• Diaz (10/5): - El alojamiento superó mis expectativas. Todo estaba superó limpio, full equipado con todo lo necesario y más para que la estancia sea cómoda y amena. El anfitrión super disponible y amable, me dejó incluso entrar un poco antes a la hora de hacer el check-in, cosa que agradezco muchísimo. Muy cercano a la estación de metro y con todo tipo de locales cerca, y también muy cercano al centro que es un plus. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería a reservar una próxima vez.

• Graziela Cerello Merli (7/5): Bom mas muito barulhento - Muito limpo e bem equipado. Bem maior do que nas fotos, com uma sala bem grande. Perto do metrô O ruído é ensurdecedor! Não há vidros duplos nem estores entao, cada carro que passa, parece que está dentro da casa. Também está localizado numa rua com escola infantil e mais 2 centros de estudos, o que resulta em gritos e barulho das rodas de mochilas nas calçadas. Outro ponto é só haver ar condicionado na sala mas nao no quarto. Em madrid que no verão passa dos 43 graus, deve ser bastante incômodo.

• Vanesa Montalvo (9/5): BONITO, LIMPIO Y CUENTA CON TODO LO NECESARIO, VOLVEREMOS - Es un apartamento que cuenta con todo tipo de menaje y servicios y una TV enorme, la cama es cómoda y la habitación está separada del resto, está muy céntrico y limpio y cerca de la estacion Atocha andando (20 minutos) Simplemente al ser un piso bajo y un barrio (lavapiés) con mucha gente e indigente de noche pues se oyen ruidos y la puerta no es muy segura NO es un tema del alojamiento sino de la zona

• Rhys Bane (8/5): Great value for money for such a last minute booking and a wonderful host! - All I needed for a conference of a few days in Madrid. Has all necessary facilities, centrally located and a wonderful host. It was cold in Madrid so unfortunately it was also cold in the apartment as it is not heated. There are heaters, which I didn’t really use much as I was out for most of the day. Also, the shower head needs replacement, as it is broken.

• Françoise (10/5): J’ai passé un agréable séjour de 3 nuits - Un beau petit appartement très propre. Et le propriétaire très sympathique. Plusieurs commerces dans les alentours. Les stations de métro sont à environ 5mn de marche. Établissement très très bien situé. Au centre de Madrid. À 3 stations de Gran Via. Et pas loin du stade Santiago Bernabéu.

• Roman (9/5): Perfecto - La ubicación es excelente , con una parada a pocos metros . Destaca el equipamiento del apartamento , los extras de la cocina y demàs, nunca había estado en un apartamento tan equipado ( y conozco ya unos cuantos.....) El apartamento está a pie de calle, pero ésta está muy poco transitada, por lo que no supone mayores trastornos. Por poner un pero....que la llave no se entregue en persona , sino que la encuentras en uno de esos candados ( que resultan tan odiosos a los habitantes de la ciudad)

• SAMUEL (7/5): Correcta - Comodidades de la casa No se podía cerrar con llave. En un barrio como ese, es totalmente inaceptable no poder cerrar con llave, sobre todo siendo un bajo exterior.

• silvia (7/5): - Very kind person in charge. You can find almost everything you may need, hairdryer and soap and other kind essentials in the kitchen. A nice fridge with ice. Position is quite good. Very confortable . bed The shower was clean but a bit mouldy. The area is a bit noisy until late because with direct access to the street. I would improve for this reason the door lock for guest safety.It is currently just a simple key

• Olga (8/5): Good experience and a great host - - Very helpful and friendly host - Central location, close to restaurants, metro stations, within walkable distance from the city centre if you are willing to walk - Not far from the airport with taxi/Uber - Bit of noise from the street and adjacent apartment, but typical for Spain? - Possible to prepare meals and do laundry, if desired, thanks to a well-equipped kitchen and laundry machine
• Nenad (9/5): Great - Everything was fine, good location, Entrance is direct from the street but it was quiet, no problem. No complaints whatsoever.
• Gina (4/5): I spent New Year's Eve with two dead cockroaches, guarding my belongings. A 3rd live cockroach next - The thick bath towel and the towel warming rack in the bathroom. The host communicates in Spanish, or uses Google Translation for the last minute message. I'd to keep checking WhatsApp for a reply as to how to get in - whether someone to meet/provide the key or otherwise - from the Airport up to when Uber dropped me off. I even had to have the Uber driver call his # but the driver advised the # was not in service & left. I finally got a message that the key was in a lockbox. The interior frame of the door where the lock is was broken & poorly repaired, making a poor 2nd impression and not feeling very safe, the entrance threshold piece was loose, and the immediate entrance's paint was chipped/peeled off. The apartment is very cold, there's a portable heater that I keep with me wherever I move around, definitely by my bedside at night and the bathroom in the morning. The apartment was rundown, there were padlocks under the mattress where the bedframe was. On the 2nd evening of my stay, there was a small dead cockroach by the kettle, which I did not raise an issue. On the 4th evening (New Year's Eve), a mid-size live cockroach was crawling near the kitchen sink, I'd no choice but to pour detergent on it, it proceeded to crawl out of the pool of detergent, and I continued to pour some more detergent and it eventually passed out. I was to boil some water & make an instant noodle but there was no bowl, my appetite was diminished by the sight of a live cockroach. I contacted Booking but the site has an Auto Reply direct me to contact the host. I did so & eventually got a response and wanted to leave that evening but after some loss in translation WhatsApp messages, he advised the "platform" would not allow a last-minute refund for the one-day early checkout. I kept trying Booking's site where the "Manage Booking" button is to do the early checkout but it is not responsive.

Very noisy, people are talking loud sitting at your entrace or walking under your window shouting even late at night. Cars running with high speed. I swithed on the owen but it did not get warm. The toaster also did not work.
