• lamparero (3/5): - Cercanía a la playa, la casa limpisima. Es un tercero sin ascensor que no se indica nada en el anuncio. Aire acondicionado sólo en salón, muchísimo calor en habitaciones, las ventanas de las habitaciones dan a un patio interior techado sin posibilidad de ventilación. Me parece un abuso el precio con respecto a las prestaciones del apartamento. Tercero sin ascensor,. Calor sofocante en las habitaciones, sin ventilación en las habitaciones. Abuso en el precio en relación a las prestaciones del apartamento
• luis (7/5): - Acogedor y muy limpio Aire acondicionado solo en el salon, no hay ni ventiladores en las habitaciones, sin ascensor,y la calle de al lado con obras durante un largo tiempo
• Silvia (10/5): Muy contenta de manera general - Es un apartamento muy cómodo, pequeño pero lo tiene todo. Estaba muy limpio. A pesar de ser un tercero sin ascensor, es muy estrecho el hueco de escalera, no se hacen excesivamente pesadas las escaleras La temperatura. Hay un aparato de aire acondicionado en la entrada pero no sé si funcionaba mal o es así, lo hemos tenido todos los días a 16 grados y no se notaba frío, al entrar de la calle daba gusto pero enseguida se quitaba esa sensación de frescor. A las habitaciones no nos llegaba nada de fresco y se ha pasado calor por la noche, tal vez se soluciona con un ventilador en cada habitación.

• LUIS ANTONIO (8/5): - Ubicación. Anfitriona. Amplitud. Tranquilidad. Falta un split de aire acondicionado en la habitación, al menos, en la principal. No llega apenas el aire del split del salón y hace mucho calor. Poca presión de la ducha. Lo demás, son cosillas poco importantes (tapa del wc, incómoda pq no se mantiene, los canales de tv no habia manera de verlos, falta tostadora, la plancha ya estaba muy vieja y soltaba cal)
