Madiha (6/5): Hv to clean apartment!! - Space There was no Ac as it was hot They wanted us to clean apartments as I recieved it ,receptionist came to check 3 times and wanted us to clean like professionals .cleaning wasn't mentioned when I booked she said its airbnb even though it's part of beausite hotels
Liraz (9/5): Superb - Only the recepshionist that checked us in was not nice at all. Other than her, the whole staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicios and the apartement was comfortable The lady who checked us in talked to us like you would talk to your workers if youre not a nice boss, and not like were paying customers

Rong (4/5): unpleasant stay! - chalet style facility is poor. kitchen ware are old . bathroom is small and dirty. the garden is under maintained. furniture like bunker bed makes a lot noise and wardrobe is old and dirty. the staff there expecially the lady I met for checkout was very rude! there were many flies buzzing around everywhere which made my children very uncomfortable!
Ranganathan (10/5): overall it’s a comfortable stay for 4 or 5 people. - The property is located in a beautiful location. the view from the property on a clear sunny day would be beautiful. There is good access to supermarkets, shopping, train station and lots of restaurants there was no dishwashing liquid or scrub for washing vessels. the lady staff at the reception during check in was quite insensitive. the terms about deposit of 300 euros or francs was not informed earlier.
