• Christian (9/5): - L'appartement est très propre, lumineux, fonctionnel, agréable : on s'y sent bien. La facilité pour se garer dans la rue est un vrai atout (mais déconseillé pour quelqu'un qui n'a pas de voiture). Les lits pour la chambre enfants sont vraiment inconfortables et l'absence de bouilloire, cafetière, de produits de base pour des voyageurs qui viennent par avion (huile, poivre,vinaigre) est regrettable. Un saladier serait utile.

• Dayana (9/5): - Las camas súper cómodas, un apartamento muy equipado, si quieres visitar Sevilla pero no quieres pagar las cantidades desorbitadas del centro puedes elegir esta opción que está a solo 15 minutos de Sevilla
• Morcillo (10/5): Comodidad y limpieza - Apartamento muy cómodo y limpio. Muy cerca de Sevilla. Ideal para pasar unos días por la zona. Muy cerca de las ruinas romanas de Itálica. Volvería a repetir si volvemos por la zona. Y agradecer a la dueña la facilidad para alargar una noche más nuestra estancia, debido a que no podíamos volver a casa por el lamentable accidente del AVE en Adamuz. Nada que comentar.

• Özlem-erin (10/5): Au delà de mes espérances - J’ai apprécié la propreté irréprochable du logement, la qualité des équipements mis à disposition. Le logement est bien équipé. Quand je suis arrivée il faisait très chaud et le propriétaire a eu le réflexe d’allumer la climatisation, un bonheur. Une fiche explicative du fonctionnement de la plaque de cuisson ne serait pas du luxe 😂

• Maria167 (8/5): - Es war sehr groß , die Betten bequem und sehr sauber! Es gibt keinen Toaster und keine Schüsseln.Leider waren die Betten nicht überzogen und das Sofa und die Stühle müssten ausgetauscht werden, da wirklich alle Polster durchgesessen und ungemütlich sind. Wenn man schweres Gepäck hat dann ist es schwierig es alleine nach oben zu tragen da die Treppe steil nach oben geht und die Stufen sehr schmal sind. Die Lampen sind sehr grell eine Stwhlampe zum Beispiel, mit indirekter Beleuchtung, wäre angenehmer. Außerdem war ich Ende November da und es war trotz Heizlüfter sehr kühl in der gesamten Wohnung da die Bauweise der Fenster luftig ist und kalte Luft durchzieht auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern

Personne très sérieuse et attentionnée, qui nous a accueilli dès notre arrivée. Nous étions deux mais l'appartement est composé de deux chambres pouvant accueillir deux couples. • Giovanni Santoro (8/5): - La casa è bella, non enorme ma elegante. Il proprietario non l'ho conosciuto ma è stata facile parlarci in chat e fare tutto in maniera 'automatica'. È tutto nuovo, il parcheggio abbonda e se hai la macchina sei a due passi da Siviglia. Bella, ci tornerei Se non hai la macchina non va bene per visitare Siviglia o forse per andare in qualsiasi posto. È un posto molto caratteristico e residenziale ma è poco collegato. La maggior parte delle strade che la mettono in comunicazione con altre città sono tipo autostrade, quindi niente bici, monopattini,ecc.

• Daniela (9/5): Pleasant and confortable - Great value for money. It's a quick 10 minute ride from Seville city centre, it has nice parking spaces. The location is quite, the space pleasant, roomy and clean. I would go back again! This is literally nitpicking but the showerhead was a bit too high, even for a 1.65 m person like me. Maybe the owner could add an adjustable showerhead?

Given the price at the time, it was definitely well worth it. The host was also very responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. Highly recommended for those looking for a great value stay!” While it’s a bit out of town, the location was still convenient and well worth the money at the time.

• Paul (8/5): Nice place to stay near Sevilla - We used the washing machine and it got stuck. We asked the owner if they could help and they came to help and fix the problem for us
• Phaikying (9/5): Superb - Bright apartment with two rooms. Convenient free parking lots outside the premise. It is very spacious and clean. Quiet neighbourhood and lots of lemon trees around the area. We couldn't find the switch to the hallway light downstairs. Had to climb up the stairs to switch on the light for the two elderly in our group. The beds are a bit small. The refillable soap and shampoo in the bathroom leaks at night we had to watch out in the morning not to step on the slippery part of the bathroom.
• Dotcho (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent choice if you are looking for a quiet place close to Seville and if you do not mind traveling for a couple of euros with a bus instead of mixing with the crowds in expensive hotels in the city. Outstanding cleanness and equipment for the price.
