Due to my own oversight in not checking messages pro - I booked a three-day stay at Apartment Elizabeth in late September. Due to my own oversight in not checking messages promptly, I failed to confirm my arrival time in advance and ended up arriving very late at night. Despite this, Linda warmly welcomed us, helped us find a parking spot, and made the check-in process smooth. The apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The bedding was soft and fresh, making for a very comfortable stay. What I appreciated most was that the apartment even had a washing machine and laundry detergent, which came in handy after swimming, allowing us to take care of our clothes immediately. The apartment was also stocked with plenty of snacks and drinks, which was a lovely touch. During the trip, I was unexpectedly stung by a bee, and to my surprise, Linda had even prepared ice in the freezer, which helped relieve the discomfort. I highly recommend Apartment Elizabeth, and I hope to stay there again the next time I visit, especially when I bring my parents along. nope
• Keith (9/5): i was very impressed with the host and her apartment it was my first time in split and i will return - i thought the apartment was very clean, in fact it was spotless, the host linda walked me through the apartment explaining everything to me, even though it was 10 o'clock at night, the coffee machine was a bonus, also the pastries and the water and sweets were a nice touch , also the owner linda was so nice if i needed anything she was always happy to help, although i thought the apartment was too far from the centre once i got my walking shoes on it was a 10 minute walk, there was nothing i didt like about the apartment , there was plenty of graffiti around, but i never once felt uncomfortable walking around the area, also the locals were so helpful,and there were some great bakeries on my way back from the centre

However, it is worth noting that the view primarily consisted of adjacent apartment blocks, which might not appeal to those seeking scenic vistas. The location of the apartment block, while not the most aesthetically pleasing, did not detract from our overall sense of security. We felt safe throughout our stay and appreciated the tranquility of the neighborhood at night, ensuring restful sleep. In summary, despite some minor drawbacks related to the area and external appearance, the apartment itself and the attentiveness of the host made our stay enjoyable. She was thoughtful and helpful on other occasions, as well. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need, plus some extras. It's a quiet area about 10 minutes from the edge of the city center. I enjoyed my stay in this very comfortable space.

She came in to show us how the switches, blinds, heater, and appliances worked, which was super helpful. There was juice and bottled water in the fridge, tea and condiments in the cupboard, and snacks/candy on the table. She sent us restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. Good location with free parking in the neighborhood. **She has an even larger and lovelier apartment across the hall. I wish my husband had noticed it in the Booking.com listing (our fault); I would have booked it for the extra space and living room with a couch.**

The apartment had everything you need which included snacks, drinking water and juice. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Split. This is a prime location which is only 13 minutes on foot to the town center. Excellent host, excellent location and the price is very competitive.

Everything was clean and in good repair. The towels were the absolute softest and best-smelling I've ever seen. I could quickly and easily walk everywhere. Highly recommend this property! I couldn't figure out how to close the blinds to the balcony.

She also left some yummy snacks and was very easy to reach throughout the duration of our stay. Linda was very accommodating and the room was very clean and updated with a modern flair. Parking was easy to find compared to the old town areas of Split. We were a little taken back over all the graffiti throughout the town of Split.
