I made the same day reservation, which the owner allows, just to get scolded by the owner for my poor life choices of reserving on a short notice and told it's not available, the attitude I would expect from a snark mother-in-law, not a person in customer service.The owner then pushed back on cancelling from her end, perfectly knowing my request for cancellation would result in me not getting a refund.
