The spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartments offered comfort, great sea views, and thoughtful amenities. The grounds were beautifully maintained with easy beach access, and the staff provided consistently excellent service. A special thank you to Najim, Head of Guest Relations, whose professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced our stay. Aside from a slightly slow check-in and the lack of a toaster, everything exceeded expectations. We would gladly return and highly recommend it for a relaxing stay in Mombasa. WIFI reception was poor in some rooms

• Krisztina (7/5): - The pool / lounge area looks different than on the pictures, but it is nice. Not a large pool, but sufficient. The ocean is close, the beach is however full of trash in front of the hotel, it makes one not want to be outside. Please consider collecting the trash in front of the hotel. There was a party every night - up until 4AM / 5AM, very noisy. The area of the place is full of trash. It is advertised as beachfront, yet the beach is incredibly dirty and full of trash. They do not clean it regularly, been told that "the ocean will clean it and take the trash away". A half an hour work of a person could change the looks of it entirely. Please consider collecting the trash in front of the hotel / resort. The food is okay, overpriced compared to the quality. We had dinner at the restaurant one night - had to wait 50 minutes for a pizza that was overpriced.
• KAMLESH (6/5): THE RECEPTION TO ROOM SERVICE WAS REALLY AMAZING WITH LUNCH, EVENING SITTING NEEDS IMPOVEMENTS - BREAKFAST WAS A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT. SITTING AREA AT BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT HAD LOTS OF FLIES, WITH NO PRECAUTIONS. THE EVENING AREA WAS FULL OF SHISA AND DID NOT HAVE RELAXATION AREA FOR NON SMOKERS. YOU SHOULD HAVE A SEPARATE AREA FOR NON SMOKERS AND CHILDREN AERA.

• Michael (9/5): Excellent stay with a beautiful sea view room in Mombasa - The deluxe sea view room was beautiful, right on the beach with amazing views! The resort is also beautiful with staff willing to go the extra mile. There were no parasols to use on the beach, however as mentioned before the staff are willing to go the extra mile and made my partner very happy.

Said cleaning would be done everyday but did not come to clean our place on some days even though we made sure to leave the sign off. Lots of construction and no acknowledgement of that. We couldn’t even enjoy back front views because the ground was dug up and the seating was removed for the restaurant. They charged for dishes that were not missing as well. We were planning on this being the place we use once a year as we used it last year at it was better. It is getting worse and the customer service is abysmal.

• seifu (8/5): - I visited the apartment with my family, and what I really liked most was how spacious the rooms are, they truly exceeded my expectations. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The security guards are amazing as well; they are always attentive and never forget to open the gate promptly every time we arrive. The apartment was clean, which I appreciated. However, we found a roach during our stay, and dishwashing soap was not provided. I suggest addressing these issues for future guests.

This place functions more like a party venue than a hotel, with little regard for proper accommodation. • Fexton (7/5): An Enjoyable Stay - The staff was very helpful and cheerful. Cassim Songoro and Nixon were exceptional! The beach view from our waterfront room was fantastic. The location is also great, withing easy access of various facilities. The rooms were clean. The menu for breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner was limited. We also missed an indoor restaurant with air-conditioning. A serious Christmas atmosphere was lacking!

• Altaf Daya (9/5): Excellent short stay and definitely recommend the place. - The breakfast was great however it was not buffet - it was Ala carte. Some people may prefer a buffet breakfast. We were very happy though as it was a good change from the daily heavy breakfasts. The fruits basket was excellent and the local Bharazi Mahamri was delicious too. Our room was amazing and beach-facing. It was very serene and we loved the sound of the waves etc. The food at the restaurant was great and as a football fan, I was really happy to see large screen showing the games at night. Nyali Beach is not among the good beaches as too many sea weed but just to be so close to the ocean was amazing! We couldn't find the DO NOT DISTURB sign as we would have been comfortable having it on our door although no one came to disturb us and the staff asked if we needed anything whenever they saw us in the hotel premises.

• Benjamin (6/5): Could have been wonderful if the apartment would have been well maintained or refurbished - Spacious apartment with a nice view on the Indian Ocean, clean and well maintained pool next to the main building complex, good though pricy food (I recommend samosas or pizza), kind and attentive staff, excellent water sports equipment, I also recommend taking a boat ride Pictures don’t resemble the current state of the facilities. In our apartment the kitchen almost fell apart, doors of the kitchen cabinets were missing or half mounted, the kitchen was overall not very clean and occasionally released roaches of different kinds to the eating space. The kitchen missed the most basic equipment like bowls. Pots and pans were overused and broken. Kitchen equipment wasn’t properly counted when entering the apartment though upon leaving they count it very thoroughly so we had to pay for two forks which were missing from the beginning. One of the bathrooms was moldy and in a very bad shape, almost all water taps in every bathroom need replacement. Cleaning didn’t have the same standards every day since one of the bed linings had stains, also some towels weren’t really clean. Not recommend for families because party guests around the pool were disturbingly loud, drinking alcohol and smoking - each with their own ghettoblasters which made it even hard to have a normal conversation.

La piscine était propre On peut se restaurer 24h/24h, et c’était relativement bon L’hôtel est à 10 min même pas d’un Mall avec carrefour La plage est pas optimal pour se baigner comme en France. En marrer haute l’hôtel à pied dans l’eau et en marrer basse il y avais bcp d’algue donc on ne pouvais pas se poser dans le sable. Il y avais une très forte odeur dans l’appartement, renfermement et un produit très odorante. Le personnel du restaurant était parfois désagréable et non chaland .
