• Hubert (8/5): Pobyt bardzo udany z wielką przyjemnością powrócę ponownie. - Mieszkanie dobrze zlokalizowane, blisko do dworca, spacerem 15 min, czyste, zdjęcia odpowiadają faktycznemu stanowi. Możliwość zameldowania i wymeldowania o każdej porze dnia, na duży plus. Brak uwag.

Disappointed with the apartment and the spitting attitude of the owners - Proximity to the train station, many nice coffee shops nearby Elevator Literally all the rest! Poor condition of the apartment: no repair, old house, tiled tiles on the floor No air conditioner There are no available sockets, not a one! There is even no place to charge the phone. The irony is that there are different electrical appliances in the cabinets, I wonder how to use them without electricity. Soon after check-in, I noticed that the kettle clicked regularly, when I checked, it turned out that it was empty and extremely hot (fire-hazardous situation, if there was a fire - I have no doubt that they would blame me). Naturally, the kettle is defective The coffee maker is also defective No noise insulation, very loud at night because of the night establishments under the windows Even in the morning the apartment is dark, there is not enough electric lighting Dirty floor, you can't walk in socks when they get dirty right away, there are dead flies on the floor No washing machine It's stuffy and there's nothing to breathe even with the windows open Uncomfortable shower room, from hygiene products there was only disposable soap ‼️ I accidentally forgot a blouse in the apartment, I asked to send it to me, then I was ignored for 9 days, and asked to delete the negative review and then they will help me. It's a shame!

• James (8/5): Great location, needs some updating. - Comfortable, could do with a bit of TLC. Shower didn’t drain well and electrical sockets were loose.

• Vel (8/5): Overall, a good place for a short stay, but there are some downsides. - We stayed in this apartment for a 4 days. All the problems in the apartment were solved quite quickly. The location of the apartment is very convenient: the train station is nearby, shops are within walking distance. Accommodation for a family of three was comfortable, but for four, I think, it will be a bit cramped. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, including dishes, but there were not enough cups for tea. Unfortunately, the apartment was not as spacious as expected. There was also no washing machine, although it was indicated in the description. The only serious minus was that it was quite noisy in the mornings.

• Michał (9/5): Allright - Room is exactly as at the photos. Apartment is quite spacious, perfectly located in modern part of Bergamo, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped. 10/10 I didn't found a way how to use rain shower's head, but still ok.
