• Joanna (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, niedaleko przystanków autobusowych i najważniejszych atrakcji. Idealna,żeby poczuć klimat miasta. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Mieszkanie zdecydowanie spełniło oczekiwania :)

• Mihajlo (10/5): Odlično. Došli bismo ponovo! - Damiano je odličan domaćin. Sve što je navedeno u bookingu je obezbijeđeno i sve stvari su objašnjenje veoma jasno. Kada smo došli, Damiano nam je objasnio kako sve stvari fukncionišu u apartmanu. Dogovor za preuzimanje ključeva i nalaženje je bio više nego lak, a i fleksibilan (jer smo mi imali veliko kašnjenje zbog EES). Kuhinja veoma funkcionalna sa svim potrebnim stvarima da napravite i ručak, večeru, doručak. Kafe aparat sa kapsulama, koje su veoma dobre (barem po mojim standardima haha). Veoma čisto. Peškiri mekani i čisti. Sve je u najboljem redu. Jedna od meni bitnijih stvari, zvučna izolacija je fenomenalna. Pošto se ispod nalazi picerija Cajo, koji znaju da budu bučni, kada se zatvori prozor, kao da ni nisu ispod vas. Jedina mala stvar, koja je sitnica a i više je stvar ličnog ukusa, jastuci su bili tanki. Ali to je samo do ličnog ukusa, kako kome odgovara. Sve ostalo je savršeno!

• Adina Maria (10/5): Great location in the old town, small, but perfectly functional. - The location is excellent, clean, with a perfectly equipped kitchen, coffee machine with enough coffee capsules, hot water, refrigerator. The shower cabin is quite small.
• Simona (10/5): Perfect stay in the heart of the old town - Everything was fantastic and Damiano is a wonderful host! The accommodation was excellent, extremely clean, comfortable, and the location could not be better - right in the heart of the old town. There is also a great pizzeria just in front of the building, with amazing staff, which made the whole stay feel even more special. We truly felt fantastic here and would gladly come back!

• Renáta (8/5): Ubytovanie a celkový pobyt hodnotíme 10/10. Damiano bol k dispozícii pred príchodom, zároveň prišiel všetko vysvetli - Skvelá lokalita, priamo v centre. Jedno malé okno, málo denného svetla v byte. Menší sprchový kút.

• Sanja (10/5): Perfect location - Everything was great! The host was very kind and accommodating, and he allowed us an earlier check-in, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the old town and just a few minutes from the sea. The apartment has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The only small note is that the bathroom is a bit small and has a lower ceiling, which might be slightly inconvenient for taller guests. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it! /

• Francisco (9/5): - muy cómodo apartamento, bien equipado, excelente ubicado, con un muy atento anfitrión. Muy buena relación calidad precio teniendo en cuenta su localización. Fue todo muy bien. El centro histórico es bastante denso con calles estrechas por lo que imagino es habitual que las viviendas no tengan mucha luz, pero este, al estar en el tercer piso, tenía una preciosa ventana en la habitación donde entraba muy buena luz. Respecto al ruido, al haber justo debajo un restaurante con terraza, puede llegar un poco de rumor pero hacia las 23:00 suelen parar, y con las buenas ventanas que tiene, no llega a penas ningún sonido.
• Alessandro (10/5): Un piccolo tesoro nel cuore di Alghero - Tutto perfetto. Accoglienza da parte del Sig. Damiano eccezionale, disponibile, gentile e attento alle esigenze dell'ospite. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto curato, accogliente, pulito e nel cuore del centro storico di Alghero. Ottima la qualità dei serramenti che permettono un buon livello di insonorizzazione rispetto alla strada sottostante che è molto frequentata da passanti. Nel complesso un ottimo rapporto qualità, centralità e prezzo.

• Davide (10/5): - L'appartamento è piccolo ma ha tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno in qualche giorno di permanenza, è al centro della zona pedonale ed a poca distanza ci sono negozi per qualsiasi necessità. Unica nota negativa ma non dipende ovviamente dalla struttura è la presenza nella strada di troppi ristoranti e gli odori diventano fastidiosi mischiati tra di loro, basta non aprire le finestre di sera quando sono operativi e si evita il fastidio.

