- Erwin (10/5): Mooi appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. - Perfecte Locatie. Appartement is zeer schoon en mooi ingericht. Alles wat je nodig mocht hebben is aanwezig. Kleine supermarkt met verse broodjes op loopafstand. Er viel niets tegen, Voldeed helemaal aan de verwachtingen.

- Jo (10/5): Excellent apartment in great location. - Great location. Very modern interior. Comfortable beds and duvets. Good heating /air con. Great facilities including coffeemaker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave as well as normal over, hob & fridge freezer. Also provided shampoo, shower gel, kitchen roll, washing up liquid which was a great bonus. Good communication with host throughout the stay. Parking on site was great and secure with electric gates. 10 min walk to town centre, 2 min walk to nearest beach, 2 min walk to restaurants on Marina. Great cafe nearby selling amazing cakes and pies (fairly new opening I think) I would have liked a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. You need a Netflix/ prime video etc account to use TV. External appearance of the communal building does not reflect how nice the apartment is.

- Sandra (9/5): - The apartment is, well equipped , very clean and in an excellent location with views to the sea and the Marina which is just across the road. You are staight onto Las Rotas for walking and only a short distance into town.The port is easily accessible, also the tram station for trips to Calpe, Altea or Benidorm. Supermarkets are fairly close and if you are coeliac Mercadonna in the centre is brilliant. The beds are very comfortable and the host has added little touches like shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid etc.The air conditioning units can also be used as heaters so we were plenty warm enough even in January.
Its definitely somewhere we would return and recommend to others.
It is north facing but that would probably be a bonus in the summer.
- Heimgartner (10/5): Man fühlt sich schnell wie Zuhause - Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral, man hat in der Nähe einen Supermarkt , eine Apotheke, Zahnarzt und mehrere Restaurants sowie Cafés. Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung ist sehr gut und man fühlt sich schnell wie Zuhause. Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen Ringhörig aber das sind die meisten Wohnungen in Spanien, die ich bis jetzt kenne.

- Janet (7/5): It didn't have the WOW factor on arrival that you anticipate when going on holiday - The apartment was clean and well equipped for a long stay. In a lovely location with views of the marina. Lots of restaurants to chose from all good value for money.
People were really friendly. Private car parking was not available due to being rebuilt for the entire 4 weeks of our stay, it was no where near complete when we left. The walking paths in the garden leading up to the property were also being rebuilt. We had to navigate around a cement mixer, makeshift steps and builders everyday. It was a building site everyday with no mention of this from the property host or booking.com.
The main entrance to the building was not accessible at first therefore we were taken on arrival through a storage area beneath the building - photos below- which was pretty disgusting and being used by the builders to store equipment/cement etc to keep it dry.
On two occasions we had to contact the agent as the electricity went off due to a fuse in an outside location which was not accessible to us. The agent did come out and within 30 minutes power was restored. Not ideal when in the shower or cooking. On both occasions less than 50% of the electrical equipment was in use. For the final week of our stay we reduced usage to 25% of the equipment at any one time to prevent any further outages. Again, not ideal on evenings when the temperature dropped considerably (november/December stay)
