• Julian (8/5): - Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Lage war in Ordnung, ca. 20min bis in die Altstadt. Der Check-In Prozess. Die Kommunikation an sich war super und jemand war immer erreichbar, allerdings war die Unterkunft schwierig zu finden und man musste über einen Link per SMS zahlen.

• Ferrazza (3/5): Truffa fotografica - La struttura è in un palazzo. È praticamente un appartamento dove sono state ricavate due unità con bagno in comune. C'è odore di cloaca e chi doveva ricevermi purtroppo si è rivelato un fantasma 👻 3 notti con pagamento stra anticipato, un mini frigorifero una macchina per il caffè con cialde contate... Nessun attaccapanni, né un mobile rialzato per appoggiare il frigorifero che è rasoterra. Il minimo indispensabile e neanche troppo pulito. Non ci tornerei!!!

• Peter (7/5): - The room was clean, the balcony was great to sit in the mornings, the price is very reasonable for the quality. The oven and AC can't operate at the same time. The fuse blew while I was cooking, so I had to go downstairs and work out which switches belonged to the apartment. I therefore had to cook with no AC in a heatwave, making the room unbearably hot. The kitchen also is not properly equipped to cook: no chopping boards, kitchen knives, oven gloves, dish cloth for drying equipment.
• Elfriede (10/5): - Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Lage erstklassig. Zimmer super. Küchenzeile und Kaffeemaschine sind Gold wert zur Zubereitung eines Frühstückes. Balkon, Klimaanlage, Parkplatz vor der Haustür..... Alles bestens. Superschönes Badezimmer. Und vor allem die Top Nähe zur Altstadt. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in einer wunderschönen Stadt verbracht!! Dankeschön!!

• Shah (7/5): Good short stay - Clean room and friendly host with clear check in instructions. Small lift but works fine. The bustop to Garda is nearby which is great. Too quiet for solo traveller, i understand it's low season though. The heater is too weak for winter, I was shivering even covered with additional blanket.

• Antonio (9/5): Superb - It’s a beautiful room with a very nice shared bathroom, nice big bed, coffee machine, toiletries and space. Close to super market and restaurants Was saying that have air conditioning but it’s not inside the room, it’s in the hallway between the 2 rooms. So I had to turn on the air, open the bedroom door and put the fan blowing the air from the hallway inside the room. It worked because didn’t have anyone in the other room, but if had someone in the other room, or I couldn’t use the air or I would have to leave my door open to strangers.

• Mihaela (9/5): Amazing place in an amazing city - The aparment was clean and in a nice location. Elizabeth was so lovely, she even let me in before the check in time.
• Domitila (3/5): Clean, but uncomfortable. - The bathroom, the cleanliness and the local cafe’s hosts and the locals. No sign of Verona or Italy as there were no picture books, or any type of literature or maps. No sense of home or comfort. The pillows were lumpy, the towels were thin not soft or fluffy. No refrigerator.

• Amanda (10/5): Bright, clean and spacious room with great facilities - Perfect location in a nice neighbourhood. Quiet and close enough to the center to walk into the historical city center in about 20 minutes. The room was very clean and spacious and we loved the little balcony where we had our breakfast in the sun every morning.

There was neither a refrigerator nor a kitchen in our room, as it was shown, we were very upset that we were not told this before or where it was written that you collect your own apartment. we didn't have any drinks to cool or cook anywhere, but we were there for 5 days.