• Porcino Gozzi (10/5): - Abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana ad Alghero in questo appartamentino nel cuore del centro storico. La posizione è fantastica: a pochi passi da ristoranti, bar e locali caratteristici, ma anche vicinissima alle fermate delle navette per le spiagge e per l’aeroporto, davvero comodissimo. L’appartamento è piccolo ma accogliente, ben curato e con tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza pratica e piacevole. Un grazie speciale a Damiano, host cordiale e sempre disponibile per ogni necessità: ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Torneremmo volentieri e consigliamo vivamente questa struttura!

• Klára (9/5): - Umístění v centru města, vše v dosahu. Jednoduchý systém ubytování. V bytě umístěno vše, co bylo třeba, poděkování za možnost přípravy kávy. Majitel ochotný a nápomocen při řešení problémů. Velké díky. Vše v pořádku, jen vzhledem ke střídání hostů v apartmánu zřejmě nebyl čas na odmrazení části ledničky a tím se špatně otvírala část pro mražení. Tento problém jsem před odjezdem vyřešila a udělala já.
• Di franco (7/5): Consigliato soprattutto per brevi soggiorni. - Ottima posizione, centralissima. La via in cui si trova l’appartamento è nel centro storico, per questo motivo è sempre movimentata a qualsiasi ora. La stanza da letto è molto spaziosa. La posizione centrale presenta anche dei lati non troppo piacevoli: odori forti proveniente dalle cucine dei ristoranti sottostanti e rumori a qualsiasi ora. A parte questo, l’appartamento ha delle piccole carenze che sul breve termine (soggiorni brevi) potrebbero passare inosservate, ma che, in un soggiorno di una settimana, si fanno sentire. Ad esempio vi sono pochi appendini, ci sono solo 2 cestini per la spazzatura (anche se viene effettuata la raccolta differenziata) e la cucina non era troppo funzionale. Infine le scale (noi eravamo al terzo ed ultimo piano) sono molto ripide e strette, dunque non comode per chi ha bagagli.

• Taylor (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent. Right in the centre of the old town. Brilliant restaurants and food shops all around. The owner was exceptionally kind to me. Helped me with my suitcase up the many stairs. Also provided coffee capsules for the neat coffee machine and bought me some water. Large bottles of water are heavy to carry from the supermacato and up the stairs when you are older like me. Really an exceptional man. He will stay in my memory. 😍😍😍 Really nothing to dislike about a lovely little apartment. Yes the stairs are a lot but I don't mind, makes good exercise. Only one thing needed for the kitchen, a grater for the cheese. Cannot make pasta without the cheese 😃😃😃

• Alina (8/5): Very good - The location is great , in the heart of the city ! A chic studio , very well equipped kitchen for those who want to cook. Very good water pressure in the shower and there is also a bidet in the bathroom . Comfortable bed . Coffee machine and coffee capsules from the owner. No soap , no shower gel or other hygiene products. Too few towels for those staying longer. The air conditioner does not work properly. The space is a bit small for two people.
• Orla (6/5): Pleasant - The apartments are excellently situated right in the centre of the Old Town Alghero. Everything is on your doorstep and having a code to access the building was very handy. The apartments were very clean as was the whole building. We booked 2 apartments for our party of 4 and one of them was light and airy. The one of the first floor was less so. The apartment on the 3rd floor was very spacious for 2 adults, bright airy and well lit. We enjoyed using this space and it's good for 2 people. The apartment on the first floor was pretty stuffy. There is actually no window in the bedroom, which felt claustrophobic. Because you are so centrally located, it was pretty noisy to leave the kitchen window open at night for air. We had an issue with hot water (as other reviewers have mentioned) however the owner came by immediately to rectify. The shower stall is very small with plastic accordion doors and the shower head kept falling down with the water pressure.

• Alexandra (9/5): beautiful stay in the historic centre - location is amazing- apartment was historic and kitchen was fully equipped! comfortable bed and amazing view :) Damiano is an amazing host who was incredibly kind and generous during my stay. he left me check out late (very late!) and even bought me a tea kettle one night when I thought the gas wasn’t working. the gas was working, I just didn’t know how to use it! absolutely no complaints about the host. thank you for the hospitality ;) thin walls and the shower water was cold.
• Darwin (9/5): I would recommend this apartment to friends and family, the location is near to everything in town. - Really nice and clean apartment. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. The room also has a TV with plenty of italian channels. Very good location just a few minutes to walk to the marina, close to everything in the heart of the city. The host, Damiano was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here in the near future :-)
