- Caroline (9/5): Pretty little cottage in the heart of a lovely village. - Lovely cottage, beautifully presented. In the centre of the village close to shops, pubs and cafe’s. Off street parking (for a small car) lovely garden. Log burner inside and chiminea outside. Nothing really. Only feedback would be. V little hand soap in kitchen or bathroom. Lighter for log burner was empty. More wine glasses / flutes would be good. But really overall a super little holiday home.

- Deb (10/5): Lovely little cottage. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay - The location and the hot tub Nothing
- Fiona (10/5): -
- Adrienne (6/5): Was ok but could have been better. - Comfortable beds
Netflix account Hot tub needs some maintenance/repair - 2 out of 4 pillows broken so not comfortable to lean back.
Dead spider inside property (front room) had been there a while so made me wonder how it was missed when cleaning.
No plastic cups for hot tub.

- Rimit (10/5): - Very quite place with local facilities available close by. Beautiful cottage and loved the hot tub!
- Danny (10/5): -
- Laughton (10/5): Fantastic - Fantastic location , comfortable and totally spotless. A must if your are going to Johns House which is only a short walk away Nothing

- isobel (10/5): Lovely family weekend break - Very cosy Lovely log burner and hot tub
- michelle (9/5): Cosy cottage - Cosy little cottage superb hot tub , coffee machine & pods were a bonus
- Stephen (9/5): We had a lovely, relaxing time. The property is nice and comfortable - Cosy and in a nice central location for Mountsorrel village, a few minutes walk to shops and pubs.
The bed was large and comfortable, nice and relaxing
Really enjoyed the hot tub and the log burner. A few signs of wear and tear that could be easily rectified ( scuff marks on walls and marks on carpets)

- Elaine (9/5): A cosy bolthole - It was very cosy and well equipped for our one night stay. The location was great for Loughborough University where we were visiting for a sports match. A nice little village away from the hub-bub of Loughborough but only about 4 miles away. The house provided everything we needed and had a lovely feel. We would definitely use it again. As others have said, parking was tight. We decided to park on the street instead, which was fine.
- mandy (9/5): once we managed to gain entry it was very good - very comfy cottage. nice to find teabags etc. very central. smashing tv being given the wrong code to the key box caused some panic. good job it wasn't dark. however our host was easily contacted and gave us the correct code. keep up booking.com
- Natalie (8/5): Lovely warm cosy cottage. - Quaint little cottage, very warm and welcoming. If I’m being picky I’d say the boiler came on at 6am and woke us all up one morning, it was quite noisy. Other than that and a dirty tray in the oven I thought the property was lovely, very homely and smelt amazing!

- Helen (8/5): Lovely, cosy cottage in village centre - Lovely, cute cottage. Everything provided that we needed. Comfy beds and pillows with good quality bedding. The place needed a deep clean- carpets were stained in places, walls dirty in main areas downstairs and a greasy tray left in the oven.

- Claire (9/5): Fantastic place, would happily stay again, plan to! - Lovely, cute, central, fab facilities, all clear and laid out. A little extra handrail between the bedrooms would be fab. Wall looks a little worn as can see people grab it due to the steps. Just would also reduce risk of falling.
- Brant (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (9/5): Great stay at Honeysuckle Cottage - We really enjoyed our stay here, Sam was really helpful with any queries I had and the hot tub absolutely made our stay.
It was great having a parking space, it was a bit of a tight spot to get out of if cars were parked on the road opposite but it was manageable.
Great facilities, cosy welcoming lounge and comfy beds - we will definitely be back :)
- Kerry (10/5): Exceptional -

