• Michael (10/5): I felt very much at home at this property and it’s going to be definitely my first choice whenever I am travelling to Ki - Centrally located to everything and I felt very safe. Very quiet residential area. The drainage system needs proper cleaning. There was heavy flooding in the parking area.

• Angella (7/5): Loved the location, property was clean and had everything I needed. It was very hot though. - There was no breakfast but the facilities provided made it easy to make my own breakfast The upstairs neighbour was very noisy

Refrigerator was small, unstable...also dining table need to be screwed tightly..no cleaning agents was there, had to get dish liquid from 1st. apartment..

• Tanya (9/5): A great stay in a comfortable, well-outfitted place in safe and quiet compound! - The apartment was well appointed and spotlessly clean with nice new curtains in the main room, nice furniture in good condition, comfortable bed and decent curtains in the bedroom that provided a good level of light-blocking, lots of towels. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped for its tiny size, and the set of pots and pans was the best I have ever encountered - made cooking and cleanup easy. I asked the host to provide a couple of things that were missing, and she did - if I sent a message in the morning, by the evening the security guard had a package for me - super! The place had double-glazed windows with screens, which kept the bugs out when I had the windows open in the evening (I sat outside one evening on the balcony and got swarmed by mosquitos, but there were none inside, yay!). With windows closed, the place was very quiet. The AC worked well, as did the fan in the main room. The washing machine also came in handy. The hot water seemed to be a bit hit-and-miss for no reason I could fathom. On a few occasions there just wasn't any. There was no device for making filter coffee, so I had to improvise with "camping coffee". Granted, the kitchen is small and there is not much space for keeping a coffee machine out, but a cafetiere/bodum would be good to have. Otherwise, this place really was good.

The apartment is nice, spacious, and clean I like that fact almost everything is within walking distance the grocery store, the Devon House, etc. I would definitely recommend Winchester Sunshine, great location. I will definitely be booking it again.

I always stay when taking care of business in Kingston. both
