We decided to move to another hotel as didn’t feel comfortable and read lots of reviews about staff stealing belongings

• Firangiz (4/5): Disappointing - The facility was clean. And it has centered air conditioner which is hard to find in Rome. The hotel doesnt seem as hotel. It is actually like a airbnb. Cuz it has 0 staff. No cleaner, no reception. Only one employee does all those things. He cleans, he brings the keys. Also finding him is also hard. He comes maybe for 2-3 hors for everyday. He is a nice guy but I disappointed to select that hotel. I would call that hotel as an airbnb. Therefore that supposed to be 2 times cheaper. The main reason that I didn’t like the hotel is because the hotel is loceted on 5th floor and the elevator doesnt work. The worth thing is that it has not mentioned on the hotel explanation. It was really hard, sweaty to climp. We regret to select that hotel just because of that problem. When we ask to the guy “why u didn’t mentioned about elevator problem on the page” he simply said “we can cancel our book”. Which we couldnt cuz if we cancel and boom another hotel, that would cost 2 times more expense. We had to keep that option. The elevator problem is a crucial problem. The outside is 35degree and climbing with the stairs are really hot, sweaty and tiring. The lack of personals and elevator problem

• Seropyan (7/5): Good - The room was small, yet gad everything you may need when you visit Rome for sightseeing. The host was very friendly, he cleaned the room daily and changed the sheets, the bathroom always smelled clean. He even let us leave our luggage with him for a couple of hours when we checked out. Very friendly guy! The location is good for going places. But the street was terrible. Full with immigrants, who move in groups and try to sell you stuff. It was dirty, with garbage all over the street, loud and chaotic. At night it felt dangerous with groups of men with hoods, staying in the corners and smoking weed and taking other types of drugs. It’s okay I guess if you are in a group, but for alone woman is no good at all. The bathroom was a bit outdated, with a part of the mirror broken. The door didn’t close and we had to always lock it and it was generally hard to lock and unlock it from the outside.

Over priced but short walk to the train station. - I liked it was close to the main train station The host sent confirmations to add an additional night via WhatsApp but once we arrived did not honor what was said about the additional room. There was some confusion about me booking double occupancy (but not selecting 2 people for each unit) so I owed state taxes for the additional persons. Which was fine but we requested to stay a second night to not have to change hotels. He then changed the price drastically which there were no rates advertised just seemed to make it up after a conversation via WhatsApp. We still agreed to pay the rate, in cash (not thru booking) but AFTER was told we would have to still pack our things up in the morning to accommodate some furniture renovations. Which was the main reason we wanted to stay an additional night to not have to pack everything twice. The main complaint about the room itself was how excessively hot it was. There was no way to change setting from heat. So for both rooms we opened the terrace, however there was someone smoking cigarettes connected to our terrace so the air was either extremely hot or suffocating. Additionally there was a window in the bathroom that we opened for air but did not realize the window was opened to a separate terrace. One that means someone straight up saw in while in the shower, and did not feel safe knowing that was accessible to a different renter.

• Luis (9/5): It was a very nice room located in a very noisy, busy and not very nice area (next to train station) - It was exactly as the picture, very clean, the shower worked really well as well. I was very surprised to find the great state of the room considering the cheap price and the location. The neighborhood is not nice, which it's expected when you book next to the main train station. The staff was very kind and he contacted me to be sure I can get into the room well. I totally recommend this place if you need to stay next to Rome Termini station. The location and the building itself was not the best. I couldn't find the remote control of the TV, but I didn't need it.

• Li (10/5): Everything is worth it. Check it out. - I have traveled to and from Rome several times a year. I stayed in Affittacamere Regio guesthouse in Termini Rome for my recent trip. It is a 3-minute walk from the Rome Termini to the guesthouse. The spacious elevator can accommodate two large and two small luggages. The renovated room does not have smells, which is great for someone like me who is sensitive to the smells. The enthusiastic owner told me about cheap and delicious restaurants nearby and good shopping places. With its reasonable room price and good service, this will be the place I choose when I come to Rome in the future.

He was incredibly helpful, allowing me to keep my belongings at the hotel for the entire day, which made my trip so much easier. He was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome! Termini is not the nicest area but it's great if you need to catch a train

The staff was friendly and the room was ready earlier than expected to check in. The hotel doesn't really offer anything other than a place to sleep. Essentially there is no lobby. Soundproofing is really bad, you can hear people chatting and entering/exiting rooms in the middle of the night.

• Margarida (3/5): Not what we were expecting - Checkin was on time because I’ve read booking reviews to go directly to the 5th floor. Checkout was fine and the host was nice and asked us if we wanted to leave our bags until our flight. A/C was working, shower pressure was ok, nice tv. Photos don’t match the rooms.. The building is 24/7 open and has free access to all floors, our room didn’t lock from the inside. We could hear every conversation in the hallway or when a guest decided to go to their bathrooms. There was a huge hole in our bathroom to the ceiling and water was dropping on the toilet from the ceiling. The bathroom walls had mold. There was no shower gel, so bring your stuff. This all could have been fine if we knew the conditions beforehand, but we didn’t because the photos don’t match the room.

We were originally supposed to arrive around 6 PM, but due to a flight transfer and subsequent delay, we didn't check in until after 11 PM. Nevertheless, the check-in went smoothly, for which we are very grateful. Overall, the accommodation was nice. The location is good in terms of accessibility to the airport. The surroundings of the accommodation are peculiar at night; however, no specific issues arose.

They gave another option that was simple excellent. The location was amazing, 50m from the Coliseum, full of food options, supermarket two doors down. Simply amazing. On the switch we got a place with only one bathroom but all the good things cover this minor issue.
