• maria angeles (9/5): Mini vacaciones relajantes - Limpieza, cama cómoda, decoración moderna. La situación cerca del centro Mesita sin cajones. Es poco práctico no se puede guardar la ropa interior. El armario tampoco tenía cajones.

• Isabel (7/5): Turismo en población con muchos servicios - Zona tranquila y con parking gratuito cerca. Decoración moderna. La cama es cómoda y el baño amplio y completo. Tiene calefacción y lo hace acogedor. El edificio es nuevo y tiene ascensor. La localización permite visitar muchos lugares interesantes de la zona. Le faltaba un poco de limpieza, la vitrocerámica estaba sucia de los anteriores clientes. Los textiles (toallas, sábanas y funda nórdica) olían a tabaco y es bastante desagradable cuando no fumas. Hay armarios pero poco espacio real de almacenaje para guardar la ropa.

• Laura (8/5): - Apartamento bonito en buena zona perfecto para pasar un fin de semana, repeteria, tuve un problema con la reserva y me lo solucionaron al momento. En general todo estuvo muy bien, por decir algo alguna sartén más estaria bien, pero vamos nada importante.

• Anna Valencia (10/5): - Me alojé en este piso y la experiencia fue excelente. Es un espacio muy cuidado, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para descansar y sentirte como en casa desde el primer momento. La ubicación es muy práctica: hay mucha zona de parking cerca, lo cual facilita muchísimo la estancia, y además tienes un supermercado a menos de cinco minutos andando. Todo está a mano sin renunciar a la tranquilidad.

• Jose Antonio (4/5): Desinformación por parte de la propiedad. - Limpieza y mobiliario nuevo Bastante alejado del centro, recogida de llaves muy incomoda al tener que ir a otra ubicación para recogerlas y ser una zona de difícil aparcamiento, por otra parte no se nos informó de que el ascensor estaba clausurado por la Generalitat Valenciana por no cumplir con la normativa de seguridad, nuestro apartamento era el numero 19 en la 5ª planta así que tocó subir escaleras con maletas, la zona es de reciente construcción el edificio de enfrente está todavía en obras y desde primera hora ruido de los trabajadores.

Nous avons eu du mal à comprendre que la boîte à clés se situe à quelques rues de l'appartement car notre téléphone n arrivait pas à ouvrir la photographie explicative. Beaucoup de stress. Il serait plus simple d envoyer les consignes par écrit.

• armand (10/5): Mooi appartement. Alles prima - Mooi appartement op 20 minuten wandelen van het centrum van xativa. Goed contact met de host. Alles was aanwezig om aangenaam verblijf te hebben. Goed bed en hoofdkussens. Goede kwaliteit Bladhanddoeken. Aan te raden. Lift was stuk (blijkbaar door wateroverlast) Met bagage naar de vierde verdieping klimmen is geen cadeau als je 65+ bent, maar dit is overmacht.

• ALFREDO (10/5): Volveríamos con los ojos cerrados. - La atención excepcional. Hizo un esfuerzo para que pudiéramos entrar antes de la hora prevista al apartamento. La limpieza y la decoración de mucho gusto. Todo nuevo. Y con aire acondicionado en las dos estancias. Muy bien. Totalmente recomendable.

• PABLO SEBASTIAN (10/5): Lo volveria a elegir sin lugar a dudas. - El departamento no es muy grande pero esta perfectamente acomodado para tener una estadia super comoda. Eramos 5 (2 adultos y 3 niños) y hemos tenido que trabajar desde la casa, por lo cual hasta las 15 hs estuvimos alli trabajando. El departamento tiene todas las comodidades necesarias, un amplio baño, bañera y un aire acondicionado hermoso. Las vistas del departamento tambien son brutales. La verdad es que todo de 10! Super recomendable. Mm la verdad es que me gusto todo, no hay algo que pudiera decir "esto no me gusto". El lugar es espectacular

El apartamento olía a tabaco. Falto limpieza en enseres de comer. Disponer de lavadora pero no tener detergente para usarla. El estropajo era inservible para fregar (muy desgastado). Puertas de habitación y baño pegajosas. Vecinos muy molestos a altas horas de la noche. Mala insonorización.
• Who (9/5): Superb - We had a great stay at this location! The location was fantastic, very easy to find parking, making it easy to get around and explore. We were also very impressed with how clean everything was, and the communication with the host was excellent – they were very responsive and helpful. The only area for improvement would be the provision of basic amenities. It would have been much more convenient to have some coffee, sugar, salt ...These small additions would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it . all was perfect
• Helen (9/5): Superb - It was clean and comfortable and felt like a home. The host (hostess?) was very helpful (allowing an early check-in) and responsive to messages. It felt a little out of the way (but is only 15 minutes from the station). Unfortunately the location of the key is some distance from the apartment. A hint to those who are traveling by foot: fetch the key before you do grocery shopping. Oh, and there is a large grocery store very near to the apartment

• Theresa (10/5): Would definitely stay here again. - The apartment was well equipped & spotlessly clean. Looked brand new. Good location not far from train station & walkable to sights. Owner was incredibly helpful & quickly responded to all our requests & inquiries. Went above & beyond. He even picked us up from the train station upon our arrival. Would highly recommend this place. It might be confusing to find on your own the first time. But once you’ve got your bearings, you’ll be good to go. The owner is very quick to respond to questions so ask if you need help.
• Pylyp (10/5): Excellent - Very clean, tidy and cozy apartment. There is a clean bathtub, washing machine, large panoramic windows and a cozy bedroom. The bed is comfortable, double, there is a sofa. Very very pleasant and positive owner. My apartment rating is 10 out of 10!
• Jeremy (7/5): Ok apartment but experience ruined by having to walk nearly an hour with luggage in 35 degrees heat. - Clean and modern I arrived by train to Xativa. To collect the apartment key you have to walk 25 minutes to a garage. You then have to walk back into the town another 30 mins. Really need to improve on that.
