• Francesca (8/5): Valido punto di appoggio per visitare le splendide localita' vicine - Appartamento posto in zona molto silenziosa, piccolo ma ben organizzato, molto pulito e dotato di molti accessori, anche di dettaglio. Proprietario reperibile e molto gentile. Condizionatore non funzionante,; la sua assenza si e' fatta sentire in presenza di caldo estremo. Sono certa che il proprietario provedera' presto alla risoluzione del problema.

• MareCeleste (10/5): oltre le aspettative - Dopo alcune esperienze non positive nella zona, siamo stati sorpresi da questa eccellente sistemazione. La palazzina si presentava molto bene ed era tranquilla, almeno nei giorni festivi in c’eravamo noi. Le indicazioni ricevute erano esaustive, ma conviene arrivare prima che faccia buio, per orientarsi meglio nel quartiere e coi sensi unici. Non c’è un garage, ma non manca il posto per l’automobile nelle in strada. Check-in e out sono studiati per la massima autonomia degli ospiti. L’appartamento, sito al primo piano senza ascensore, era caldo e confortevole, ben arredato e attrezzato: una stanza matrimoniale e una cameretta con letto a castello, bagno finestrato con doccia e lavatrice, ingresso moderno (sala e cucina assieme) e balcone con bidoncini per raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. C’erano armadi/comodini/cassetti nelle camere, frigorifero, freezer, pentole, utensili da cucina, stoviglie, asciugamani, tovaglie,… rotolo di alluminio, cavatappi e forbici da cucina compresi. Addirittura l’appartamento era dotato di un grande televisore con playstation, per chi ha il tempo per giocarci. Non mancava un cassetto con utensili di base (cacciaviti, nastro adesivo,…) e neppure mancavano le moltipliche e gli adattatori per le prese schuko. Beh, c’era pure un aspirapolvere. Rilevo letti comodi e buona pressione dell’acqua della doccia, cosa non sempre scontata nelle case per l’affitto breve. Il piccolo asciugacapelli andava benissimo per le nostre necessità. Abbondanti gli stracci e i prodotti per pulizia. Ci è parsa una casa ben vissuta, ove ogni ospite ha fatto il proprio dovere con responsabilità, pulendo piano cottura e frigo e magari lasciando dei prodotti di prima necessità (sale, caffè, zucchero,… sapone da piatti e spugnette,…). Nulla di negativo! Il padrone di casa è sempre stato molto gentile, corretto e disponibile in ogni momento, giorni festivi compresi. Rapido a rispondere e, se del caso, a fornire assistenza. Ecco: le sue cordialità e capacità di relazionarsi con i suoi ospiti sono state davvero la linea di demarcazione tra questa fantastica esperienza e alcune spiacevoli precedenti. Grazie, Stefano! • Susan (10/5): Great location, beautiful mountains - It was in a good location, a bit hard to find in the dark, the host did send pictures prior to our arrival, that was helpful. Lots of towels, blankets dishes and host was very easy to contact. He was very hospitable via WhatsApp. He gave great recommendations for morning breakfast and a delicious restaurant for lunch and dinner. My husband even chatted with the neighbor, he gave us homemade bread and brownies 😋 I wish there was a coffee pot and coffee available.

• Bryan (10/5): Comfortable apartment in Aviano - The apartment was big enough to have all of the comforts. The kitchen has everything you need and the smart TV is quite large. Not to mention a playstation with a few games if you wish. The airconditioner is ample and made the apartmeng a comfortable temperature. Stefano, the host, is quite responsive. We will stay here again if we need to. Nothing

• Liberty (8/5): Nice place to stay short term. - It was close to the base and near the town. It had a nice balcony off the kitchen. The internet was not reliable.
• Thomas (8/5): great apartment but needs more comfort. - the apartment was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and a nice balcony. parking was acceptable. it had acceptable air conditioning. the apartment had everything we needed, including clothes drying rack, detergent, and kitchenware. The chairs could have been more comfortable. designated parking spot would have been great. a bigger shower would have made our stay even better. a newer or better a/c unit or additional unit. the apartment had a smell as if previous resident had smoked.

It was thoughtfully stocked of everything we’ll need - linens, pillows, soap, laundry detergent and so much more! It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood with stores and a great church (Aviano baptist church) nearby. Communication with the host was great and fast! Will Definitely book here again.
