Por decir algo, sería la ubicación. Un poco distante de Santiago. Sin embargo, teníamos nuestro propio coche así que no se nos hizo tan mal ir y volver.

• Justyna (6/5): - Clean and nice place The apartment was not ready in proper conditions when we arrived. After walking around 20 km on the Camino we expected to take a shower and warm up, but there was no hot water for about two hours and the temperature inside the apartment was around 12°C, so it took a long time for the place to heat up. The host knew our approximate arrival time but did not inform us about the hot water issue in advance. When we raised the problem after arrival, he did not seem to understand why this was frustrating for us after a long day of walking. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the discussion turned into an argument and the responsibility was shifted onto us. Technical problems can happen anywhere, but clearer communication and a more honest attitude toward guests would have made a big difference.

• Carlos (6/5): Buena ubicación, estaría bien más tiempo de calefacción. - La ubicación, cerca en coche de casi todos lados. El piso está en buen estado y cerca de supermercados. La calefacción solo funciona de 21 a 00, la persona anfitriona nos dijo que teníamos que entrar a las 15h y hasta las 16h nos quedamos esperando para entrar. Aunque luego nos compensó para salir en el check out una hora más tarde. Seguimos los pasos de la plataforma virtual para el check in y pese a ser opcional se nos pidió repetirlo para enviar la foto del DNI. Además esa plataforma falló bastante.
• Jose (3/5): A few issues - The large balcony doors let in light and the space was nice during the day in good weather When it rains (which is often in winter in galicia) the rain falls on a plastic roof in the courtywar which backs on to the 2nd bedroom. Impossible to sleep if youre in this room because the noise is so loud. How water boiler cuts out or doesnt come on... frustrating when your already in the shower! Neighbour ringing our buzzer at 6am one morning Kitchen could do with more utensils. A few key items were missing e.g collender. You can also hear the neighbours

• VM (6/5): Bien pero se puede mejorar bastante - La zona donde estaba situada la vivienda Que no teníamos llaves físicas y cada vez que metíamos el código, le salta el aviso al dueño y me siento vigilada, de hecho me llamó porque un día habíamos salido y entrado varias veces. No me gusta que me vigilen de esa forma.

• Maria (8/5): - Gostei muito da estadia neste apartamento. Estava impecavelmente limpo, muito acolhedor e até tivemos a surpresa agradável de encontrar a mesa já posta para o jantar, um pormenor que fez toda a diferença. A comunicação foi sempre rápida e simpática, senti-me bem acompanhada do início ao fim. No geral, foi uma estadia muito boa e que recomendo. O único detalhe menos positivo foi o barulho da chuva a cair na marquise, mas nada que retire o valor da experiência.

• Raimundo (8/5): Nice modern apt. 15mins to the Basilica. Recommended. - Location: It is in a residential area 15mins drive from the old part of Santiago de Compostela. Near the building there is a Gady supermarket and if you prefer there are many tapas bars, pizzarias and restaurants, all within 15mins walk. Apartment: It is clean and nicely furnished. Toilets are clean and good sized. Bedrooms are big with plenty of storage. There is a big balcony and separate laundry area. The kitchen is modern and furnished for basic cooking. Owner: Great communication. Responsive. Clear instructions. Please consider replacing the mattresses. The hot water supply is a bit temperamental which we were warned about before hand and provided instructions on how to resolve.
