- alessandro (5/5): Disastro totale evitate - Il prezzo L'accoglienza fatta solo tramite operatore, ma era difficile prendere la linea inoltre una volta che sono riuscito a parlare con loro sono stati molto sbrigativi e scorbutici.Inoltre mi hanno comunicato anche il codice errato per entrare in appartamento e riattaccato subito perché avevano altre telefonate da gestire, insomma un disastro. Evitate questa struttura

We called, send message while staying out for one hours. Be aware and prepared, you may need to find another place where to sleep because you can't get in and no one to help.

A tulajdonost nem lehetett elérni, hibás klimaberendezés ,mellékhelységben elfolyt a víz
Egy időben több embernek lett kiadva a szállás ami nagyon kellemetlen helyzetbe hozott minket és az érkezőket is
A meghírdetett felszereltség hiánya(vízforraló,Wifi)
Egy ott dolgozó szerint többen is estek már bele ebbe, hogy nem a képen szereplő szobát kapták meg

- Chadly (4/5): Disappointing - it's a two (2) bad room apartment and 15 minutes walk to Central station. That's about it ! It was a bad experience. I came to conclude that they have several accommodations in that building and they are trying, I repeat, they are trying to establish a 0% interaction with humans, and process of checking in and any concerns and questions are addressed virtual, either by email, booking.com or by WhatsApp. Take it for instance. The what's app tool, has a set of limited answers and won't accommodate all issues.
So, let's leave all the issues unnecessarily I went through, due to this brilliant if not genius approach. From early hours of monday morning there's no internet. Indeed, they say there's and even provide you with the internet details. I discovered that due to my starting point, that there's that internet provided as from the second floor. I was placed on -1 floor. So, while you are there, there's no communication with no one, unless you decide to purchase a SIM card, no TV as that two it's fully dependent on wifi. I went an a work related trip, that when I left the offices where I was station during the day, I had to stick at restaurant to use WiFi and watch TV, and only come the accommodation strictly to sleep.
But most importantly, due to the genius system in place, if anything, anything at all happens to you there, they (management) won't know. And believe you me, I tried over and over to reach them by email and booking.com as WhatsApp it's useless and the telephone given it's only for what's app chatting.
The rest, isn't luxury or the cleanest of the place as well as a not so appealing shower !
- Chirag (1/5): Bad - Accommodation was good. We paid specifically for a late check-in, expecting a smooth arrival. Instead, we were shocked to find the accommodation already occupied by another group. We waited outside at 2 a.m., with two small children (ages 1 and 5) in tow. To our disbelief, the other guests had a confirmed booking for the exact same apartment and dates. This is not just a mistake—it’s a complete failure in basic booking management.
Stranded in the middle of the night, exhausted and helpless, we received no immediate support. The following day, the property owner refused to speak with us and even provided an incorrect access code to the apartment. We were eventually placed in an alternative unit, but the damage was already done.
This was, without question, the most disorganized and distressing accommodation experience we’ve ever had. Double-booking a property and abandoning guests in the middle of the night is not just unprofessional—it’s inexcusable.
- Karol (5/5): it was decent, the location was good - the size of the apartment was nice and the kitchen and bathroom were nice and new. the overall cleanliness wasn’t very good. The covers were stained. Something so simple should be easy to fix.
