi certo è una questione di educazione, tutti dovrebbero tenere volume basso o chiudere la finestra.

• Gábor (8/5): Kiváló helyen, de sötét - Nagyon jó helyen: szó szerint 2 perc alatt a parton (Las Canteras!) lehet az ember. A lakás mindennel felszerelt. A kulcsátvétel a kulcsszéfes kategórián belül egész jól ment, világosak voltak az instrukciók. Ablakok egy lichthofra nyílnak és sok a beton, ezért a lakás sötét és hideg, kilátás pedig még egy szomszéd házra sincs. A másodikra is lifttel mentem (amit amúgy sosem tennék), hogy ne lássam a beton lépcsőházat (lásd képek). Az ablakokat és a tükröt homályos réteg fedte az elégtelen takarítás miatt (bár egyébként minden tiszta volt). Jólesett volna egy olvasólámpa a a plafonról jövő rideg fény helyett.
• Clara Tattoni (10/5): - The location was perfect for me close to public transport and to the beach. The apartment is brand new and well equipped. The system to collect the keys was very efficient. Sometimes the wifi was slow and the signal was lost. As I was there for work, it was not ideal. I suggest to leave a bottle of water as a courtesy, since the tap water is not drinkable, I arrived late and the supermarket was closed. I also suggest to put some curtains at the window, for some privacy.

• Bhanu (8/5): - Was near to almost everything and also that ot was just a jump away to the shore. A cupboard would have been better to keep the belongings inside and also a toilet paper holder would be nice to have.

• DANIELA (10/5): - Ottima posizione! Chiusura e apertura porta con codice. Struttura pulita e rinnovata con tutti i comfort. Le finestre davano su un cunicolo chiuso della struttura. Non vedevo mai che tempo faceva fuori!
• Ágnes Klaudia (10/5): - A szállás a parttól 70 méterrre található. Közelben boltok, éttermek. Zökkenőmentes ki/bejelentkezés. Kijelentkezés után a csomagot otthagyhattuk a szobában. A szobában volt hűtő, mikró, vízforraló, kávéfőző, Az ágy lehetne jobb. (nagyon mozog)
• Aarón (10/5): Vuelta a casa en un alojamiento perfecto. - Me gustó todo, la ubicación, como es el alojamiento, es que no puedo decir nada negativo… Yo que soy de toda la vida de Las Palmas me e ido desde hace seis años y volver a sido espectacular y sobretodo gracias a este alojamiento, sin duda volveré a contactarlos para volver aquí. No hemos tenido problemas con nada, lo tienen todo tan bien preparado que es difícil buscar algo malo jaja. Mil gracias.

• Aleksandar (8/5): - Easy check in, as office is in the same building, its on good location but be aware bad if you want free parking you need to do it in area some 5-10 minutes walk from apt. Apt it self has all you need for short stay. It was clean, good working wi fi in all areas exept sleeping room( advice to take add router) Parking, but you should be aware of that once booking this property.
• Marja-Tetttu (6/5): Askeettinen ja meluisa kämppä hyvällä sijainnilla - Suihku toimi hyvin. Asunto oli kohtuullisen siisti ja sijaitsi oikein hyvässä paikassa lähellä rantaa. Vaatteille ei minkäänlaista kaappia vain yksi tanko joka ei kestänyt kovin montaa vaatetta. Sängyn yksi jalka ihan vinksallaan. Ei onneksi romahtanut. Aika lämmintä joten ikkunat oli auki. Ikävä kyllä muillakin. Oltiin kuin yhtä suurta perhettä. Ikkunat tosi lähekkäin ja kova meteli harva se yö. Ei herkkäunisille koska minäkin kärsin.
• Timo (8/5): - Erittäin siisti ilmeisesti hiljattain remontoitu, olin myös iloisesti yllättynyt kun asunnossa oli esim pesuaineita ja mausteita valmiina. Sänky, patja tyynyt eivät kovin hyviä. Rakennuksen äänieristys huono. Olin myös yllättynyt kuinka pieni oli parveke josta olin kuitenkin maksanut ylimääräistä.

• Waligorski (2/5): Fake reviews. No sound insulation, no windows - Location There is no sound insulation, you hear everything you're neigbour does, especially in the bathroom. This is not acceptable. The high reviews must be fake. Site refused to answer email to cancel the rest of the stay. Unacceptable
• Riquelme Rodriguez (10/5): Lo recomiendo 100% - El apartamento estaba cerca de todo y tiene muchos bares y restaurantes cerca. La pizzeria que esta a dos calles impresionante. Al apartamento no le faltaba de nada. El balcon es pequeñito pero tiene mucha luz.

• Giulio (4/5): - Solo la pisizione Il Letto che in realtà era solo una rete con il materasso. La disposizione del divano che era sotto la TV e quindi non utilizzabile per guardarla. La doccia era per una taglia 40, se si è un po' più robusti si fa fatica ad utilizzarla. due pentole su quattro avevano il fondo antiaderente rovinato. Mancavano i comodini per appoggiare qualsiasi cosa.

• Manuel (10/5): Apartamento buenísimo 👏 ✔️ - Estaba cerca de playa, se podía ir caminando al centro comercial y se podía dar buenos paseos por el paseo. Había también algún supermercado por allí cerca y a pocas calle se podía coger la guagua para ir a otro sitio. También porque era hospedaje solo. No como son algunos que hay por ahí y mezclan viviendas vacacionales y albergues juveniles y es un desastre. Tengan cuidado parejas lo ponen muy bonito y todo es mentira. De verdad le quiero dar muchas gracias al dueño por su amabilidad y poder dejarnos entra antes de la hora. Solo que la cocina no tenía extractor de gases para cuando haces la comida y las luces de noche eran como estuvieran encendidas y la ducha para nosotros era un poco pequeña porque somos mayores. Y no sé podía subir a la terraza. Que tampoco pregunté si había.

• Carla Athenea (9/5): Muy contenta, volvería. - La ubicación es excepcional, literalmente una calle detrás de la avenida de las canteras. Las instalaciones del hospedaje estaban muy bien. El anfitrión nos resolvió si tuvimos alguna duda. Era muy céntrico todo, supermercados cerca, playa cerca, centro comercial a unos 15-20 minutos. Genial. La limpieza en algunas cosas. Las toallas olían un poco raro, los utensilios de cocina en general, tuvimos que fregarlos de nuevo porque todos tenían algo sucio. No pudimos utilizar el edredón para taparnos, no estaba limpio y tenía polvo, sobretodo porque mi pareja y yo somos alérgicos a este y lo notamos enseguida.

• Mindaugas (8/5): Good choice in Las Palmas in a great loacation near the beach - Good accodomation at a good price, great location, very close to a beach, there are many stores and places to eat and drink nearby. Easy to find, contactless check in. Building and apartment is very good condition, clean. No AC, so if you close the windows it can be hot ans stuffy inside, and when you open windows - you can hear all the neighbours, so everyone can hear you too. It could be a problem for some people :)
