Sākumā mulsināja pareizā pagalma atrašana, bet tas bija saistīts ar remontdarbiem. Dzīvoklis ir plašs un ērts, tīrs un te ir viss nepieciešamais. Atrodas pie paša iepirkšanaš centra un netālu no vecpilsētas.

Gaila, tik kad vaizdas į gatvę ir sustojimą (2 aukštas). sulankstyta patalynė buvo drėgna. kai kuriems baldams reiktų atnaujinimo (virtuvinė indų džiovykla), ar atgaivinimo (sofa). Tiesiog gaila, kad kai kurie klientai nesaugo nuomojamų butų inventoriaus.

• deisy-hanna (9/5): Super! - Väga hea asukoht ja puhas korter. Kõik vajalik oli olemas ja anti väga täpsed juhised kõige jaoks. Kindlasti külastan veel. :) Suur pluss on ka tasuta parkimine. Välisukse ees võiks olla suurem porimatt, kui mitmekesi tulla siis põrand läheb ruttu mustaks porimati kõrval ja peab koguaeg pori ära pühkima. Suurem porimatt ukse ees lahendaks ka selle ainukese mure. :)

• Vaiva Eidukaityte (10/5): - Apie 400 m iki senamiesčio, nemokamas parkingas prie pat, nekomplikuotas įsikūrimas, malonus šeimininkės bendravimas, viską labai detaliai paaiškino, kaip rasti, pro kur įvažiuoti. Labai šilta viduje. Langai - tiesiai į labai judrią gatvę. Jei norėsite atsidaryti langus, triukšmas bus didelis.

• Sami (9/5): Nice apartment in the heart of Tallinn - Location is very good, dishwasher, washingmachine and free parking in front of the house. Kitchen facilities are excellent. Bed was comfortable to sleep. Shower drain waa clogged and shower cabinet flooded easyli because of this. Sofabed not very combfortable for an adult to sleep on it.

Man må sove med lukket vinduet så slipper å høre støy fra trafikken. Nabo bygningen var forlatt og trist, men det hadde ikke noe med eieren å gjøre.

• Annija (9/5): Super central, cozy and well equipped apartment with an amazing view! - The location is super central. And the view (the big windowsill) was just amazing! The kitchen was well equipped, the bedlinens clean and nice. Katrin (the host) was very kind and polite, prepared everything for us and gave us a very detailed instruction on how to get in. The communication was easy and fast. And there was free parking which we appreciated a lot! Despite the detailed instructions it was hard to find the right parking lot. Not because of the instructions but because of the layout of the yard. You just have to be careful when consulting the map. The rest was amazing!

Ihanan iso ikkunalauta jossa on tyynyjä ja pehmuste, lapsi viihtyi ikkunalaudalla erittäin hyvin. Sänky erittäin mukava, myös lapsi viihtynyt vuodesohvalla. Sisäänkäynti on sisäpihalla, joutuu kiertää koko talon että pääsee rappuun, mutta tämä ei ole omistajan syytä..

• Tomasz (10/5): Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, bezpłatny parking - Bardzo dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament - miał wszystko co niezbędne. Dobra lokalizacja ok 10min spacerem od starówki. Możliwość bezpłatnego parkowania auta przy wejściu do klatki. Bardzo dobry kontakt z pomocnym i serdecznym gospodarzem.

Everything was perfect - The location is perfect - easily reachable from the bus station and airport, central yet not noisy. Just across the street is a big shopping mall with anything anyone might need and a good food court, and it is also very close to the historical town center. The description and pictures of the property matched reality. The host was very kind and quick to reply. She also accommodated our arrival time to check in a bit earlier, which was much appreciated. I would be happy to return any time. There wasn't anything we didn't like. We enjoyed our stay very much

• Hana (10/5): Absolutely loved it - Great location walking minutes from the Old Town, modern and clean equipment, convenient parking inside the housing block. Many shopping opportunities nearby. In the hot summer days I would appreciate airconditioning, but managed without it just fine :)

• Evelyn (9/5): Bright Apartment in Prime Location - This apartment is perfectly located, just a short walk to Viru Gate in the old town and nearby shopping centers. A bus stop right downstairs makes getting around a breeze. The room is bright and airy, and the massage shower jets are a fantastic touch. Overall, a great stay with a few minor improvements needed! The fridge and oven are a bit outdated and could use replacing. Also, the uneven pavement in the shared apartment area makes it tricky to maneuver luggage, as it can wear down suitcase wheels.

The blow dryer was good and the bathroom clean! Katrin was really kind and let us stay further after the check out time. However, the beds were really uncomfortable. The bedsheets could be a little bit more carefully cleaned. The gate outside of the building is really hard to open. We used a plastic card to open it cause the keys don't work.

• Xiaoqian (10/5): Exceptional - If you are taking Bus #2 from the airport, the property is just on the opposite side of the street. It's no more than 10 minutes' walk to the Tallinn old town. There are 2 big shopping malls with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen ware and furniture. It's good for long and short stay. The owner gives clear instructions on key pickup, so it makes everything quite easy. After you enter the gate, turn right to the end and that's where the apartment is located. There is a double bed in the room and a sofa (might be a sofa bed), and there's another sofa in the living room, which might be a sofa bed as well. I specially like the bay window, which is so cozy that I almost fall asleep on the bay window. Wifi works well. Nothing comes to my mind.

• Leonardo (9/5): A very "bright" stay, just 10 minutes walking from the Old Town! - The apartment has been recently completely renovated and it's very spacious, bright and full equipped. The bathroom is really big and it has everything you need too. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. Even the position is a very strong point of Kaubamaja apartment, just 10 minutes walking distante from the Old Town. Overall, I'd really recommend staying here! The entrance of the building is quite dark at night as well as the stair to reach the apartment inside at the second floor. I'd preferred meeting the host in person, although self check-in procedure was smooth.

You can sit and enjoy your morning (or any time) coffee. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the process smooth and hassle free. Location is excellent, cafes and restaurants are less than 5 min walk, old town and 24/7 market less than 10 min. One of the shower heads in the bathroom was leaking on the side, so a bit uncomfortable to use.

• Nebojša (10/5): 10/10 - Very central, just minutes away from the Old Town. Bus to the airport also stops right in the front of the building. Apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything one would need for a few day stay. There is floor heating in the bathroom. Had a bit of trouble getting in, but the owner was helpful and responsive and gave me a call within few minutes. Also, all the instructions how to get there were clear and provided in advance. Intercom seemed to not function, so each time you get a delivery you need to go down to pick it up.
