• Asmirzlm (1/5): Nicht empfehlenswert! - Achtet beim Buchen genau, denn die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität! Unser Standardzimmer war eine Katastrophe – ein großer Reinfall. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig, die Wohnung hatte einen unangenehmen Schimmelgeruch. Das Schlafsofa war unbenutzbar, und die Bettwäsche roch sehr unangenehm. Obwohl wir ein Apartment für 4 Personen gebucht hatten, standen nur 2 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung, und es gab keine Decken. Übernachten war dort für uns nicht möglich. Uns wurde angeboten, die Wohnung reinigen zu lassen, allerdings hätten wir dies nicht in Anspruch genommen, weil da hätte eine Reinigung die Qualität nicht verbessert, da die Möbel sehr alt und abgenutzt sind. Als Kompromiss bekamen wir ein anderes Apartment, für das wir zusätzlich 300 € zahlen mussten. Auch hier hatten wir Bedenken, ob es sich nicht erneut um einen Scam handeln könnte, da die Bilder teilweise modern und hochwertig wirken, in der Realität die Einrichtung jedoch nicht diesen Darstellungen entsprach – besonders die Küchen waren stark veraltet. Wir haben dort nicht übernachtet und können diese Unterkunft daher leider nicht empfehlen. Lieber etwas mehr zahlen oder eine andere Unterkunft wählen, da selbst die Standardqualität hier nicht gewährleistet ist. Ich man sieht einen starken unterschied zwischen den Bilder von mir und die sie reingestellt hat!

• Scontrix (9/5): - Casa crande, comoda, accogliente, pulitissima. La padrona gentile , premurosa, disponibile. Devo dire che il parcheggio in strada si trova facilmente ,non è una preoccupazione, inoltre la zona è tranquilla cosicché si può lasciare l'auto in parcheggio non custodito. Abbiamo lasciato anche i bagagli i auto una mezza giornata senza alcun problema. Segnalo anche che c'è un'ottima pasticceria nelle vicinanze per fare colazione. E che il vicinato è stato molto gentile e cordiale. La posizione è comoda per vari autobus che sono molto frequenti. Ci siamo mossi sempre con quelli in cinque senza mai dover aspettare a lungo e trovando sempre posto a sedere. CONSIGLIO

• Guest (4/5): NO! - In camera nn ce ne una tenda ne serrande la mattina ti entra tutto il sole in faccia e nn ce nemmeno un po di privacy. Pentole veramente sporche. In foto ci sono tutti i coltelli nel porta coltelli ma ahime dal vivo solo 2 gli altri mancanti. Divano che solo se muovi un dito scricchiola a nn finir. TV che si vede malissimo. Mentre ti fai la doccia con acqua calda arrivano dei getti di acqua gelida. Serranda in salone che non sono mai riuscita a tirare su nn essendoci bottoni x tirarla su o corde non sono mai riuscita.

• Łukasz (1/5): These deceitful scammers ruined our vacation in Rome. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! - Unfortunately, I can't even name a single advantage of this place. This host's offer is a SCAM! The photos are from a different property than the one we received—don't fall for these fraudsters! Additionally, after some time, they arrange for negative reviews to be deleted, which is why the visible ones are just a drop in the ocean of deceived people!! We were scammed—the place was dirty, old, and looked like some kind of slum, with filthy floors. The standard was at least five levels below what was shown in the photos. I have never experienced such a blatant scam in my life. WARNING: DON’T LET THEM TRICK YOU LIKE THEY DID TO US! On top of that, after some time, they arrange for negative reviews to be deleted, which is why the ones you see are just a drop in the ocean of deceived people!!

• Guy (7/5): Great value for money. - Pleasant location in safe area in a popular neighbourhood, close to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Access to public transport within 15' walking distance, in total 30-45' from the city centre. One of the beds had a very soft mattress that resulted in a bad sleeping experience. Parking in the area can be a bit difficult.
• Marguerita (7/5): Good - You have many restaurants nearby and many little supermarket, 25 min to the center by car. The owner was super helpful and always present to answer.

Infact, not even a single picture uploaded on this site matches the actual apartment offered. Geyser didnt work. Underneath the bed, you will see a lot of dust.

Quiet but busy location with shopping and public transport very close by. Towels were replaced but not toilet paper Soaps were sparce. Kettle didn't work but boiling water on stove was possible.

• Konstantin (9/5): Spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood - The location is safe, quiet and is reachable from the city centre by a direct bus. The apartment is very spacious and has a good kitchen equipped for a prolonged stay. Checking is smooth thanks to clear step-by-step instructions The shower could be more convenient with a shelf to put shampoo / shower gel on. I did not like the bedsheets in my room but the owners promptly told me where to get a fresh replacement set and next day they replaced the bed linen once again. No full height mirror despite there's plenty of space in a corridor and living room.

The apartment it self has blinds on the groundfloor which created a pitch dark enviorment to sleep. The apartment is equipped with stove and all other utensils. Lorenzo and team were responding to my messages timely. We had some issues in managing the heat and cold water Flow in the shower.

Quality furniture and renovated interior, super clean towels and bed covers, and comfy bed, even the expendable couch in the living room was very comfortable to sleep on it. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The bus stop is right across the street. Very good communication with the staff and a great customer service. The best value for money in Rome. Totally recommended. Nothing wrong with this property.

• Emil (3/5): dissapointing, do not recommend! - the location, the size of the apartment The smell was horrible, it smelled like mold. The apartment was located in the underground of a rather old building. During the night it was very cold, the A/C did not work properly, the property did not provide blankets. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. The hot water could only be used for 10 minutes, pursuant to the instructions displayed at the property. We moved to a proper hotel in the second night.
• L (6/5): Holiday in Rome - The apartments are clean, there are dishes. new renovation. There is a wonderful bakery and bus stops nearby. My friends and I (4 people) booked an apartment measuring 110 m2 (which is confirmed by booking confirmation), but ended up in an apartment measuring 45 m2, which was immediately written to the owner of the apartment. to which he replied that we were entitled to small apartments since there were 4 of us, and no more, but large apartments were booked in my reservation.. we stayed there for 3 nights and there was no time to sort things out. There was also no hot water (but after contacting the owner, the problem was fixed).
• Kristýna (10/5): Moder apartment - The apartment is very nice, modern, everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen had the necessary equipment. There were teas and instant coffee. TV with Netflix was a nice bonus. We got into the accommodation using the code we received the day before. Nice and fast communication with the owner. In the kitchen, I was missing a dish towel. At night you can sometimes hear the noise of cars from the road.