- Joanne (9/5): Lovely cottage - Very nice and comfortable Nothing
- Karen (9/5): Had a lovely visit the cottage was lovely very cute and very clean. Would recommend . Hosts very accommodating and respo - The cottage was really cute and very clean. Needs new gas lighter for fire as had to buy matches (not a big deal!!)
- Louise (9/5): Superb -
- Ian (9/5): Excellent. Homely place. Good value - Lovely and warm when we arrived which was welcome on a cold winters day.
Everything worked perfectly, newly decorated, spotless. Good communication beforehand Not enough hanging space in bedroom 2. Minor issue.
- Melissa (10/5): Lovely cottage and very homely! - Was lovely and homely That the fairy lights didn’t work. Only very minor and weren’t an issue
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely cosy cottage
- Dawn (10/5): A little bit of heaven in Mountsorrel! - Wow, we are so lucky to have found this little gem! A beautiful cosy cottage, really well equipped and great use of the compact space. Gorgeous little log burner kept us toasty and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be coming back! Xx The parking space was very tight but there's nothing anyone could do about this. We had to ask the lady at number 5 to move her car (parked opposite) so that we could get out but she was very nice and it wasn't a problem for her.
- Jorga (8/5): Visiting son at Loughborough uni and made a nice break rather than staying in the main town - Cosy and homely, spotlessly clean and very well equipped Separate WC always nice when 4 of you, but we did know this beforehand
- Rachel (9/5): Superb - Great facilities.
Really comfortable and welcoming.
Well equipped kitchen. Parking a little tight but not a problem
- Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - Great location near pubs, restaurants, and music venue.
Lovely cottage, cosy and lovely decor. Great hot tub. All fab 👌
- Hairul (10/5): Cozy cottage in a small town which was very comfortable for a family of 3. - It has all the essential amenities needed for a home-stay. Very cozy. The heater worked just right to make it comfortable for us during our autumn stay. The cold floor of the bathroom at night. However, this is just me being picky!
- Colette (9/5): Perfect and very relaxing 2 night stay - Very clean and lovely classic decor
Hot tub and private garden just perfect
Ideal location for driving experience at Prestwold Only 1 tiny complaint
No ice box in freezer but owners offered the use of their freezer we just didn’t like to bother them
- Lynne (10/5): Beautiful property, in a location ideal for what we wanted. - Great location - we ate at a good local restaurant (John's House) which was only a 5 minute walk away.
Beautiful property with everything we needed. Just a shame we stayed in the summer so didn't get the chance to use the log burner. Lovely hot, powerful shower. Stairs to the bedrooms were fairly narrow (in line with an older property). Not an issue but something to be aware of.
- Mike (10/5): Honeysuckle Cottage - Cosy cottage with everything you need. Modern facilities in a character property. Secluded courtyard garden. Nice addition of coffee machine with great variety of pods. Good location to explore the surrounding area. The owners could not have been more helpful and were very easy to deal with.
- Esmail (9/5): Cottage was extremely cosy and exceeded expectations. Will definitely visit again! - Loved the hot tub/bbq and how cosy the cottage was Parking on gravel was slightly tight and would recommend wearing slippers in the garden as gravel would hurt your feet. Also, considering a baby bed so that it’s abit more baby friendly.
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (10/5): This is a wonderful cottage to stay in. Cosy and full of character and well equipped - Very charming cottage and beautifully clean, well equipped and comfy. Nice and warm too Nothing it was great. One small thing was the Wi-Fi password was hard to read as the bottom of the letters is squashed so had to try a few options before it worked! But only a minor thing!
- Michelle (10/5): Fab cottage, just like home from home, very well equipped and very comfortable - Nicely decorated and very well equipped Parking - very difficult with the cars that park opposite the drive
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (9/5): Cottage very cosy with good facilities . Parking was not easy as only small space at side of cottage - lighting in the kitchen.Only 1 spot light working
- Pohl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marion (8/5): We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay and the cottage was convenient for Ragdale Hall . - The cottage was cosy and well equipped . We liked the decor and there a was a private garden with hot tub and BBQ. Unfortunately , we didn’t have the time or the weather to use it. We liked most things. We tried to light a fire but didn’t find the fire lighter, but it was warm so not essential. The blinds were tricky to operate and three of the lights in the kitchen were not working. A shower mat for the bath is a suggestion, especially for those of us who are older .

- Heather (8/5): Comfy luxury cottage - A very comfy beautifully finished little cottage. My daughters and I loved staying here and hope to return. We particularly enjoyed using the logburner. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to make dinner & breakfast. Our host was easily contactable during the stay and provided helpful answers to my queries. Unfortunately the water in the hot tub had been emptied and refilled on our day of arrival so was too cold to use despite constant heating. We did very much enjoy using it the following morning however.
